They made us feel so welcome and appreciated, my only regret was not switching to them earlier. Dr. Mara recommended a different approach for my dog on a couple different fronts, both of which were far easier, and WAY less expensive than my previous vet had been recommending, and not only did it save me a ton of money, their approach was so much better and less stressful for my dog. Dr. Mara and Olivia, the vet tech, were an absolute joy to be around. My dog and I are actually looking forward to our next vet visit. Can't recommend them enough!!

They said it wasn't possible, but they never sneezed or had any runny eyes before the visit to them. Four days after I took my male cat he had a terrible attack of this feline herpes which he never had in his 2 1/2 years of life. Four days after that my female started having the same symptoms, and she had not gone on that visit to the vet - must've contracted it from the male. They tried to tell me they always had had it. I disagreed. And then they lied on the records, so when I went to a new vet with their records, I found they had missreported a vital fact. They said that I told them early on that they had feline herpes which I absolutely did not do! I was shocked by that. Well of course I can't prove it, but all the evidence added up to the fact that they contracted it at the vet. That was bad enough, but then changing the records to say that I had told them about it was beyond unforgivable and we took our all our animals away from their practice.

Especially with Dr. Palladino and our cat, Jessie. Dr. Palladino has been a caring, knowledgeable and authentic-passion-for-animals vet. You see, recently, Jessie developed a cyst on his head at the base of his right ear. Early on, while it was small, Dr P advised watchful waiting as surgical removal in that spot was problematic for healing. Fast forward a year and that ugly cyst had tripled in size and had to come off. Dr Palladino warned that healing would be difficult. You see, in that spot there is little skin to suture together. But we had no choice and she did it flawlessly. Thanks to her skills and a cooperative feline, the cyst is gone and benign. Pets can't communicate very well, but I am confident Jessie would speak well of his caretaker. Her assistants' follow up was timely and thorough. And Dr P's knowledge made us comfortable and confident.
