Worst customer service and irresponsible. I took my jacket to get dry cleaned and they totally damaged my jacket. Manager/owner was so rude , and dismissive. she was trying to blame it on Normal wear and tear when in fact my jacket was perfectly fine when I turned it in. She also tried to blames it on following label instructions yet, I could have done that at home. She blamed on her employees, not proper labdry cleaning instructions and was rehearsing with what she should teach them, once again showing poor management. I choose to take it to them, as so called "professionals" yet they ruined it. Obviously they don't know what they are doing. They Owner had no remorse, no manors, kept being condescending raising her voice, despite of noticing I am pregnant, kept calling me "mija" as if she was sure I spoke Spanish labeling my ethnicity. Honestly don't understand all the negative reviews. During the last year, I've had 7 different pieces of clothing get work done and none of them had any flaws aside from some extra string (normal for me). Not to mention the turnaround for pickup is fairly fast. Also, unlike other reviewers, my interactions with the owners/employees were all positive. Maybe it's luck, but I'll keep yall updated. Think of it this way.. they must be doing something right because the amount of business is literally hanging inside. Lol read more

This place is horrible! I brought two very expensive sweaters here and they ruined them! There were oil stains all over them and they claimed it was like that before when those sweaters are hardly worn. Not only the oil stains but they were faded badly!! That was my first time ever getting the sweaters cleaned and now they look 10 years old. I'm looking into a lawyer now because this was the worst experience I've ever had and no compensation at all!! read more

Store closes at 5pm because of the time of year. I pull into a parking spot right in front of the store at 4:54 to pick up a few things and the store attendant has already turned off the lights and is locking the door. Other than that. I've never had a problem here. read more

I don't agree with any of the negative reviews here. I've been going here for my sewing and dry cleaning needs for many years. The work has always been good and the service has always been good. Today they went above and beyond what I would expect. I called at 8:00am and asked if they could do a rush job for me. I am leaving the state for a short notice funeral and needed my clothes cleaned ASAP. They said they could get it done by 11am. I was running late and they gave me a courtesy call to let me know they needed to start their load soon and they agreed to hold off until I could get there. They waited to start the wash for me and now I'll be able to get my clothes on time as promised. If that isn't good customer service I don't know what is. They will continue to get my business and they get 5 stars for working with me to get my stuff done quickly. read more

5 stars for alterations... -4 for dry cleaning & press service. Paid (in advance) for both services, and when I picked up my garments, observed chalk marks on where the patches were sewn. I rolled with it... but then asked the clerk to verify if what I was seeing was the product of pressing... the clerk said "yes, that was normal." In disbelief, I ask the clerk again, and at this point she's looking at me like I'm crazy for asking. I shake my head in disappointment and reluctantly accept my garments. read more

Funny how folks complain so much about stuff they can prevent. First, honey gets more bees than vinegar as they say...even when customer is supposed to be right. If your garment is stained, tell them!!!! If you drop of something for sewing, expect a charge. Many businesses even have a minimum transaction. I've been going here since I got to the air base a decade ago. Not one problem. Friendly and fast. Sure, there's been miscommunications like wrong creases but if that sort of thing pisses people off, perhaps they're just angry in general. Life's short...don't sweat the small stuff. Bad customer service. I had taken my jeans in to get hemmed only-no dry cleaning. The lady asked specifically "just hem, no dry cleaning" I confirmed yes and repeated what she said back. She then proceeded to charge my husband for a hemming plus pressing of my jeans! So it cost twice as much as just a hem job. My husband discussed this with her and she refused to charge only for hem job. I also noticed some pants weren't hemmed at the marked length, even though I tried on and had them mark in store. This place is awesome. Fast service and very friendly. They were able to dry clean my husband's uniform and hem my dress in one day.

This cleaners donated my uniform with ribbon rack, name tag, and insignia without calling me first. The owner stated that I was called as they call all customers before donating. I requested proof. She found the other half of my ticket stub, and there is no annotation of a call being made. She then stated it was my responsibility and changed her response. She lied about calling all customers before donating. I take responsibility for not picking it up sooner, but a uniform should not be donated without the customer being called first. The owner was rude and did not take her share of the responsibility, as a call is supposed to be made before donating. Not a happy customer! read more

Don't go to this business. They may be double charging you. I took my daughter for her uniform and she paid when we dropped it off but manger/owner didn't write down paid do even I went to pick it up I had to pay again. My daughter doesn't live in town and unfortunately she was I class and didn't have the receipt handy. When I told the girl (who ended up being the owners daughter) that they had lost a customer, she said she didn't care because they have plenty and one less wasn't going to make a difference. Needless to say I won't be going there anymore. After all they won't miss one less customer. Good luck to this business, they don't seem to care about the service. My wife's blouse had stains. They stated that they had overlooked it and wanted to correct it the following week. I told them I couldn't wait since I would be out of town. "WARNING" - don't take your clothes to Alper Cleaners....if they damage they don't compensate the customer other than with store credit as if you'd want to return. My mother took a garment to Alper Cleaners and they damaged the garment and blew her off. So on my mothers behalf I called Alper Cleaners and spoke with Mila who supposedly is the owner, she was rude, cocky, and hung up in my face while trying to inquire on how she was going to repay my mother for her poor service. I want everyone to know how poor Alpers Cleaners right across from March Reserve Air Force Base how they treat senior citizens.....store credit does not resolve the matter and what would make them think that a customer would want to return to utilize their services is pure ignorance. read more

Charged $6 for sewing on a pocket seem that was less than a half an inch!!!!! I wasn't even told there would be a charge for doing it when I dropped off my laundry order!!!!! I discussed this with the lady and she did not want to help me with my concern. I've been......WAS a customer for over 10+ years.
