    Bowling wings- Oversized, but delish.
    Sheri M.

We went for the bowling, but all I can think about are the tasty snacks. I highly, highly recommend the lemon pepper wings. We went back for a second helping. The fries were good, the mild wings were also worth a visit. Back to bowing, we appreciated access to the light (7 pound) ball behind the counter, smooth lanes and friendly service for our party of 30 on a Friday night. We will definitely go back to snack and of course, bowl.

Our family celebrated Xmas late this year and I decided to treat them to something FUN than buy useless stocking stuffers and eat the same old ham. So I booked a bowling package Package included 2 hrs of bowling, shoes, a large pizza and pitcher for $75. Thanks to Ben checking into our reserved lane on a Sunday was a breeze. Booked exactly what was promised and we got started promptly The things I didn't really care for was the cramped lane tables, the atmosphere and the food. This alley just doesn't seem to have the most efficient set up as tables were tiny and we were very close to the other lanes with little room for storing our personal items. The music was too low and wasn't your basic pop 40 that gets people grooving at the ball return haha. A little Katy Perry woulda been appreciated or somethin !! The food was pretty mediocre at best. I know it's a bowling alley but the nachos were pretty bland overpriced and the chicken didn't seem even cooked that day. The pizza looked decent but hard to mess up a 1 topping. Got funnel fries and they were also passable but barely touched. I'd call this a bowling alley for serious bowlers. Or id change this up to Cosmic bowling for better music lighting and extra beer so no one notices the food btw the Elves won :(

    Family fun as always

Just saw on their website its like $31-75 an hour a lane, does that mean unlimited people to a lane? and you just ask for the bumpers upon arrival? Thanks in advance!

I had such a blast at this cozy little spot -- it was everything I could've hoped for and more,…read moreespecially because I went during their Taylor Swift Night, which was absolutely magical from start to finish. This bar is one of those rare places that manages to feel both trendy and welcoming, with great drinks, a fun crowd, and lots of thoughtful little touches that make it feel like more than just a night out. First off, the vibe. This place is cozy, stylish, and intimate without feeling cramped. It has that warm, neighborhood-bar feeling, but with enough personality to make it feel like a destination. You walk in and immediately feel comfortable -- the lighting is soft and flattering, the music (obviously Taylor this night!) was on point, and the overall energy was just so positive and fun. Now, let's talk about the Taylor Swift theme night -- because WOW. They really went all in, and I loved every second of it. They created a custom cocktail menu inspired by Taylor Swift songs, and it was so clever and well put together. I couldn't resist -- I ended up trying more than one, and they were all good. It wasn't just a themed name slapped on a regular drink -- you could tell they put some serious thought into the flavors and presentation. Each one felt like a mini celebration of the song it was named after. As a Swiftie, I was in heaven. But what really made the night special was all the extra touches. They had a little table set up with beads and string so guests could make friendship bracelets, which was such a fun and nostalgic activity -- totally in the spirit of the Taylor Swift community. It added this really sweet, interactive element that encouraged people to connect, be playful, and just enjoy themselves beyond ordering drinks and sitting around. I even swapped a bracelet with someone I just met -- it felt like a mini Swiftie summer camp for adults, in the best possible way. The food menu was also surprisingly great. A lot of bars don't pay much attention to food, but here the options were solid.

The Old Fashioneds are some of the best I've had anywhere, and Aaron is one of the most talented mixologists in the city. In fact, Aaron is a big reason many people keep coming back. He's exceptional at what he does, and every drink reflects that level of skill. The espresso martinis are fantastic, but the "Not Espresso Martini" was an unexpected favorite that kept us coming back. One of the things I love most is that the menu changes seasonally, giving us a reason to come back and work our way through the new cocktails to find our latest favorite. The bartenders are knowledgeable, welcoming, and clearly passionate about their craft. The atmosphere is cozy, intimate, and full of character. There are actual typewriters throughout the space, which perfectly fits the literary theme and adds to the experience. As a fun touch, my friend always receives a book with her receipt and reads a random paragraph before we leave. It's those little details that make Inkwell feel like a hidden gem rather than just another bar. If you're looking for creative cocktails, talented bartenders, and a unique atmosphere, Inkwell is absolutely worth a visit. Such a vibe.

Drinks are solid and consistently well made. Nothing gimmicky, just good cocktails done right. The ambiance is fair but comfortable, and the size makes it ideal if you're looking to have a real conversation with someone without yelling over music or crowds. Location is another plus. It's very convenient if you want a drink before or after a Westside game, or just need a low-key stop nearby. If you're after a cozy, intimate spot with good drinks and a relaxed vibe, Inkwell Bar delivers.

The parking is okay. I'm here in opening hours, and it's packed out there. Not sure whose biz is flooded. This fine location has several people, but most arrived after me. Cools folks, too, FWIW The bar is rustic wood, with worn wood barstools. Charming. There are a varied set of tables with comfortable seats. While not huge, it's a reasonable sized bar. One TV at the far side of the bar. The bartender is cool. Someone called her Charlie and she responded. Served me a Manhattan with double the sweet vermouth, as requested. Hasn't quit moving. Whoever owns this place must be quite pleased with their work. I appreciate the black clothing worn by them. It's a look I favor. It's especially great when one's partner is at the nearby salon. Comfortable and inviting. Been here before. Will be here again!

We were both chewing slowly because we didn't like the dish. But one was definitely worse than the other.
