I was told I could order delivery with the pictures of my records being of me coming to that location a picture of my I'd card front and back and Rec when they got there he said they needed to txt someone at the shop I waited 20 min at the door with all my neighbors looking at me and my kid at the door and after all the effort of what I was told I called the shop talked to a snobby lady who was very rude and just no no no no.. even with my medical records and having a panic attack left me and keep messaging me threw automated service just to mess with my my feelings and my emotions lack of medication and I have never had a delivery service treat me so horribly this is the worst clinic ever they lack any empathy or human understanding I wouldn't suggest anyone to go here. It's ment to heal not hurt and it give people faulse information and play with my emotions like it's a game. Not ok not cool. Not kosher. I can get on a plane I even had a birth certificate and a expired I'd card and social and all failed on ignorant people I know a lot of people in the medical marijuana industry and I won't speak well word of mouth is everything. Yes the inside has some great interior design Yes the staff are knowledgeable and friendly Yes it's an easy sign up if you don't have your card But... for as nice as this place looks on the inside, the organization should be on point. Everything is in a designated area but signs are hard to read describing what's on that shelf. Flower has some good choices... but it is scattered behind the counter with no organization other than price point. Would have been nice to look at the flower more closely but the packaging methods dot really allow you to look at your buds too close. I mainly went in to buy some clones since they are one of the few places that carry them. That being said I found my self AGAIN scratching my head at the poor organization. Magic melon was the only strain they had to offer... and not a single staff member had a clue as to when the next shipment comes or even what they are getting in the next shipment. They had 1 clone of pineapple upside down cake that looks like it was neglected and very wilted. So I kindly asked if I could get a discount on it since it was so sad and I would take it off their hands. The store associate "helping" us just shortly laughed and said "probably not" All in all it was a nice experience, just wish they had more info on clones or a more reliable distributor. read more

This place is very poor on the staff they don't like to help people out especially the girls that work there they think that they need to be approached instead of them helping people the Shift manager Jamie is a piece of work also he allows the bad behavior of his employees and isn't on the floor to over see what bull shit they pull over customers. Here is a good indication I came in to get something and I was greeted by a nice young man who didn't work there and was doing a demo as soon as he was finished letting me know he tried his best to had it off to one of the budtender and they looked at him crazy like he was doing something wrong they didn't want to help me out at all I had to even say something but I was still ignored so the nice young man grabbed it for me and set it at the register so they can ring me out. Then I seen the manager yell at the nice young man that was doing the demo and try to be little him in front of everyone who was in the store. It really sad that that Manger Jamie really dosent know how much o be a manger or how to talk to people that why I can see this store get bad reviews really poor management. I would fire the managers there also all the budtender they have no care for people there at that location so be warned if you go to this place just be aware that they are too good to help anyone out and if there is a special running don't ask for help on that either . If you're into the flowers, good luck. You can't see any of the strains. The way the teenager behind the counter struggled to explain it was like this, "you just have to know what you want. Complete disregard for public safety and their medical patients. The security guard refused to wear a mask while scaning me for weapons. He wanted to get all up in my personal space so I asked him nicely to wear a mask. I would assume any decent human being would kindly comply. Not this place... they didn't want my business. I am a care giver for an immune comprised cancer patient. This is a medical facility who take medical patients. Weather your vaccinated or not you can still spread covid19. After talking with the manager Christian I believe, all he could tell me is they are not required to wear a mask. He said I am not allowed in if they don't scan me and they would not put on a mask in oder to do so. After getting in my car and starting to drive down the street I looked over and the disrespectful security guard was looking at me laughing (must have been to scarred to do it to my face). Really your going to loose someone's business and never get recommended by that person just because your security guard couldn't be respectful enough to wear a mask for one person when asked nicely. Not a smart move... there are plenty other dispensaries to choose from. Very poor management. I wonder how many people have caught Covid from this place? I don't live near the are but I drive 30+ minutes to this dispensary because they have such a big space and the customer service is the BEST at this location. I used to go to mission valley but since they are so busy there the staff doesn't get to go into detail or spend as much time helping you as they do at this location. I've been going here for a few months now and the staff is always so nice and helpful! This place is awesome, from the start the location is easy to find and there's plenty of parking. You get quickly checked with a metal detector before entering the build by security. This location is medical so you need a recommendation to be able to purchase any products, if you don't have your medical rec, they can help you get it on site, I think it takes a day, I'm not really sure I already have my medical rec. After checking in the lobby, with your ID and med rec, you get buzzed through the security door into the show room where they have vape cartridges, batteries lining the wall. Then on shelves there's very large assortment of edibles, everything you can think of from gummies to thc non alcoholic beer. Then there's the tinctures and topicals products. In the center of the room is bar with all the packaged flower ranging from $25 eights all the way up to $75. The high end brands being alien labs, cookies, connected California. But they really have something for everybody the variety was really good. The pricing is cheaper than most other legal dispensaries and delivery services. Most of all the staff was super knowledgeable and friendly. This definitely my new spot read more

