I was the only one in the restaurant which was great because I was having a horrible day and just wanted to grab a pizza to go and drink some IPA beer while I wait. The guy that waited on me was very nice and polite, they have tv's all around the bar area and you can even play keno and also added a Greek Salad to my order. He kept my pizza warm as i finished my drink with was great. Their restroom was clean the space is nice and I would definitely go back for the good atmosphere. Man I must say this was hard for me to do this review. I was super excited about this place being a pizza buffet and newer place in Fairburn. I ordered off the slice app - onion rings , fries with cheese medium pizza with mushroom tomato ricotta cheese and an Arnold Palmer. Came to around 50 bucks. It was ready in like 20 min. Cool went to pick it up. The onion rings were black and burnt we just had to send those back for more. The fries - I like crinkle fries assumed it would be a cheese sauce on it there was literally melted shredded mozzarella on it. It was hard clumpy but the fries were seasoned. The Arnold Palmer was ok it taste like that country time lemonade or something on those lines with weird after taste the tea you could barely taste. Just ordered the special 10 wings and a one topping pizza. I asked for pepperoni and received a cheese pizza. I enjoyed it. I was craving pizza but I didn't want to order from any of the popular pizza spots. I called to make an order for pickup. The person taking my order was so kind and patient. There were only 3 people sitting at the bar when I picked up my order. This place has a sports bar feel to it and would be a nice spot to wind down after work. Rubello's is a great small town pizza bar. The vegetarian pizza is quite good and included spinach which was a super surprise. The crust was tasty. Perfectly crispy and chewy in all the right places. I had a fantastic margarita this time and it was wonderful. Service was great (thanks Lee and Leif!). There are many regulars coming through the door which makes you think it must be good if people keep returning. We're not from here but if we come back into town, we will stop in again. I use to really love this place when it opened years ago. We were happy to have them in the neighborhood. "Finally", we thought, "good wings and pizza in our neighborhood. We've celebrated my dad's 70 birthday there and that was two years ago. That was also the last time we ate there. The service had gone considerably down when eating in. I never did get my order that day, ended up having to cancel it. And their health score had dipped. I decided it was time to call it quits with my favorite Lemon Pepper flats extra wet. Decided this weekend I wanted to give them another try but the health score was still below an A (80 to be exact), so had to pass unfortunately. I really hope they pull that together. If I could give half-points, I'd go 4.5 for this place. This was one of the few remaining places in our general area which we had been interested in but which we had still not checked out. So on a recent Friday evening we headed over for dinner. It is located in a small plaza along with several other businesses (a laundromat, etc.). Parking is in a shared lot and seemed more than adequate. They were not crowded (maybe 1/3 full at 5:45 p.m.?) so service was good. They appeared to have a full bar, a lot of beers, and a few wines. Our server was nice. They have quite a few TVs on the walls so if you want to watch a game this would probably be a good choice. We ended up splitting a veggie pizza, which I thought was pretty good. My fiancé and friends came to Rubellos to watch the CFP National Championship game. This was my first time visiting. It's located off Senoia Rd in Fairburn in a small plaza. Walking in, you'll notice a desk to place orders and booths to the right where there are two TVs, and to the far left there is an actual bar and more tables and TVs. The owner advised that we sit to the right as we did have a child with us, but because there were already kids sitting on the left side of the restaurant, our waitress allowed us to all sit there. We ordered the King Cheese pizza slice, while I added mushrooms, with a basket of fries to share. Others ordered the calzone and buffalo wings. I thought we would be receiving just one size because of the size of the slice, but we actually received 2, so that was cool. The pizza was very good, as were the fries and wings. Our friend's calzone was huge and and look good as well. The atmosphere as also cool. I ordered the pizza and wings combo like a usually do. The chicken wings was fried crispy and was very tasty. The pizza was ok ( Basil Pesto Chicken). I order this pizza before and it was amazing. This time not so much... they skimped on the toppings. There was