My kid loves Marco's pizza, so I called, waited on hold for over 10 minutes, finally the phone started ringing. Someone picked it up and then immediately hung it up. I tried to call again. They picked up the phone and hung it up. I called Domino's and a friendly lady picked up and it was a pleasurable experience. I will not be calling Marcos again. read more

Pizza is amazing and we have ordered Marco's consistently for a while now, but this last order really upset me. The pizza said it was on its way for 45+ minutes. More than taking to long, issue was when I called they would answer without saying a word, sit the phone down, and leave me there while I listened to them answer other calls. I would hang up, call back, and the same thing would happen. I finally got someone to answer and he said they had only one driver who had 7 deliveries. It wasn't until the end of the call when he realized I was upset that he half heartedly apologized. The order finally arrived, was missing items, and obviously cold. This is the closest Pizza place to my house out River Road. Also my first visit to Marcos on 1/2/2020. Just had a craving. Called from down the road. Took about 10 minutes to get there for self pick-up. Ordered a large pepperoni deliceiouso with no changes. Thin crust. Was greeted when I arrived. The counter person took my money and showed my my pizza. Total was 14.57 while the sign above and behind the counter said a bit different lower price. Difference being add your own ingredients I guess. Not knowing the difference between delicious and regular pizza, did not ask. When arrived home, grease was pouring out of the corner of the box and was on my seat. Very greasy. Only so-so taste. Used many napkins. Did not make me want to come back. read more

Purchased a pizza from Marco's Double Churches location. Was horrible! I ordered on line, a deluxe thin crust pizza with add on of meatballs and black olives. What did I get, a thin crust cheese pizza covered in black olives and 10 meatball. No pepperonI, no sausage, no onion, no peppers. My receipt said I paid for a Deluxe Pizza, with add on's. What a disappointment, to say the least. This location is really lacking in service and failing to get orders correct. This will be my last time using this location. read more

Ordered delivery through the app at 5:30. At 6:45 it said my order was still being prepped. I called the store to inquire. first time I just got the automated system, nobody ever picked up and the Call just ended. Second time I Called back and had the same thing happen. I called back again and when I finally spoke to someone they said it was ready but would be about another 30 mins before my order would be delivered. So our order sat there for 45 mins to an hour and then they decide to deliver it. Wish I could leave negative stars. I ordered a thin crust pizza, wings and a side salad. I picked it up, drove home with the food. When I opened the pizza box it wax a half eaten pizza with a half eaten piece in the box as well. I took it back up to Marcos. They offered no apology and tried to give me the cold pizza I ordered 45 minutes ago. I told them I wanted another pizza and the guy behind the counter rolled his eyes, tossed the old pizza in the trash and stormed away. No manager came and spoke to me. How disgusting, obviously the food the employees eat are right next to the food they are sending out to guests. HOW DO YOU MIX THAT UP!!! I told them my wings were gonna be cold when I get home and they could care less. I will be calling the General Manager first thing in the morning. Since we've moved here in August we've ordered Marcos every week on Friday nights (our pizza night.) I just can't get over how delicious this pizza is compared to the other chain joints. The freshness and quality of the ingredients is evident from the first bite. Speaking for this location in particular, they're always fast and friendly. Even for ordering during the busiest time for pizza places we get our pizza in 30ish minutes. I've also tried the Greek salad, wings and chicken poppers--all above average and a good value for the money. We're only here for a few more months--I hope there's a Marcos where we're going! read more

While the Pizza at Marco's is typically fantastic the service at this particular location is awful. I placed an online order and called to confirm it was ready. It took three calls to reach them because they hung up twice when trying to place me on hold. Then for some reason they canceled my order so when my son arrived to pick it up it was not ready. Then when we reordered it over the phone they proceeded to get the order wrong, they simply can not follow directions. So when he gets back with the Pizza i proceed to call the manager to advise of the issue. I could tell by her the tone of her voice she did not even care. Very disappointing. read more

Awful, awful, awful service. Waited over 45 min after arriving for pick up on 2 separate occasions to find out the pizza had been sitting and ready getting cold both times. Worst place ever, first off they can't follow directions on how you want your pizza, so you end up not getting what you ordered. When I called to let them know my order was messed up, the young lady I spoke to was very nice and tried to help me, but it all went bad when she put her manager on the phone. He gets on the phone with an attitude, like the customer is the one who messed up. All I wanted is what I payed for, and he has to act like an a$$hole. So then I tell him to forget it, I don't like his attitude and I just want a refund. When I ask his name so I can give it to the cooperate office when I file a complaint, he hangs up. I call back and he hangs up again when he realizes it me again and I once again ask for his name. That goes on a couple more times, he just hangs up like a little kid. The sad thing is, he is too stupid to realize it won't be hard for cooperate to find out what manager was working on 05-20-2017 at 7pm. I sure hope someone that matters see's this post and gets back to me, because that individual should not be a manager anywhere. This is my favorite pizza place in town. The pizza is consistently really good, done on time, and always done exactly as I ordered. In addition, the service is exceptional. An example of this is their delivery drivers. Once in a while, I get a pizza delivery during the day and the delivery guy is often a man named Paul. I have a 115 pound German Shepherd that sounds very scary when someone knocks on the door, however if I tell him it's okay, he's very friendly. Paul is not only never afraid of the dog (like most delivery drivers are), but he remembers me and my house and anticipates my dog barking and then being sweet. His friendliness, professionalism, and attentiveness are outstanding and are part of the reason I always choose this Marcos. read more
