Date of visit: September 4, 2026 I haven't been to a Grimaldi's since we visited the original in Brooklyn before COVID (funny how that has become such a delineation in our timelines), and when a friend was raving about the ones here in Vegas, I knew we had to go check it out. You know what? He was right. Service was a bit slow, but I suspect part of that was due to the insane carryout business they were doing, though I did think it took a lot longer to get our single medium pie than most places, but overall it was worth the wait. For the price I would have appreciated a side salad or maybe some bread for the table, but that's just me. We went with The Don, a fabulous combination of meats on their thin crust, there was no way that we were leaving anything behind on that pan! I would definitely come back here and also get their app to score some points for future goodies--with several locations in town, it should be easy to rack up some rewards. read more

I'm really disappointed with Grimaldi's. Every visit feels dishonest. You're told one wait time, then it's pushed back again and again. Instead of being upfront, they mislead customers. Because of that, I can only give one star. The food can be decent when you finally get it, but the experience is ruined by the constant shifting wait times and feeling misled. My husband and I ordered a 16" pepperoni and sausage pizza from here for dinner and, unfortunately, we were not the biggest fans. We ordered the pizza over the phone and were told 35 minutes. We got there in 20 so we could pay and wait, but it was already done and sitting under the heat lamp. We like our pizza fresh out of the oven, so this was already a negative for us. The pizza was very thin, which I know is their style so I can't fault them for it. The sauce was also kinda dolloped onto different parts of the pizza rather than evenly spread out, which again seems to be how they do things. While the flavors themselves were good and you could tell the ingredients were quality, this style of pizza just wasn't for us. My husband and I personally prefer thicker crusts with more sauce, so this didn't quite hit the mark for our tastes. Overall, it wasn't bad by any means, just not our preferred pizza style. We'll probably skip returning, but I can see how people who enjoy thin, classic-style pizzas might like it. If you're ordering to-go, don't always rely on the time they give you, as was our case. read more

Staff went above and beyond when our uber eats decided to give our order to a different person. We ended up picking up the food to the restaurant ourselves. Courtney Olson the manager was so kind and very helpful,they replace our order, and this is when they're about to close. the rest of the staff are amazing.the food no doubt is the best pizza. read more

Ordered delivery from Grimaldi's Pizza and everything was great. I got the Brooklyn Bridge pizza and a regular cheese calzone. Both tasted really good, arrived fresh, and I had no complaints. Very good pizza and salad. Our salad was fresh with a good amount of cheese and zesty dressing that was also a little creamy. The pizza had meatballs, sausage, and pepperoni creating a very meaty pie. We were here on 8/27/2026 with another couple. We both ordered our pizzas at the same time. They received theirs first and we waited for ours for approximately 3 to 5 minutes later. It arrived and the waitress who delivered it stated she was sorry because the kitchen got the order confused and one side didn't have any toppings. She told us they were remaking it for us and it would be ready shortly. We were okay with this as mistakes are made. The replacement pizza took quite a while and was delivered by a gentleman who appeared to be a GM or something more than just another waiter. He apologized for the error as well. The pizza was a much smaller version than what we originally ordered which was a 18 inch. This one had all the correct toppings but the wrong size. We didn't want to make a fuss so we just went with it and thanked them for attempting to fix their mistake. When the waitress came by to give us the check she apologized for the kitchen mistake and said she sees them make one error but never two on the same order. So at this time we realized the gentleman who brought us the replacement pizza never checked if the pizza was now correct per our order. Very strange indeed. He really should have sent this replacement pizza to the back of the house for the employees to enjoy and had a correct one made for us. This could've been a great learning opportunity for the staff. Unfortunately they dropped the ball. Now mind you we will be back as the pizza is awesome and the service is usually great. Just an overall confusing experience. read more

I've been a long time customer. The food quality has suffered however and I'll find some other pizza spot. I ordered two large pizzas to pick up. 18" is the advertised size and priced accordingly. I picked up the pizzas, it made the mistake of trusting Grimaldi's because I've been here many times. One pizza was fine and all were happy with it. The second pizza was not what I expected nor what I paid for. Not a round 18" pizza, it was 18" x 12". I just felt ripped off. Yes its in a strip mall but the doors to this place are magic and they transport you to the incredible experience of Grimaldis Pizzeria once you walk through them. The pizza here is outstanding. Take it from a pizza connoisseur. Service is excellent however they cook a scratch made pizza here, it will be longer than 12 minutes and WELL worth the wait. Went to have a late lunch Friday (3:15pm) to have some great pizza. I waited for the hostess to come to the front and asked for a table for 4. She told me the pizza oven is being cleaned and it would be ready at 4pm. She said we could have some salad. A PIZZA place that cleans their PIZZA oven in the middle of the day. WOW!!! One of my old-time favorite NY style pizza spot here in Henderson/Vegas. Came here for an early dinner, service was excellent our waitress was super friendly, very nice and efficient. Restaurant has a full bar if you wanna order something to pair with your pizza like wine or beer or whatever you like. I've always loved NY style pizza coz the crust is perfectly thin. I just wished they would add more toppings on their pizzas coz I love pizza that are loaded with toppings meats and veggies. It's making my water right now lol yum! Don't know what happened this evening .. we ordered an 18" when we got home and opened the box there was no round sliced mozzarella cheese only some kind of shredded white cheese with no taste. The sauce tasted like plain tomato sauce not the usual seasoned sauce. After many years of eating Grimaldi's pizza this was very disappointing. Out of the 4 locations in Las Vegas, I have officially tried 3 of them as of this evening. The other 2 that I tried; was not that impressed. This location has redeemed the name (in Las Vegas of course). For those who may not be familiar, Grimaldi's is a famous pizza spot in New York (Brooklyn being the original & I believe the largest location too). When I first moved to Vegas I was pretty excited about having a Grimaldi's as my neighbor; again. I am so sorry that I did not have any photos to attach. I was so happy to dive right into it, that I just forgot until it was too late & nothing was left. An almost flawless cheese pie with extra Grimaldi sauce. It was so tasty. Perfect temperature, nice & crispy crust & & really nice undercarriage. It prolly could have cooked slightly a little longer to give it that perfect slice that stands straight up when you bend it half before that first bite. Although I ordered it for take out (along with a tiramisu that I haven't eaten yet), the staff was so kind & helpful. It made me want to go back & dine in next time. Walking in to Grimaldi's, almost 3000 miles away from the Original, it's so amazing to see that the culture is so deeply embedded that the kitchen & the restaurant as a whole is hustling & bustling. Hands down the best pizza in Vegas! It's our family favorite. We have been coming here to this location for years. We also love to dine here when we have family and friends in town visiting. Service is always great. They serve traditional coal-fired brick oven pizza. The pizzeria originated in Brooklyn, NY. What I love so much about this place is the family friendly atmosphere.
