My first month even received a 50% discount. By October my lease had increased by 35% to $148 without notice. I called their corporate office to see if this was a billing error, it was not. They reprice their spaces every 3 months. This was not disclosed when I signed the agreement. I would not have spent the time and money to move an existing unit to a new one knowing the price would change 4x a year. It's absurd.

Thankfully I looked at the reviews and confirmed for myself because I needed to drop the car off at 6am to make a 9am flight. Robin was a mess and didn't seem like she knew what she was doing. Went through the headache of having to go to four different locations to finally get a rental. Wish there were other options available because customer service was 0/10 at every Public Storage but the place that we actually booked at.

I have had them move items between houses, taking a load one way, then offloading, and then bringing other items back. I have had them move me out of the house for painting and re-carpeting, and then back in again. Well, when it was time to move back in, they couldn't locate the major appliances that they were storing, and damage was done to 10 pieces of furniture. Our bar stools somehow got white paint on them. Our dining bench was stored outside or something because it came back to us completely damaged. Our bookshelves are missing the removable shelves, and they are nowhere to be found. When I contacted the owner, he gave me excuses and said the furniture just needed to be wiped down, which was not true. He then gave us lip service and said don't worry, I will take care of you guys... only to be completely silent and unresponsive. If you care about your house items, DO NOT hire these people. They don't care about your stuff, and they charge you an arm and a leg. Stay clear!!!!!!
