I eat at Marco's pretty frequently and this location never disappoints. My order is always correct, ready on time, employees are courteous, and the restaurant is clean. I usually order the pizza bowl or the Greek salad. The pizza bowl has all of their usual pizza toppings minus the crust, perfect for anyone doing keto or low carb. The Greek salad has freshly cut lettuce, a rainbow of black olives, peppers, sliced tomatoes, red onion, and feta cheese crumbles. My only complaint is that they use banana peppers instead of pepperoncini like most places use for Greek salad. The restaurant itself is small with no place for dining in. I ordered through this app. Yelp. It tells you when you can expect your order, very easy and very accurate. The pizza arrived as scheduled. I requested in the notes that there were certain toppings I didn't want on my pizza, as the app clearly told me to do for this situation. The pizza came to me prepared wrong. I called them and the lady was so nice and she had seen in the notes where the app directed me to delete those toppings and said they overlooked that and that they would remake it free of charge. Picking off some toppings, the pizza was very cheesy. Just the right amount of extra cheese. The italian sausage is very good, very good spice to it. There was very little sauce. Tasted a little bland but, it was still good. The crust is very light and airy with a nice light crunch to it. Very good taste. Would recommend - but tell them to add more sauce. The staff was great but there was an issue with my takeout order. I used GrubHub as I have in the past for this location. The order advised it would be ready at 6:29pm and when I arrived at 6:35 it wasn't ready. The staff advised they couldn't even see my order in their system even after I gave them my name, phone number and order number. I checked my card and it had indeed billed me. After showing the staff that I ordered through Yelp/ GrubHub they advised that it would be an additional 6 to 8 minutes and about 15 minutes later I got my pizza. When I have ordered delivery directly through them, they have forgotten items such as drinks or sauce. The lemon pepper wings have been ordered twice and both times, they barely put any seasoning on them. So I stopped ordering those wings! The pizza and Greek salad I get are good. Ordered last night , this is my second time ordering from this location and receiving horrible customer service and treatment from management. I ordered a small sausage and pepperoni pizza which appeared to be undercooked, and a 10 pc hot with blue cheese all flats which I was told on the phone was possible . Once I received my food my wings were not correct , the sauce appeared to be very buttery , the dipping sauce was incorrect, they don't have Parmesan cheese packets EVER and on top of that the pizza wasn't cooked thoroughly. I immediately contacted to location where the young man who answered stated the manager was gone then handed the phone to someone who claimed to be the manager but happened to be the cashier once I verified her name . The worst part of this all is me getting sick from the 5 wings I I ate due to my pizza being non consumable and no one cares to help me . Yall meed to settle down on these reviews. O ordered marcos for the first time last night and ommgggg. So good!!! And the cute little pepperonis were awesome lol. Food came fast and the pizza was cooked well (i forgot to ask for well done as most pizza joints are happy with doughy piZZA now... ugh). I got the wings which are darn near exact to pizza hut which was delicious, cinnimon bun, brownie and a veggie pizza with pepperoni. Everything was amazing. We will definitely be ordering again. I called to follow up on the delivery time and was told she's on the way, but she has multiple orders to take at once. Whomever answer kept saying she is almost to you, without asking me any of my information. When she finally called out an address that wasn't mine,she goes "oh she'll be to you soon". They never have specials and when I asked about it his response was they don't have specials at this location. The pizza was over cooked. I ordered pizza for my daughter and her friends . When they got back from the mall and prepared to eat the pizza they found the crust to be cooked and as hard as toast. The whole order was over cooked. They did not eat the the pizza. I called and spoke to the owner the next morning and she refused to make good on the order. I've ordered carry-out pizza here a few times since I decided to live on the South side. I actually decided to dine in today since I had my nephews with me for the holiday weekend. I gave the store because of what I've witnessed... There were a few patrons that came in sporadically from diverse backgrounds and I noticed that the owners only greeted those of caucasian descent and not african-american patrons. This was a little disheartening being that the owners are immigrants, which is truly unfortunate. Regardless of having a predominately african-american staff, I'd rather drive much farther to Fayetteville than to patron this location. This place had wonderful customer service! The pizza was hot and tasty, and when we asked for more sides of sauce, they gave it to us - twice! They have a small interior with a few tables, so you can eat there (which we did). There's only bottled soda and water for purchase (no fountains) so just something to be aware of.