This review does not reflect the store in its entirety, it's more so just a representation of my most recent experience. Typically I am very pleased with my visits. The staff is incredibly friendly, and i would say 80% of the time i receive actual helpful information about my inquiries. the other 20% of the time i receive general answers with little to no actual information as a response to my questions. It's clear some employees go the extra mile, and some don't. But this is the case with any retail environment. Yesterday I got an awesome employee. She was very helpful, portrayed all the positive competencies any experienced retail employee would have. She sounded like she knew what she was talking about, and i felt she listened to me and addressed my concerns appropriately. I'm afraid i didn't catch her name, unfortunate because she's a great employee. She suggested a product to me based off the positive reviews she's heard about this product. So i went for it. Unfortunately the product was actually quite bad. So bad in fact that it made me sick to my stomach immediately after use. This review is not about the product though, it's about my return experience today. I was greeted by a different employee this time, i'm afraid the way they presented themselves was very forgettable and unenthused. I know what that feels like, i've worked retail for 10+ years and 7 of those years at the Apple Store. I presented my issue regarding the poor quality product, i was not asking to return or exchange, i was just looking for them to provide a reasonable discount on another purchase i would have made. First off, they never acknowledged my poor experience with a product i purchased from their store. Not even an "oh, that stinks" -- zero recognition of my poor experience. They went and asked a manger, and returned with the offer of a 10% discount. I thanked them for asking but said I wasn't interested in only 10% off since i already spent a lot of money there the day before, so i told them i was just going to leave; and i started to leave. The employee then insisted on telling me as i was walking away that "the manager did this out of the kindness of their heart etc etc." I then was presented with a conversation about the issue as i was simply trying to leave. So i told them, "as an extremely loyal customer to this location, 10% to me--is more a slap in the face. It also doesn't feel like anything was done out of the kindness of their heart." However, I'm pretty certain they didn't hear a word i said because they started talking over me saying something about how this is a big loss or whatever BS. I never wanted to engage a conversation such as this due to this being a regular location for me, but alas here we were. I'm very disappointed, so much so that i likely won't be returning. I've come at least once a week almost every week for the last year. The person that helped me was rude, did not have good listening skills, lacked political savvy, and honestly, the most disappointing thing is they were trying to put it on me as if it was my fault for buying it and that the store had absolutely zero involvement with the product i bought...from their store. Honestly, it is my fault, i should have never purchased that product. However I would have AT LEAST preferred an employee that simply acknowledged that i had a poor experience--then i wouldn't be writing this review in the first place. read more

Beautiful store. I went there looking for product because I suffer from debilitating panic attacks. I asked an associate for help and she seemed so put out to be having to help me. She pointed over at some area and told me the products I want would be over there. Anything there would work. Don't know how she would know since she didn't get my whole story. The products she directed me to had high thc. I wanted some thc not high amounts. That could trigger a panic attack in me. I watched some of the other sales associates and they were amazing. This place has gone down the drain . I ordered for delivery and waited an hour and did not get notification that the driver was en route, so I contacted support to ask if the driver had left. They said the driver had not left and would be leaving in 10-15min because with the "online special" of 20% off they were busy...ah , no kidding? So I waited another hour and still no notification, so I contacted support again for them to tell me that they will credit me $10 and the driver would be there in another 45 min!!!!! So almost 3 hours latter I placed my order they were going to deliver it to me??? If you are going to run a special don't you think you should prepare to be busy and not use it as an excuse ??? I have been a long time customer of the store, been going there weekly for the past 2 years, even though their product are overpriced compared to other local stores. Today is the last time I go there. I have seen many terrible reviews about them on different platforms from yelp to weedmaps but always supported them. Today was the last straw though, the owner of the store who is more a scumbag drug dealer than a professional business owner, was extremely rude and unwilling to help. His customer service was terrible, you can tell he was not genuinely trying to help with the situation. After I realized it was actually the owner and not an employee who was so disrespectful and unaccommodating, I decided I will never go back and support a person like that. I have never ever written a negative review for anything in my life, but after my experience with the owner I felt so mistreated to the point of writing this. But the associate behind the counter kept talking to me and luring me in his way and I didn't want to be rude so I just stopped there to converse. I didn't feel mellow vibes in there and my personality doesn't like to feel overwhelmed. There's so many associates...and cool-looking products but leave me alone, haha. I just wanted to look around and do my own thing and ask a question when ready but after a few feet in I'm standing there already trying to make a decision on the over-priced low-grade stuff that I got. Extremely dry and once I got home I noticed on the packaging that one of the strains I got expired in October of 2019 and I purchased this in January of 2020. I don't understand why the strains have an expiration date on them but since they do all of you associates should honor it and not sell them!
