I have to tell you folks I have had quite a lot of body work done on my cars in the past! lol I recently bought a 2015 Ford Explorer that I love! My last experience with the dealer when I needed repairs was a NIGHTMARE. I thought I would get good service from the makers of my car. Boy was I wrong. Well, a couple of months ago I once again need bodywork on my car as someone had backed in to my car at Costco. I told my insurance (Mercury) just tell me where to take it. I'm done with body shops. Let me say this at first I was annoyed when this all began. I had brought my car to their sister site over by mission gorge and 8 freeway. I had to have ti towed to Mapleview Collision from over 18mins away near College Grove. Mapleview Collision changed my mind from so much anger and worry to beyond happy and worry free. The office was easy to get to and the staff was very welcoming. Oscar made sure that I did not miss anything on the car to report to my insurance and made sure that I did not feel ashamed for the accident but yet clinical about the whole process. Most times when people promise you to literally update you on every stage of the process but Oscar was true to his word and it was amazing. More over in the greatness of this company they were over a week early done with my car. I thought I was going to be in the rental for about a month but they were lightening fast. At this point you might think that the projection is just a projection and they over guessed it, I would say you were wrong. There was a few complications with having to noitce more work to be done and the work was still done fast and under budget. I was sent to Mapleview Collision by my insurance Company after being hit by another driver and needing some repairs done to my vehicle. Well, actually I was sent a list of several places I could go and after looking up each place and seeing the reviews for all of them, I picked Mapleview Collision. I am really glad I did! This place was on point! The office was super clean and actually smelled pretty good too. The girl at the front desk was very nice and the owner, Oscar, was really exceptional at what he does! Every aspect of service exceeded my expectations. I was told they would need to keep my vehicle for 8 days to complete the repairs. It was done in 5. When I dropped it off, she was in bad shape... hadn't been to the car wash in a while. Needed a good vaccuum. Kid's left fingerprints on everything, everywhere. But when I picked it up, I almost didn't recognize it. Not only did they fix all the damage that had been done to the exterior, they washed it and vaccuumed it too! The dealership where I bought it doesn't even do that!! Such amazing service! And every step of the way, Oscar kept me informed of everything that was going on. Our car was involved in a hit and run at a grocery store parking lot which damaged the passenger side door and lower rocker panel. We decided to take our car to Mapleview Collision based on reviews we read and couldn't have been happier with our decision. We dealt with Oscar who was professional and courteous throughout the entire experience. He even found that the accident also damaged the side mirror which wasn't caught by our insurance adjuster. He notified us of the newly discovered damage and told us he'd inform our insurance company and deal with them directly so we wouldn't have to. Oscar kept in touch with us during the whole process and even gave us details on how the damage would be repaired. They didn't use any bondo or body filler but instead replaced the entire outer skin of the door and made sure to blend the paint with the rear door panel and fender to ensure that there was no color difference. A week later, we got our car back and it looked like it came right off the show room floor. The back passenger door was hit while in may car and parked by a hit and run female in a large truck. I researched 4 local shops in my area under Geico Express. I chose Mapleview Collision, they had great reviews and have been in business a very long time. We had an inspection done by Justin from Geico at Mapleview Collision, he was on time, upfront and knowledgeable at the same time we met Gil at Mapleview Collision. We dropped our car off on a Monday and was given a pickup day as that Friday barring any parts delays. The entire staff were amazing, they used a texting format to get regular updates as well as phone calls. You can see the damage in the last picture the other 3 are after the repair. We take very good care of our vehicles inside and out, I am more than happy with the end result and the matching of a difficult paint to match a pearl white. In a bad situation, sometimes good will present itself. My brand new 2017 Subaru suffered major rear passenger door damage by my own hand - long story, very embarrassing. I was devastated - hadn't even made my first payment! Mercury Insurance sent me to Mapleview Collision (I was surprised, a Lakeside shop?) and things started looking up from there. Oscar and and the young woman in the office made me feel less foolish and I knew right away, my car and I were in good hands. I've used their shop more than once. Just got my Toyotay Solara convertible out of their shop after being side-scraped a car baking out of a parking space. The other drive was at fault, so they were 100% responsible. Oscar took great care of me by quickly contacting me after the claim was filed - coordinating the rental car pick up at his shop when I dropped ti off - then following up regularly with status updates and coordinating the pick and rental care hand-off. I really can't express how amazing this place really is. They were kind and courteous from the first moment I spoke to them, to the day I picked up my car. Each time I talked to them, they filled me a sense of relief that I desperately needed (my car had been wrecked, after all). This place is amazing! The guy who owns the place, Oscar, is very nice and professional. I had my car fixed and he gave me daily updates on how it was doing. They did an excellent job when I got it back. A few days later I heard some rattling in my front end, where I had the repairs. I called and he immediately set me up for an appointment to check it out. He didn't seem bothered at all that I called back. He inspected it and found a tiny rock in my bumper causing the noise.
