Around 6:35 PM, after waiting nearly 30 minutes with no food, I left briefly to pick up my son from his grandmother's house and returned around 6:50 PM. Only then was my order actually ready. I do want to acknowledge that one of the employees kindly updated us and let everyone know they were working on the orders. She was polite and clearly doing her best in a stressful situation, and I appreciate that. However, the main issue was the inaccurate notification saying my order was ready (and even marked as picked up) when it wasn't. I wouldn't have waited in the lobby so long if I hadn't received that update, and I'm sure many others wouldn't have either. I understand that businesses get busy, but this location would benefit from better management and coordination to improve workflow and communication. Clear and accurate updates would prevent a lot of unnecessary frustration for both customers and staff.
