Ordered from Marco's Pizza tonight and had a pretty frustrating experience. The location is only about 4 miles away, but when the driver showed up, he complained the whole time that my address was "out of their delivery area" and said they wouldn't deliver here again. Apparently it took him 34 minutes to get here... for 4 miles? if I'm really outside the delivery zone, why was my order even accepted in the first place? To top it off, the pizza itself was super greasy and honestly not great. read more

All right I had wrote a review about this place before well now I've changed it now. The staff is very friendly. New staff remember your orders. Very courteous pizza is a lot better so I recommend it. We had almost a one hour wait on a carryout order. They had our pizzas ready, but it sat 20 minutes because it had the wrong name. We even asked if they were ours. They tried to give us the cold pizza, but we had them remake fresh ones The pizza was delicious once we finally got it home. No one even apologized for the inconvenience. Pizza Friday! I called to order and the guy answering was not helpful at all. I would've asked for a manager- but then I have trust this kid to not retaliate through my food, and I wasn't taking that chance. I hung up and placed my order in the app. The coupons were not competitive with others in the area. The app was easy to navigate. Had a useful tracker. Short wait time. The pizza was just okay. My husband likes getting pizza from here. We tried to order a pizza by phone w/ 3 simple ingredients. Every time the lady repeated back the order, she kept getting it wrong. "I want old world pepperoni"....Her: "okay, that's regular pepperoni. No wait, old world....and you don't want regular?" This went on and on with her repeating back the wrong order. Terrible service. Ordered pizza online showed up 5 mins past the guaranteed time was told they still had to put the pizza in and it would be 10 minutes. Waited 10 minutes and when I went back in another employee was confused and said they still had to make the pizza. read more

First time trying Marcos and was pleasantly surprised! Did the $6.99 Medium one-topping special. Had one garlic crust and one parmesan along with an order of cheezy breadsticks. Marinara sauce was excellent, crust on pizzas were cooked perfectly and had a nice chew to them. Staff looked like they were all following COVID protocols but one of the workers at the counter was on her phone...not sure if it had something to do with work of if she was just texting and not working. You guys are WILD outright asking "no tip???" on a take-out order. I have no problem tipping the standard 20% in a sit down restaurant, whether the service is good or bad because that's for services rendered. But if I ordered 2 very simple pizzas, and I drive there and walk inside to pick them up (not even curbside dude), I wanna know why the female employee that was working asked me all rude and entitled like So "no tip???" Just like that. And then proceed to call her coworker from the back so they can both stare into my car as i drive off. FYI I would tip for delivery as well but I literally drove there and got it myself. Your workers need to be retrained on what's appropriate and what isn't. read more

We ordered delivery at dinner time on a Saturday night. The delivery app stated the wait time to be 45-60 min for delivery of two medium pizzas, bread sticks and a soda. I found this to be fast turn around time considering we were a 10 minute drive from the restaurant. Our delivery time was actually only 40 minutes. The pizza order arrived correctly and hot. Came here because I hear it was open. It was a rainy weekday during lunch. The place was busy. The tables were full but we came to order to take home. We ordered a large The Works & a large chicken Florentine. Both were delicious choices. I also orders cheese bread and some chicken wings. All amazing. My family said they found their #2 pizza place. I didn't get to take a photo of the pizza. :(. Service was amazing. Even though they are busy we still had service with a smile. I'll bet these guys have great pizza. I ate Marcos pizza in Venice Florida and enjoyed it. Going online, selected my local Marco's, and I was pleased to see a $6.99 special for medium pizzas, no limit. Awesome! Just what we needed. So I navigated the whole process on the Marco's website to place the order. I got all the way to the checkout after configuring my pizzas... only to get a strange error saying something about the offer not being currently active. Weird. So I called. The Cibilo Texas store quickly told me that they don't honor that $6.99 special. That was it. The worker didn't offer me some alternative, didn't suggest some other special or solution, just a flat "no" with an explanation I didn't understand. Then silence. Totally missed an opportunity to upsell or turn a negative into a positive to win a customer. Frankly, the interaction left me slightly miffed. Especially after wading through the process on the website. So I stayed home and cooked up some hamburgers instead. And 72 hours later, still feeling let down, I saw my recent Marco's interaction here in Yelp after writing a five star review (for a company which ALSO made a mistake but handled it brilliantly). So I decided to leave this review. My recommendation to Management: just a little more training can leave your people feeling a sense of "ownership" in the success of the store. Help them empathize with the customer by giving front line workers actual power to cut a (small) deal or to recommend an alternative special. The service is a little lacking professionalism. A personal conversation should never be happening while taking an order and the receptionist is laughing into the receiver and you have wait until they are carrying on and have to compose themselves to take down an order. The good: pizza is ok. It's not rhe best I e ever had, but it's not the worst either. The wings are ok as well, a little too saucy but everyone has their own style. The bad: beyond poor customer service. The fella that brought our food to us didn't know what was on our order and we had to tell him. As he approached the table he dropped the pizza pan on the table and quickly turned around, saying nothing. Then he forgot the cinnisticks....I ended up asking for a refund. The girl at the register tells me " we're a little backed up right now" and they might be ready sitting right here. I said i don't want them and replied you weren't busy 30 minutes ago.... Next is the restroom, it smelled like the toilet wasn't flushed and the baby changer had poop on it. It smelled so bad my kids refused to use the restroom before we went to the movies. My daughter also said there was poop on the toilet seat. While my son said in thr men's restroom the toilet was not flushed and filthy.... My child spilled her drink when we first arrived, only for us to clean the spilled water up with napkins from the table and we left the mess on the floor. Oh and the staff did not offering to assist us with the clean up, and left the mess on the floor until after we left. All in all we won't be coming back. I'm a fan, food wise... Impressive greetings most of the time, pizza is for sure delicious. Always order the Pepperoni Magnifico + a few veggies on half. Read some reviews that seemed a bit picky- toppings too much, too little, not just right etc. One of my family members has issues handling cheese so their portion is void of cheese & staff never had an issue doing so which fixed our concern. read more

I ordered in advanced for a specific time. The delivery was late and turned out incomplete.
