Great deal right? Guess again. They nickel and dime you for everything. Walk in closet? Oh yeah, that's not considered a room, $15 extra. Stairs, also not considered a room - $3.50 per stair, + extra charge for 2 landings. Hallway, not a room, extra charge. Area rug needs cleaning? Also not a room, extra charge. Master is considered 2 rooms, $15 extra. Mold spray and treatment? $29 and $15 extra. Bathroom has carpet? Not a room, + $15, and on and on... The estimate, rang up to almost $200! I said, hey woah, woah, what about my groupon? They said, oh yeah, we'll subtract $50 off since you have a voucher. I said, but I paid $49 for the voucher, what happened to the $120 value??! He proceeds to tell me that it's up to 200 sq ft per room, but stairs aren't a room, and neither is a bathroom or a hallway, then continues on repeating his rigamarole, etc, etc. He ends with, yeah, this groupon pricing is confusing. Huh? My ass, I paid $49 for the voucher, if you subtract $50 off the bill then I only saved $1. Nothing confusing about that. At the very least, if you are trying to screw me with the nickel and diming, honor your groupon value and subtract $120. At this point, I figured out that I was getting ripped off. Now I have this stupid voucher, and they are in my home and I'm pretty much stuck hiring them or I lose my $49. So I decided to stop arguing, and just have them do the bare minimum and send them on their way. Even the bare minimum, I paid an extra $50 over what I paid for the voucher and, I only have half of my carpets cleaned, and the other half not cleaned. The only reason I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 is because the carpets they did clean are nice and fluffy. So it's all really too bad that they felt the need to offer a fraudulent groupon. If you are trying to drum up business by offering new customers a groupon, then honor it or don't offer one, because you just lost me and any referral I may have given you in the future. P.S. The workers that came out were very diligent with their work and even though I was pissed, they both managed to stay calm. They must be used to the BS, so I don't blame them. I texted and called. It took him 2 days to call back. He finally responded, and said he'd come back the next day. He didn't. All in all the entire place is kept very clean and tidy. There's also a vending machine where you can get whatever cleaning supplies you may need or forgot at home. That came in handy for me lol. There's a gentleman that's on the premise that was very kind and helped me get a box fabric sheets unstuck from the vending machine. And in case you're like me and don't carry cash they accept card!! I recently purchased a gate control keypad from United to control a new access gate I was having constructed. When the company I hired to build and install the gate attempted to program the keypad, there was an internal malfunction that prevented it from functioning as designed. I returned to United and explained the problem to the friendly woman at the front counter. She took the defective keypad into a back room to have the owner, Jonathan examine it. She soon returned and said they would not repair or replace it as more than 10 days had passed since it was sold. I told her I would like to speak with the owner about this knowing that this person was not the decision maker. She went to get Jonathan and came back and said he wouldn't speak with me. So, I patiently waited until closing time, about 30 minutes or so while Jonathan was hiding in a back room. Jonathan was clearly avoiding contact with a customer who had in good faith purchased merchandise from him, but now needed their after-sale assistance. I ended up going to a competitor who rather than selling me a new keypad, took the defective one from United and quickly resolved the malfunction...at no charge to me. This is what United and Jonathan should have done in the first place. Two stars for the friendly and courteous front counter staffer who unfortunately was tasked with assisting a customer's problem while her boss hid in a back room earning zero stars.

I sent my request out earlier this week with a specific date I needed pickup as my new couch is also coming today. The other quotes coming back either declined the pick up or were the same price, for those curious. The communication from the first message to the pick up was pure perfection. It was quick, friendly, helpful and just amazing. I tend to stress over things like this and having a very fast answer really gave me no time to worry. And the communication throughout the whole process was this way. They confirmed my appointment. They sent a reminder. They even sent a text when they were 5 minutes out this morning. They were on time, they were quick, they were friendly... this was the easiest process EVER and I am so grateful. I was able to pay with a credit card which was awesome. I intended to pay with cash but I didn't have a chance to get to the bank, so I wanted to make sure I could still tip so having the option to use a credit card was appreciated. (I did also ask, currently they do not take Venmo). Also, I live in an apartment which is not always easy for items like this. Space is limited. They were very respectful of my space and items on my porch and in my home. Paid, tipped, offered them both a bottle of water and that was it. It was such a smooth interaction from the beginning to the end. I can not say enough positive things about this company and the guys I interacted with.
