The customer service really sucks at this location seriously. Guy who answers the phone acts like he doesn't like his job or that you're bothering him. Took him Alonso 20 minutes to get my order correct. Pizza arrived fairly quickly and was fresh and hot! A little bit greasy but it was okay. Will probably order again. I ordered with THIS Marco's nearest us (which we've done on numerous occasions) to buy "dinner for my Grandsons". The DRIVER/deliverer GOT LOST in some other Apt. complex; I went to extent of walking DOWN 3 flights and out to the OPENING of our Apt. complex (had to TRY to help this guy for 30mins) doing all I could to help him find us (which is extremely easy). He finally stated: "I'm canceling your order, I can't find you" - I said: "What? So what am I to do about no car to go get food for my Grandsons?" He said, "that's tough, but I'm canceling your order!" I called to tell his boss the situation & she said "I can't help you and we won't be sending another driver!" Terrible service, they are located 2.7 miles from my house. They couldn't find it on their map and when I was trying to tell him he needs to literally make 2 turns he interrupts me and tells me that their insurance doesn't cover them coming out to my house. He didn't even know where I am was. 2.7 miles away. I work out longer distances in the treadmill than that, and I'm out of shape. Bullshit service. That is what I get for trying to support my local business. I just moved here a month ago from Chicago, a real pizza town, and I'm very loyal when I find a good pizza place. I was about to go out and eat seafood, but because of a long day at work I changed my mind and decided I wanted to eat in the comfort of my own home......without cooking! GREAT DECISION! I saw Marco's on "Undercover Boss" one time, and decided to order a pizza. The experience was very pleasant, from the ordering to the delivery. Customer service at it's best! The pizzas were "Food phenomeno"l!! Just the right topping, good sauce and the thin crust was super! I ordered wings, and they were.....so-so, but they didn't take away from the great experience. Once I tasted my pizza, I called and spoke to the manager personally to let them know how satisfied I was. We tried Marco's for the first time last night. We had two large pizzas and cheese bread delivered. The price was competitive and the delivery was prompt. The garden pizza was delish and a nice change to the usual veggie pizzas. Very cheesy and loved the touch of feta cheese. The cheese bread was also excellent. Everything was hot and fresh. They never seem to get the order right. Last time I had to wait 30 minutes to have them remake the pizza and this time I just walked away. For some reason it is very difficult for them to get one item on the menu right. I am yet to hear an apology from them. read more

I live in Oakcrest and have ordered from you guys maybe 100/150 times over the last 3 years . For the record we order from the N Eldridge location. You guys have always been excellent in service and quality. Just ordered another pie and it was higher than I've ever paid. By a lot. I'm not in despair in the financial department nor a frugle guy for that matter but $25 for a pie. Can't do that anymore. Always have offered coupons thru mail or even been willing to give one over the phone. But this cat just didn't care. So neither do I anymore. Guess I'll have to take lesser quality pie for a less expensive price. For the record taking $2 off is a big deal to someone not because of the $ but because it shows you appreciate your customers. But when your one of the fastest growing companies in the Country guess you don't have to take care of the people that helped ya get there. read more

I arrived at the restaurant at 8:00p.m. to buy a pizza and wings. Four employees walked out the door and went looking around in the window of the smoothie restaurant next door. There weren't any customers in the pizza restaurant. When they went back inside I got out of my car in my son and I went inside the restaurant. We play star order for pizza and wings a large pizza in 10 piece order wings. After about 10 minutes more customers started to arrive. Orders starting going out for the customer that arrived after we did. Anders 30 I went to the counter to find out what happened to our order. The employees were in the back laughing and giggling, no worries about dinner. The girl that took my order said it would be ready in a couple of minutes. More orders when out to the tables. It was 8:45 pm and I asked about my order again. That man email said you was no order for wings in the system at all! I looked at the girl that took my order, she was in the back laughing and giggling in looking at their cell phones with 2 more girls. Then I noticed the nail polish on the girls fingers wonder was making pizzas yet black nail polish on another phone in helping to make orders with the other hand have red nail polish on and I wondered where is the manager! At 9 p.m. they gave me my order without an apology! I'm very upset! When we began to eat the pizza wasn't much cheese or sauce on the pizza. The wings were rubbery and wet like they were boiled or put in the microwave in water. I wouldn't recommend anyone go to this restaurant! read more

Berea, Ohio. I had to wait over 90 minutes for my order. I called to check on the status and was put on hold and then the phone hung up. I called back and no answer. I called back again and the employee told me that he was setting the phone down and would get back to me. He did not. When my order finally arrived it was cold and the cheese was hard. My husband ordered pizza from here online and I went and picked it up. We got two pepperoni pizzas, an order of cheese sticks, and a 2-liter of root beer for about $22. The food was all ready when I arrived, all I had to do was sign the receipt. The two staff members were very friendly and helpful. We chatted a bit about the Olympics and they insisted on helping me carry everything to my car (which is a big help when you've got a toddler in tow!). They also had a sign posted saying that they give discounts to Pokemon Go players on Mondays and Tuesdays (I don't play but I know a lot of people do), so that's pretty cool. The pizzas were good. Not the best I've ever had, but definitely worth the price. The cheese sticks were very good! Been working on the leftovers for a couple days and everything reheats nicely. This location is near my husband's job (which he is about to leave), so I don't go by it much, but if I'm in the area I would definitely return! read more
