We politely declined, but he said they were already prepared and would serve them anyway. Because of that, we assumed they were complimentary. We only realized when we received the bill that we had been charged for the additional rolls. While we still enjoyed the food, we believe these charges should have been clearly communicated beforehand so customers can make informed decisions and avoid unexpected surprises on the bill.
