Along with pizza, they sell salads, calzones, cheesy bread, wings, and other foods great to feed a crowd. The online ordering system is easy to use, and the rewards program is quite generous. I wanted to update my 2014 review because the service and food have been off lately. On my last visit, I ordered a garden salad and it did not have any croutons on it, as my other salads have and they are advertised on the menu. I usually order from a different pizza joint a bit further away, but last night I just didn't want to drive the extra mile and fight traffic. I'd enjoyed pizza from Marco's before so I review the menu and placed my order online. I was not disappointed, My online pizza order asked me to enter a time for pickup, so I gave myself and Marco's plenty of time (one hour). I arrived about 10 minutes early, and my pizza was still in the oven. Some folks might be annoyed by having to wait an extra 5 minutes, but what that told me was the staff was attentive to my pickup time and prepared my pie at the appropriate time to ensure I had a hot/fresh/well cooked meal! I love the pizza bowls here! You can customize your bowl to include whatever toppings that you'd like and whatever sauce and cheese you would like. The bowls are low-carb, keto friendly, and you can also request that they use minimal sauce to keep the carbs lower. Very good pizza, great crust and generous toppings with fast delivery but a bit pricey

What can I say? This place is a disappointment just about every time. I have experienced more late deliveries, not so warm food and incomplete orders than I would care to admit. They should be embarrassed. Corporate will be getting a call tomorrow. And the way it was handled this last time by the manager on duty....not impressed. There are many other pizza places out there to choose from....my suggestion....save the disappointment and frustration...keep driving past this one. read more

Wanted to try a different pizza delivery place. We made the right decision on Marco's. The best pizza I've had in a very long time. My wife usually doesn't like much pizza, but she ate almost half the pizza. We got The Works on thin crust. Perfect balance of sauce to toppings. Lots of flavor. I just ordered a small veggie pizza and 10 hot wings. The wings are so soggy and the pizza is not cooked all the way, the dough is raw! I had to put the wings and pizza in my oven at home to cook it better. It's a shame that they can't even cook pizza the right way. read more

We order Marco's in our area (Charlotte, NC), but we were in town and wanted something quick, easy, and nearby for the family. We ordered a couple of pizzas. I'm glad this location has my favorite - chicken Florentine, as some others do not. The only reason why I'm leaving this location a review is that they did not get our order right. I should have checked it before we left, but we just went with it. They should really take up from our local Marco's in Charlotte - they show us everything we ordered and always ask us if everything looks okay with each pizza, side, dessert, etc. This location did not do that, so I just put trust in them that they got it right. Unfortunately, my additions/changes of toppings and crust seasonings did not happen. Still good pizza, but we paid for and did not get what we asked for. :( read more

Well I have tried all the rest, I think I have found my favorite, I love the crust, was very fresh, perfect ratio, of sauce, to toppings, delivery was pretty quick, and it was hot and fresh when delivered, nothing worse than a soggy pizza crust! Tonight was the first night I've eaten from this location and I will go back. The food was delicious but it wasn't what I ordered. I believe they took my order down right and made it but the guy handing out the pizzas did not read the name carefully enough and I ended up getting Amanda's pizza. Best pizza within reasonable driving distance from my home. Calling for delivery is fine if you really don't want to leave the house, but waiting for the pizza when there is any kind of traffic on Glen McConnell is going to take a while. However, if you call ahead and pick up as you're passing by or venturing out, they'll usually have it ready within 10-15 minutes. Pizza has a really good taste to it, as I've become rather sick of the "better ingredients, better pizza" guy. They have a wide selection of toppings and specialty pies for those of us who may not want to design our own, but even the regular cheese (with extra cheese) has a great taste to it. They have a lot of side options as well as beverages to complete your meal, but I haven't tried anything more than the cheese bread (I like cheese). read more

I thought this would be a comparison to Papa John's or Pizza Hut so I was a little saddened when my order was over $20 even with an $8 off coupon. It then proceeded to be the best pizza we've had in Charleston so far. I try to give specific details in these reviews but I just can't. I've never dined in, only had delivery. I've never had problem with delivery as far as the time from when I ordered to the time they arrived. That's a plus! BUT 3 out about 5-6 times I've had anything delivered they were either missing an item that was ordered or delivered the wrong item. Which they had to go back to the store to correct the problem. Pros: I really like their pizza--they have a lot to choose from and they offer gluten-free choices. I was impressed that they offer a 12-inch gluten free crust vs. a tiny little crust that leaves you unsatisfied and ordering more. It's also very flavorful! Nice location--it is attached to a gas station--which might turn some people off--but it's easy to stop, get some gas and pick up some dinner on those "I don't wanna cook" nights. The manager was accommodating when an order was accidentally messed up--he gave us a free pizza to make sure it was made correctly. Cons: I've gotta say, that biggest con for me was the staff. We waited in the restaurant for our pizza and could hear their conversations in the kitchen--I'm not sure what was going on, but it sounded dramatic. The staff yells at each other, and what I'm assuming is the manager was rude to some of his staff. It made us uncomfortable and we were itching to get out pizza and get out of there. None of the staff members seemed to be enjoying themselves and some actually looked miserable. It is pretty small, so if you want to eat there, it isn't very inviting. **Will order from here again, but will either call ahead next time or have them deliver. read more

Based on food, customer service and overall experience, five stars. This place isn't fancy pants, it's a clean, fast casual pizza joint that is mostly pizza delivery attached to a gas station. limited seating as the majority of business seems to be take out or delivery. Pizza has a thicker crust, not deep dish, with great flavor and crispy edges. They don't skimp on topping and none of the meat is spicy or greasy. Just good fresh toppings. I haven't tried the sub yet, but that's on my list. Also threw in the cinnamon squares last minutes, took 10 minutes to wait while they baked them fresh.
