The box is small but the space is really well used and thus, class sizes are also small, max 8 ppl, which means you get quite a bit of the coach's attention. I avoided trying crossfit for years given all the stigmas and and subsequent intimidation (injuries, cliqueish, etc) but Coach Martin is BIG on form, really knowledgeable, and best of all, really fun. Everyone who comes to this box is incredibly friendly and helpful- a month after joining, despite my inexperience, I was encouraged to push myself and opt in for the Crossfit Open. I had the best support system behind me and I guarantee you won't find a better team pushing you through. No cliques, your biggest competition is yourself with everyone rooting for each other. Come at least 3x a week, don't get intimidated by the weights (go at your own pace), and see the difference it makes in your life.

Within less than 3 months, my trainer missed two sessions without notice ("no-shows"), and the quality of the training has been inconsistent and unprofessional. When I asked to cancel because I wasn't getting the proper service I paid for, they told me it was "absolutely impossible" to cancel -- no matter what the situation was. That is completely unfair and unprofessional. Customers should not be forced to continue paying for a service that is not being delivered properly. I'm very disappointed and would not recommend this location to anyone.

I saw specialist that urged me to have spinal surgery to alleviate the pressure a herniated disc was placing on my sciatic nerve. A friend recommended I visit Executive Park PT before I got surgery. The staff evaluated my condition and through Physical Therapy helped me avoid major spinal surgery; the pain has never returned again. That experience would have me rating Executive Park PT with 3 to 4 stars. They receive a 5 star rating from me, because of the time and patience they spent on my six year old daughter. About a month ago, my six year old, woke up suddenly one day unable to straighten her leg. This went on for a few days and she compensated with the pain by adjusting her posture and walking awkwardly. Eventually she couldn't walk and had to miss school. Any attempt at straightening, massaging or even touching her leg would make her cry hysterically. I was frantic and extremely concerned. I decided to bring her to Executive Park PT and I am so grateful for the attention they gave my little girl. They took their time with her, made her feel very comfortable, and made me feel at ease... These guys know what they are doing they are knowledgeable and true professionals.
