Canned mushrooms I love. Meat on top of the cheese. So I broke down and ordered one for me and a friend since they have this amazing deal on their website for an xtra large 2 topping $13.99. Well price, check. Quality, check. Delivery time, check. Thanks guys. Now that was what I was used to. Now this was about 3 days ago. Will be back. Pizza was ordered at 639, was told it would be here in 30-40 minutes. Called at 720 and was told it was the next one out. At 740 someone walked up to my door with a pizza (the wrong order) they turned around without knocking and I when I called to tell them what happened and that my 3 year old was past her bedtime at this point, I was told, " well do you want your money back or do you want a pizza?" What's worse is there was negative attitude, honestly even just an apologetic tone would have helped, but attitude and nothing more. Worse customer service from a pizza place in some time. read more

I have lived in the Deer Park for over 15 years and have frequented Marco's more than I can count. However, my experience yesterday was one that I will never forget nor could I ignore,so I had to write a review as a devout Zelper it's my duty.We order originally an online order for delivery that consisted of Ian pizza bowl without mushrooms however when it was delivered an hour and a half later, it was delivered with extra mushrooms. We called to complain, and we were met with opposition from the beginning we offered in the end to compromise that we would come and pick the order up hung up the phone. Five minutes later we were told that they were not gonna make the order because they did not like our attitude and hung up. We called back, of course, and explained that we would be there and calling the police which we did .The police did meet us there about five minutes after we arrived although it was a civil matter.The officer just advised us to settle it at the end and that if I was not satisfied that I could file a a formal complaint .He remade our pizza bowl while making snide comments under his breath because the police left at this point.I wanted to file a formal complaint and asked for the guy's name which he refused to give. Ordered online here because I wanted to try a new pizza joint that was close to me and had some Ubereats credits to burn. Was expecting it to be decent but was blown away. The quality difference here over other chain joints is astronomical. First, we ordered four different items. Each was prepared exactly as specified. This seems to rarely happen these days so great start. Pick up was ready on (ahead of) time. The staff was friendly and the food was boxed/packaged appropriately and with care. I could not believe how many toppings the all meat pizza had. Not only were they quality toppings but there were so many of them! Way more than I would expect. Also, the cheesy bread was delicious and a great value. Could not more highly recommend this place. We will definitely be back! read more

I really love Marco's pizza. I used to be a Domino's only person, but have since dumped them and go only with Marco's. I am gluten free due to allergies and thus always get the gluten free pizza. It comes in a medium size and yields about 8-10 large slices. They are careful to put a warning when you order online that while the pizza itself is gluten free it is made an environment not certified 100% gluten free. So if you have very severe gluten allergies it is best to stay away. However, I still get the pizza bc my allergy is only pertained to ingesting. The bone in wings are also a great choice. They never skip on putting a generous amount of sauce on them. That staff is always so friendly and pizzas are made in a timely manner. I love the Deer Park location! read more

I love Marco's. Oh my gosh I love Marco's. I was SO excited when the first one came to Cincinnati (not this one) and for awhile I was making my husband stop at the one of these up near Fairfield or something (about 40 minutes from where we live) because I was so excited. Marco's is a chain and it started in Toledo, but it has been in the Akron area for a long time. I first got it up there, and it is known by my friends and family up there just how much I love it. Their original crust pizza is good - the crust is fluffy and delicious and you can get it brushed with garlic butter. The cheese is quite tasty, and their toppings and sauce are just delicious. Oh-so-good. But it's the thin crust here. It's so thin and crispy, but not hard, and the pizza is easy to gobble up. The toppings are fresh and good, and they make it to order (I've sat there and watched them make it before) so it's always hot and custom. The delicious topper to this place is the cinnastix. Or cinnabread. Whatever. IT IS DELICIOUS. Oh man it's the best one of all the pizza places I have had. It's super fluffly and sweet and just tastes delcious. The cheesy bread is a good staple too. We have ordered from Marco's numerous times from this location, as well as the Hyde Park location, but tonight was the BEST it has ever been. The Deer Park location seems to produce a better quality product than Hyde Park (besides the point). We ordered online: a large cheese pizza with garlic butter on the crust and cheesy bread We used a 3 dollar off 15 dollar order coupon We asked for the pizza to be square cut and when I walked in to pick up our food, the lady was getting ready to re-make my pizza because she forgot to cut it square. How sweet! I told her no way, don't worry about it. She was very relieved and friendly. The pizza and bread were both absolutely perfect! They remembered the parm and red pepper. Marco's is now our favorite pizza place close by and now that we live in Deer Park, we will probably be ordering and picking up more often. Marco's pizza is great- very fresh ingredients, im a huge fan of their pepperoni (get the more rustic type- its delish) with banana peppers. We were visiting friends in Cinci for a little bit this past week and we ordered from this place twice! I am originally from Toledo, OH, where Marcos originates. This was the high school pizza of choice there, so I ate it fairly regularly. When I moved to Cincinnati, and LaRosas was common, I forgot about Marcos. I began hearing about them popping up in different places in CIncinnati, and then there was some delivered to my office for a meeting. Ordered a supreme uno pizza with steak and was delivered a pizza with only pepperoni and steak. When I called to ask for the correct pizza, I was told they would have to take the old pizza back. Of course, we had eaten a piece before realizing. I've never had a pizza place say they needed the old pizza back before, and would not take it back with a piece missing. Never ate at Marcos pizza before. I came in 7 mins before closing and they still served me. Pizza didn't taste rushed or anything. Also manager and staff was very friendly and inviting. Even though I straggled in late, the manager gave me a coupon for my wait. As I waited manager told me about how the sauce and dough is made in store and how they check each batch of dough to make sure it cooks to perfection. I actually watched them do their dough check. I'm a very picky eater and with pizza, I'm very particular. I don't like any of the common pizza chains so far but my pizza from this Marcos location was the best and I can say I will be a loyal customer to this specific store (ordering a pizza after this post lol) read more

Very friendly staff and had a chance to talk to the owner while waiting for our pizza and hoagie. Both the pizza and hoagy were great. Pizza dough was the best I've had in Cincinnati. Very good cheese mixture; sauce was not sweet and sausage was real chunks of great tasting Italian sausage. Hoagy was tasty and the bun was fresh with a crunchy exterior. I highly recommend. read more
