We got the Buffaroni pizza which is pepperoni with ranch, buffalo, and hot honey. I enjoyed the toppings. Both my husband and I agreed the pizza was undercooked. I want to start this off by saying I am not one to complain because I am also in the food industry. The service I received tonight was unexplainable. It would be a totally different thing if they were making hourly. The workers here make well over 15 an hour and still beg for tips, but yet they still ensure your out before THEY CLOSE. My friends and I came In prior to 10 and ordered, but they still took until at least 10:30 to provide us with our food. We had no complaints as we knew they were busy, but to our surprise one of the workers kept reminding us that they were closing soon. Little did we know they were closing at 11... but they tried to kick us out at 10:45. I honestly think this is ridiculous if you are working for tips because quite frankly I have stayed well over my shift to take care of my tables. Not to mention they make a good hourly and still ask to supplement with tips. Once we left one of the girls (pictured) shoved the pizza box out of my hands and was extremely rude. Multiple of the workers were screaming GET OUT even though it was prior to their closing time of 11:00 pm. I just thought this was extremely ridiculous because they aren't working for hourly, they are working for tips and don't even take care of the tables or wait courteously for them to leave. I have never experienced service like this ESPECIALLY when they are asking for additional tips (which I did add). read more

We've been waiting for Cucinella's to open their location in uptown Greenville and were excited to try a new place. We had the pig and fig pizza and were blown away! That has definitely been the favorite and we end up ordering it almost every time. All their pizzas do not disappoint, especially the specialties. Pizza 12" Spartan was meh. Grinder was meh. Won't order again. No parmesan or red chili pepper flakes or anything comes with the pizza. I am letting my dogs eat the food. Grubhub driver was the laziest I have ever experienced and rude. The pizza box was falling apart. He took a 20 min+ break at an apartment complex before going to to pick up the pizza... I think the restaurant was closing and my pizza had been made and left sitting for a long time. Grinder as well. To pay these overinflated prices... it's disturbing how little restaurants seem to care about dinner delivery customers. Grubhub never sent me their rating text as I'd already given feedback directly to them. Note: I won't be trying this restaurant again. I should have got a cheap pizza from a cheap chain place. At least I'd have paid a lot less. I did get a refund in the pizza and a 7.00 credit for the inconvenience from Grubhub. read more

We visited Greenville for the day and had Cucinellas recommended to us. The restaurant is clean, with a friendly staff, and the food is outstanding. We ordered a simple cheese pie and a meatball grinder and a chicken parm grinder. The NY style thin crust pizza with a homemade sauce is just delicious, but the grinders stole the show. I tasted my wife's meatball grinder and she tasted my chicken parm and we can't decide which was best, because both were just bursting with flavor. My only disappointment is that Cucinellas doesn't offer a simple pasta marinara, because the sauce they use on the grinders is mouth watering and just begging for at least a side dish of pasta. It would be easy to add to the menu. read more

I'm not sure where to start, this place used to be so good when the location was on Tar Rd. We went in last night, my husband and i, and ordered two pizzas to eat in. We tend to like different things so got two different pizzas. Since they were on the same order we assumed they would come out at the same time. Wrong! We anticipated a wait, not a problem. His pizza was out in about 20 minutes and as the waitress was delivering it she said mine would be out next. That turned out to be 20 minutes later and only after my husband had to go ask about it. The pizza, well my husband's words were I have eaten better Pizza out of the freezer section at the grocery store. They were not good, and including a tip which in retrospect is never a good idea to do before you get your food, was $45. That was definitely not $45 worth of food. We got two 12-in pizzas and one beverage because I drank water. I just couldn't believe it, we wasted and eat out on such lousy food. Very disappointing, obviously we will not be back. read more