barely any chicken on the pizza. It was more like a spinach, tomato and cheese pizza sprinkled with chicken. The wait staff is a hit or miss when it comes to customer service. I guess expanding their business made them cut corners on some things. The server/host was very nice and we had a great conversation waiting on my food. However, they charged 4.5% to use the card when most places dont, or if they charge anything at all its less than 3%. I think that has to be posted but even if not it should not be a surprise on bill. I had a Yuengling draft that was almost 7 dollars. Its a domestic and is usually about three dollars at happy hour prices or four dollars at normal price. Did I mention I was only person there at 6 o'clock? Walked in and no one is available to greet. The bartender looked confused as if we should be there or not. I walked over and asked do we seat ourselves. Anyway our sever was great and the food was mediocre. My son's mozzarella sticks were stiff and the spicy honey wings smelled super sweet and the pizza wasnt cut all through. Our biggest problem was the receipt. The prices on the menu are $5.99, 6.99 etc.. we got the bill and it's all different. The server asked the manager and she said the taxes are included in the price. Ok cool, but why does it show taxes again. Then they charge you more for a card. The server bounced back and forth to the manager asking her our questions, but she never bothered to come out because she knows this is a scam. I loved it so much during my stay in the Atlanta area I ordered and dined in at Rubellos on numerous occasions. The pizza was incredible and I greatly appreciated the fact that they had a gluten free alternative. The service inside of the establishment was phenomenal and the gentleman that served our table was so pleasant and quick. That was the one thing le I remember most. Driving through Fairburn on the way home from downtown and wanted pizza. I found Rubellos on YELP and decided to give it a try. Rubellos is situated in a little shopping center with a Subway, laundry mat, donut joint and a few other things. Parking is a little tight. When you walk in the door you can go either left or right. To the left is more of a bar area. Has a bar and all high-top tables. If you go to the right it is more of a sit down restaurant with all booths. Probably only ten of them. We sat ourselves and within a few minutes a server came to get our drink order. We both ordered half sweet / half unsweetened tea but they showed up sweet enough to make you a diabetic. Had to ask for a glass of unsweetened tea to mix with them. One of us ordered the KING size pizza slice which is basically two slices of pizza and I ordered a calzone with 3 toppings inside. ( Pepperoni, broccoli, garlic ). When her pizza arrived it looked great and tasted just as good. My calzone looked great from the outside but was raw on the inside. The broccoli was literally still frozen. The server did offer to make me a new one but at that point I was turned off with the calzone idea. I asked for pizza with the same toppings which they were very happy to comply with. Towards the end of our meal the server told me that my pizza was on the house. I am very appreciative of them making it right. The pizza was pretty good. A little thin for my preference but the taste was good. The inside of the restaurant was pretty clean and the bathrooms smelled like bleach which I am a fan of. New Location = Better! Make sure you go to the new location at 8420 Sequoia Rd! It is a new building that I was visiting and just happened to see this place. You know I never pass up a pizza joint, so there I was! It is a bar/restaurant/take-out setup. One side has a counter just for take-out. I waited in the bar a good 15 mins for service, which never came! I saw a guy in the kitchen scurrying back and forth, then come out front, then in back again. I was about to leave, but I realized that he was doing everything by himself and did not have any help, so I waited a bit longer. He took my order, but then disappeared again! Finally, help came and a waitress showed up to assist him. Apparently, the new waitress didn't show up and he had to call for reinforcements. The pizza was well worth the wait! It took me 4 years to find a great salad in GA. When I lived in Boston it was a dime a dozen but here it is hard to find. The salad was very fresh it was loaded with tender chicken and crispy fresh veggies. The lettuce was a tasty spring mix. Ill definitely be back to try the pizza and wings. read more

Per other Yelp recommenders, I ordered the King's Slice (which is actually 2 VERY LARGE pieces) and added 3 toppings of my choice. There were 19 different toppings I could choose from, which was impressive. The pizza had a thinner crust than most pizzas, but I loved the crust.
