Stopped in for a quickie lunch before football practice. Was amazed by the quality of service and food provided by Chris. Son had their 2 slice and drink special and I had an Italian sandwich. Best Italian sandwich I've ever had. They recommended adding spinach instead of lettuce, and it made it that much better. Would definitely stop here more often! read more

We were excited to have a new pizza place in our neighborhood until we ordered the first time. We had their coupons, they said they were not theirs. Odd. No problem though, bring our Pizzas. We ordered two pizzas. They delivered them after more than an hour. The order was wrong. It took another half hour to get the right order. Today, Aug 20, 14, we tried again. They got the coupons right this time. The order was placed at 5:52. After two more calls, it was finally delivered, warm, at 7:40. 40 minutes before it was delivered, we were told it was on its way. According to the driver, he left the store with it 10 minutes before it was delivered. The pizzas are very good. The service is so bad, it is not worth the good pizza. Maybe give them a few months to get their act together and try again. Not worth the frustration now! read more

This is an update to my previous reviews. I ordered a large order of pizzas, 7 to be exact, for an end of season party at my house. My only complaint, they arrived 15 minutes earlier then I was anticipating them. However, the pizzas were all very good and all of my guests raved at how good they were. We probably order at least 2 to 3 times a month from Marcos and I have to say the inconsistencies that we experienced early on have gotten better. Orders are correct and the pizzas good. I will also add the delivery people working now are very friendly and much better then they had when they first opened. read more

We were happy with our delivery experience last night- we ordered online, they offer lots of options with how you want it cooked, cut, if you want anything on your crust, etc. The order came exactly as estimated, 40-45 minutes and order was correct. Upon eating, our cheesy bread was really good and not as greasy as the other chains like dominos or papa johns. Pizza- we got a large deluxe uno and a small thin crust garden. I LOVE the toppings! They put as many toppings on as I expect and hope for, and I love that they are literally fresh--the bell peppers had a crunch to them and sausage were like mini meatball size. I've ordered a few times from these guys but this time 10/3/21 was a complete fail. Specified no contact delivery to be left on my front porch, but the delivery driver was at my door. Had a specific order, it was completely wrong. I just don't understand how simple instructions can't be followed. It's not rocket science. We made this our go-to pizza place over Dion's about a year ago. The experiment is over. Their thin crust pizza when cooked enough is pretty good, but most of their other selections are just mediocre. Regular crust pizzas are just a lot of soft dough and things like wings aren't good at all - not crispy and over sauced. It's too bad that there aren't many pizza options in the area, but if you like good pizza this IS NOT IT. We used to like this place. These takeout meals were a total bust. One 12" pizza wasn't even hot, paid extra for house-made prosciutto di parma, it was just thrown unheated on top, big chewy slices. Barely more than a few tablespoons sauce, skimpy mushrooms, paid extra for Calabrian peppers. Only 4, not even sliced, dough was not warm, nor crispy as ordered. It was tough and had no taste, biting of a piece of the top edge was ridiculous, like beef jerky . The other pizza had different ingredients but the fam had the exact same complaints. Oh, also had the worst panna cotta I have ever had. It had actual gritty granules of sugar when eaten. Who does that? Ever? We won't be going back. Too many really good pizza places around. The problem with ordering blindly from mom & pop, or non-chain restaurants is that you never know what you are going to get. I've attended a few gatherings where Marco's was served, and this is some good stuff. Large pies, thinner crust, even toppings. I like a big triangle slice and this does just that. Not able to add my address to a delivery order as it defaults to the wrong city and will not allow me to overwrite it with the correct address. Several other very frustrating things with the web site in trying to place an order. I then thought I would let someone know of the trouble I was having with the web site but Marcos corporate provides NO contact links on their website. As a result I am leaving my feedback here to reflect on the local restaurant even though it was not their fault. Since Marcos doesn't care about my feedback, my only option is here. Just ordered from here for the first time. Phone service was good and delivery was on time. We ordered the meat pizza and unfortunately the sausage had numerous pieces of cartilage in it, which I had to keep picking out when chewing. I had to stop eating it because of that. After ordering a few times I agree with other reviewers it's not consistent. Also whenever I use a coupon I noticed the toppings are skimped and not as full compared to the ones I didn't have a coupon for. Every single time. So use a coupon get mediocre pizza or not use one and get a good one. Also getting a larger size pizza, the toppings are skimped as well but again used a coupon for those. read more

Not impressed! Was told I was out of the delivery area, I live 2.5 miles from Marco's. I decided to place a carryout order, was told to pick up in 30 minutes. I arrived to pick up and had to wait another 30 minutes as I was told my pizza had just been placed in the oven. Pizza came out then had to wait another 10 minutes for my cheesy bread. Marco's Pizza is definitely our favorite pizza place. Not too greasy, has great flavor. We order weekly for delivery and it's generally always quick. This past Thursday night, our delivery was taking a bit longer, I called just to make sure it was coming and it was. A few minutes later the delivery guy arrived, said he's the owner and since it took an hour we don't have to pay! That was definitely not our intent and was greatly appreciated. Amazing service! This new pizza place just recently opened near my home. We've been needing an alternative place that delivers to our neighborhood and this just may be the place. Today, I ordered a Pepperoni Magnifico to go. I made the order online and it was a quick, seamless process. My pizza was ready faster than advertised. Upon consumption, the pizza had good flavor and I liked the texture of the crust. I do think they were a bit cheap with spreading out the ingredients though as the crust with no toppings on it was 1-11/2 inches all the way around. Seems a bit cheap. I would order from here again. My experience with Marco's was not good at all. It'll probably be the last time I ever get a pizza from this place. I called to order a pizza for carry out via phone cause I knew that they take a long time from previous times I tried to order. I was told that it would be ready in 30 minutes which was great. I got there half an hour later only to wait an additional 35 minutes to get my order and walk out of the door, not to mention people there who were also complaining about how long they were waiting which was weird considering the amount of staff working there. 1 hour is an awfully long time to wait for a pizza, and yes I do understand that place to get busy at times but the customer is not the one that should pay for your bad time management. No matter how good your food is, making a customer wait for more than they expect at least would leave them pissed off and not enjoying it at all. Unfortunately it doesn't end there, once I got home I was not pleasant to find out that there was barley any tomato sauce used just cheese and dough. read more

Fresh ingredients, crust made daily onsite, and hey, my son works here so I know the service is good! So far we have had it three times, I am in love with the thin crust, so crispy and just delicious. Josh brought home some dessert thing last night with cinnamon and sugar dusted over cooked dough and warm icing packet and I thought I died and went to heaven. We ordered pizza from here the other day. We both loved it. The pizza was very good. The wings were better then BWW or any if those wing places. Everything tasted fresh and not super greasy. The only reason why I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is they forgot our side of ranch and it took them over an hour to deliver. Next time I will just go pick it up.
