So for me to actually make a review that is negative.... It means that I've given this place not one chance but actually several! This is the worst place to get store YOUR Belongings! Do not do it. I had my storage for a few months, noticed mice droppings in the storage after a couple months. I reported it right away. They were apologetic and said they would get somebody on it. I went back three days later. Nothing happened and there's more droppings and now URINE! When I went to the front desk, there was a different woman at the desk I interrupted her on a personal call. She wouldn't even look at me. She wouldn't give me her manager's number or email. She said she can't get that information out. She said that they were going to have someone come and check it out but Company only comes out once a month for pest control. I explained , this is an emergency clearly there's rodents here that needs to be addressed . I was met with rolled eyes. I emailed the customer service department, they were actually very good! They Immediately escalated it to the managers so I was very hopeful. Unfortunately, my hope was short lived. I have been told they're doing everything to try to find out where the rodents are coming from. But in actuality, nothing has been done. It's been over a month . Nothing's been DONE! Now, several pieces of my nice wood furniture have been ruined and I have to go through my private HOME insurance. This is what secure space is banking on unless you purchased their own insurance..DO NOT WASTE ONE PENNY AT THIS PLACE!!!! I have given them too much time to fix this... I will be taking my stuff out of there! Just so you know, the ceilings are open with chicken wire. The rodents are getting in and jumping from storage to storage. I wish I would've noticed this before while I first renting this place. I hope I save somebody the heartache, stress and the money that I've had to deal with!!

I noticed that they charged me not only $511. They an additional $607.20 that I did not authorize which is . The skilled operator put the unit on a smaller platform with wheels and used a remote control to drive the unit down our precarious driveway. He maneuvered it beautifully and parked it squarely in our driveway. UNITS was very communicative, even responding to one of my emails late in the evening. I would definitely hire them again.

I then placed a call to schedule the delivery which was answered by a LIVE person who had just seen my online request. He said "it sounds like you need the container ASAP so if you would like two of them delivered this afternoon we can do that and deliver the other two the following day". And they ACTUALLY followed through on their promise. They were kind, respectful, honest and prompt. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND UNITS located in Kent, WA.

The website was a little bit difficult to understand all of the ins and outs, the sales, how to get a month free, so use the online chat feature. My questions were being answered in seconds. They made it very clear as to what the price structure would look like. On my arrival, I was incredibly pleased with my decision to go with this facility. It is brand new! Everything is bright and shiny, well lit, easy to get in and out of, with a very helpful staff. There was a ( one time) administration fee of $25 to establish my (month to month) contract and I had to purchase a special lock ($20) for the door. Those are the only surprises but both of them made sense. I didn't have a lock with me and I would've needed to buy one anyway. All in all, I'm glad that I wound up here. The shelf is incredibly helpful and went to good lengths to make sure that I understood what I was getting and that it was appropriate for my needs. As always, I reserve the fifth star for consistency. More to come.
