Let me start by saying I always go to this location and could not believe what I saw tonight. My order was hot and right which is why I gave you 2 stars, but there was way too much talking going on and I could hear employees discussing customers in a negative way. No one was wearing gloves or hair net. There was never a designated cashier and everyone was handling money, taking orders and making pizza without gloves! I did not see anyone washing their hands before handling food. There was no order to this madness and I'm sure this contributed to all the mishaps that occurred while I was in there. Yo! How does this place have 3 stars?! The pizza here is pretty fkn awesome! Right amount of ingredients and dough cooked well enough so that the pizza isn't so "water" tasting like PH's dough. I think those leaving 1-2star reviews should just get their pizzas in NYC since they crying about it. Lol. We had the meat supremo, 4 cheese fresco, hot wings and cheese bread! Shit was bomb af! Today we decided to order some pizza from Marcos Pizza. I placed the order and paid for it online and it gave me a status tracker... it said that it was ready for pickup at 4:11pm and i got there at 4:20. The young guy at the front (dark hair) gave me my receipt to sign and then disappeared. He never got my order. I asked him for it and he asked what my name was (again). I told him. And he said that it wasn't ready. Then he walked to the back and ignored me. I had to ask someone else for my order and he pulled it out of the oven and cut my pizza... he gave it to me and then i had to ask for my salad... he got that for me but didn't get the drinks. I asked if I should just take them from the fridge. They said yes. Customer service was horrible - 1 Star. Horrible attitude from the kid up front. He appeared to be stoned and was incredibly unfriendly and unprofessional. Made a very bad impression. Their timing was horrible. They said that my order was ready but it was 15 minutes after it was "ready for pickup" before I received it. On a good note, the pizza itself was absolutely delicious! Best pizza that I've had in quite a while. If they can get someone to work up front who cares about their job, it would be 5 stars... Bottom line - GREAT FOOD AND HORRIBLE SERVICE. read more

Last time! We've patronized this establishment ever since they opened. It just gets worse. I realize that they hire mostly high school students, but training goes a long way. Yesterday I had a $30 order, I paid with a $50 dollar bill. The cashier said "I can't break that ". Now they were busy, so I said " don't you have a $20 bill in your register?" She looked at me like I was crazy, " the register says that I can't break it " I said get a manager. He walked up and told her to ignore the message and give me my change. She gave me the change, handed me the pizza and said have a nice day. I asked her, " what about my salad?" I ordered a Greek salad. She grabs the salad bags it and shoved it at me. I get home and open the bag, I have a Greek salad and Ranch dressing??? And once again the pizza not completely sliced!! I ordered delivery yesterday. They came quick, and the food was hot. The Italian sub was amazing, and the garden salad family style was more than enough for 4. I love Marcos however I will not be back until the pandemic is over. I placed an order online wner to pick it up and saw 2 younger employees not wearing their mask correctly. They were working the front so i thought at least they are not preparing the food. I go inside and see 3 more employees not wearing their mask correctly either. When i asked to speak to the manager he came over and said yes.... i asked him if they are supposed to be wearing mask and he said they are wearing it. The young man who was washing dishes had his mask hanging off his right ear. The other two had it below their nose. I get it the mask are hard to wear all day. Where I work we have to wear them too. The manager said they need a break... ok i get that get them off the line where the food is. I am sure there are other restaurants where they dont wear their mask all shift but I cant see them. Order online a large pizza and was delivered a medium size. Called and the employee whom answered had a lame excuse that it was because they opened recently and the dough was not ready enough. I asked to speak to the manager who wanted me to take the medium size pizza to the store and get a large. Why would I want to go there when I asked for a delivery? Then the manger said that I had to wait for the delivery guy to pick up the pizza, bring it to the store, he would make the large, and deliver it to me afterwards. It makes NO sense. My family and I love Marcos pizza!! The restaurant is conveniently located in our neighborhood, I can tell the dough and ingredients are made fresh. The grand opening was family friendly and the staff was very attentive to ensure all guests were comfortable. We had such an awesome experience we went and had dinner there!! This place has horrible service! The two times I have ordered from here was awful! The first time...my order was ALL wrong! I/2 my toppings were not on my pizza then I went to pick it up and it took three kids working at the front to ask me if they could help me.
