I like Marco's Pizza a lot. No I do not think it's gourmet and the best ever, BUT it's a definite upgrade from Dominos or Papa Johns! My boyfriend and I decided to order it for a pizza and movie date night, and this hit the spot. We found a BOGO coupon and got 2 specialty pizzas for the price of one, plus an order of Cheese bread (I think they spell it Cheezy bread). We agree that Marco's Cheesey bread is the best we've had yet! Most places either make their cheese bread just like a regular cheese pizza so there's nothing really special about it, or it's so thin you're like what? This was garlicy, NOT the same consistency as the pizza, and absolutely delicious! We ordered the Pepperoni Magnifico with Original Crust and Garlic, and the White Cheezy Thin Crust with Garlic also. First: Super-nice staff. I went online to order and couldn't find the Ella location. I called and one young man tried to help me and I still couldn't find it. Another young man got on the phone and said he just double-checked and was looking at it on the Internet. He said it was "Marcos.com." I was looking at "marcosonline.com." I told him so and he said he'd wait on the line with me to make sure I found it. So patient and nice. I did find it and placed my first Marco's order! Delivery: The food came fast and it was hot. Delivery person was friendly. Food: Got pepperoni pizza and a chicken pizza. Pepperoni was good. Chicken pizza was excellent. Fresh veggies and good cheese. Clean establishment and kid friendly. A boy was celebrating his birthday with a few of his friends from school there. It was cute. Employees were very nice and got us whatever we needed. Pizza was good, we had a large pepperoni with green peppers with regular crust. Salsa and crust are what make this company different from the others. I normally don't rate food chains but I just wanted to say that Marco's Pizza offers an attractive proposition to the bigger pizza chains in the neighborhood. I think the differentiator is the quality of its ingredients being noticeable in the dough, cheese and most notoriously in the sauce. read more

Very polite staff members. We ordered a specialty pizza, 1/2 of the pizza was the specialty Hawaiian and the other half was the specialty Garden with pepperoni. Needless to say, my half which was the garden with pepperoni won! Didn't think an order like that, could be done but they did it. Went to Marcos for the first time today because i had heard many good reviews about it. "The best pizza', 'awesome pizza" blah blah. I'm always a skeptic. I took my family to the one N. Fry Road. Service was very friendly and prompt. We ordered the small specialty Hawaiian for my husband and my son and I had the large "build your own" with pepperoni. First off, the "large" looks like a medium. After all, both the medium and large yielded 8 pieces. And as far as raving reviews and recommendations, I must disagree. The pizza WAS delicious but there was nothing different or anything about it that made it stand out from the rest. In my honest opinion, I still prefer Papa John's. read more

This Marcos sucks!!!! I was so excited to get a Marcos close my my house but the manager is a dick. He refuses to put pepperoni on the cheese bread even when you say you are willing to pay extra and is always a dick whenever he's asked something. Ordered online on 10/25 and site said my food would be delivered by 6:35pm. I call restaurant at 6:45pm for update and was told my food was still sitting there waiting for the driver to get it and deliver and was given the option to pick up. Showed up to pick my order up only to find the driver had already left with my food. Rush home to meet driver and find that part of my order was left out and was told it would be up to another 2 hours before they could deliver the missing part of my order. Call restaurant to inform manager and was offered a full refund. Fast forward to 11/24 and I still have not received my refund. Have spoken to store manager and regional manager and was told different things but still promised my refund. Wow. This has to be one of the slowest pizza joints ever. 3 weeks ago it was over an hour for a carryout pizza. I figured they had a bad night so I gave them another try. What a mistake! Even when they aren't slammed with customers or phone calls, they can't make a pie in under 45 minutes. The pizza is decent, but it's 30 minute pizza at best. This is some pretty solid pizza and will be our go to delivery from now on. The toppings are very tasty and plentiful compared to other pizza joints in the area. We ordered a thin and crispy pepperoni and jalapeño. The crust still had a nice bite and the jalapeños had as much flavor as they did heat which complimented the pepperoni. We also ordered a regular hand tossed cheese and Italian sausage. The sausage was quite tasty but I do think that Three Brothers has better sausage but I also don't think they are in the same pizza category. Overall, it's a welcome addition to the area. read more

I love MARCO'S PIZZA! The food is great! The delivery people are always amazing! We know them well at my job and try to order on the days are favorites are working! Especially Eddie. We are sure to tip and laugh with them. Except today. Today one of us ordered from Marcos. I noticed things were odd when the delivery driver didn't whip out his phone for her to sign. That's always my favorite part! A while later she just so happened to check her bank account and there were extra funds removed. She called and spoke to the manager...and things went SOUTH FROM THERE. Madin, Medin, Madeen (he wouldn't spell his name for me) accused her of lying and stated that the receipt had been signed. Untrue. He then BERATED her for calling his employee a liar. I thought since I have such good service there that I could call to smooth things over. WRONG! Madin began hollering at me saying our entire office of employees is lying on his employee. The receipt was signed (with a signature that he cant read because it looks like scribble). He stated that the driver said it was signed from someone at the front door. Our business front door is locked. I asked if there was a corporate number or someone that I could speak to that was more calm than Madin. He stated that "this is his store" and he will refund the money for the order but we are now not allowed to eat from there and he will never deliver to us again. We ordered pizza, Italiano Sub and salad. Everything was really good. The Sub was amazing. I like that you can add additional veggies to sandwich and salad with out them charging for each item. Delivery time was about an hour but it was Sunday night on mothers day. I'm sure there were plenty of people ordering for delivery after mothers day extravaganzas.
