Came here on a recommendation by a friend. Worst customer service. We waited and waited for a sales rep to assist us with information and prices. At one point, I went into the office area and asked if they could page someone to help us. Finally got Ariel, he said he is wrapping up helping some one else but would be with us soon. He is now tied up with 2 customers. Again we waited. This place needs more sales rep. When Ariel finally asked what he could do for us, we took him to the two quartzite we selected. He said it's brand new stone and prices were not available. He took our number and stated he would call us in 45 minutes. That was a week ago. Why would you put products for the public to look at without prices. Doesn't make sense. We won't be back, customer service is extremely bad. I suggest going elsewhere, if you want a good experience. read more

I am a designer in Las Vegas and have worked with Leor for almost a decade. I have brought multiple clients in to see Leor and every client has been extremely happy with their selections. Marble Express really does have the largest selection of beautiful slabs and tile. Their new tile showroom is fabulous. I was surprised to read some of the negative reviews below especially the one left by Courtney S. where she accused Leor of "yelling". Leor is probably the kindest gentleman I have had the pleasure to work with. I know that I always ask if the price is the same for cash or credit so I don't know why she didn't think to do the same. It's a common practice for businesses to roll the 3% bank fee over to the customer. Our experience at Marble Express has been top notch. We purchased a lot of stone, including several slabs of exotic granite, for our current remodel project in our new Summerlin home. Gina on the sales floor was very friendly and knowledgeable, and the transaction was smooth and painless. In particular, Eric Mizrahi, was absolutely spectacular as far as coordinating the stonework needs and engaging a true artist to perform the work. Their selection of natural stone, manmade materials, and ceramic materials is extensive. Prices were competitive as well. A great experience all around. Our fabricator overestimated the amount of quartzite needed for our kitchen remodel and we purchased one too many slabs at $2500 each. We realized that we didn't need the extra slab before we removed any product from the store. We paid cash and were told that we would get a refund for the extra slab. The purchase was made in July of 2022 and it is now December 2022 and we have still not received our refund. We have called several times and we are always told that the owner has to sign the check and has not been available. Marble Express has never reached out to us to resolve the problem. They seem to be happy cheating their customers. Stay away from this company - there are several others in the vicinity! read more

I can't write a review complaing about the quality of the slabs because they have nice products. However, I purchased a stone from them on July 11. A week later they ordered the product. The shipping would be more than the stone so I canceled the order. Here it is August 3, 2022 and I still do not have my refund. Lots of beautiful slabs for starters. But they're not the only ones with some nice product. I also got very good prices and customer service, even when I had to return not once but twice for an additional slab each time because the pricing was so good for me I expanded my remodel. By far the best slab yard in town. The quality and uniqueness of their stones are unmatched. I've been dealing with marble express for the past year and I have to say they have been great. Once I purchased a couple of slabs of white granite for new construction house I was working on and ended up being short half a slab so I called up and Leor said that they were all sold out of that color slab, but he knew that one of his fabricators had some that they recently bought, so he gave me the fabricators number long story short got the piece I needed from the fabricator who didn't even charge me for it ....... Life saver!!!! I was on another job when I ran into an issue and needed some more backsplash tile to finish the job and I could not make it to marble express so I called Leor and what do you know within an hour the tile that I needed was in my hands and he personally brought it to me..... Marble Express has a huge selection; I could have walked around for hours. Ariel and Leor took care of us; very friendly and very responsive to emails. I had a great experience at Marble Express. I only needed 2 slabs and a little but of tile for my condo and my sales person, Leor, moved all the slabs for me with the fork lift so I could see all the slabs from the bundle and pick my favorites. He also gave a recommendation for a fabricator that turned out to be great. I came in three times and couldn't make up my mind. Leor was very patient and gave me some samples to take home and see how they looked in my house. In the end I decided on a Mascrorato granite for my counter tops. It is BEAUTIFUL! Oh, so you think you have to go to the most expensive stone store in town to find beautiful products? Wrong! Marble Express has a wonderful selection and is quite reasonably priced. Their showroom is lovely and after looking at nearly all of the stone places in town, hands down, this was my number one pick. It's a very comfortable place to browse, with no one pushing a sale. Gil, my salesman, is a super nice, easygoing guy, who was extremely pleasant to deal with. I had originally ordered samples of other pieces and because of COVID, it was delayed. UPDATE: Since posting this review below (which I stand by 100%), my husband received a call from Leor. He left a voicemail yelling at husband for my review. Well, Leor, if you'd like to get in contact or have an issue with me, call or email me directly. I don't answer to my husband. Leor threatened that he was going to respond here, and he should explain this stuff. What I encountered was not different than what Vince D. encountered (review 4/27/19 where his slabs got switched) or example cited by B.S. (review 8/23/16 with trying to tack a percentage on in addition to that on the invoice through his contractor) or example cited by Jamie W (review 5/1/13 with her broken slab) as our slab was also missing a broken corner, but we were told when we saw the slab that Marble Express didn't think it would affect fabrication, though our fabricator did not have a chance to confirm this. So in the end, shame on me as your voicemail said? No, shame on you for all of the things in this review and for calling and leaving a yelling, berating voicemail for my husband (which of course we have recorded) because you don't like what I wrote. The initial review below is completely factual. Be aware that they will swap samples "accidentally" for what you requested to something they have in stock to sell their inventory, will tack on a 3% service charge for credit cards that is not disclosed on invoice until after credit card is run (noticed a sign on a piece of paper a little larger than that found in a fortune cookie taped to the back of a computer monitor while my payment was being processed) and that for first time buyers, they will request electronic copies of your credit card and ID, but these sensitive docs will not be held in any kind of secured way. It took 5 trips to this store before I finally canceled. I went literally a block away to Granite Expo-family run, reputable business. Second time using them, and never a problem. I got a better price and was in and out in literally 10 minutes. Marble Express has lovely slabs, but they are not upfront about their business and billing practices until after you've ordered. read more

Gil helped me with everything I looked at and had questions about. He's an absolute pleasure to work with.
