Once the location on Decatur closed I have unfortunately had to resort to the the Horizon Ridge location. This place sucks. They have messed up two Uber Eats orders on two separate occasions. The first time they delivered a burnt pizza and forget part of the order. Just today we tried again and they forgot two orders of chicken fingers and fries. I called them and they tried to blame the Uber Eats driver and said they handed it off to him and then refused to remedy the problem. I then called the Uber driver and he said he only delivered what they gave him. I don't believe for a second that they gave the stuff to the uber driver. They are a disgrace to the Metro name. Shame on them! I would not eat here again.
