They have an extended area with a window viewing, great for large parties or scenic seating. The staff was very attentive. The restraunt was very clean and seemed to have a good steady customer crowd. The complimentary bread rolls were warm and doughy, perfect with the spreadable bread. The menu has quite the selection and at a very affordable price. It was hard to choose, to the point where our waiter had to give us more time twice! In the end, we opted to try the stromboli filled with mushrooms, pepperoni sausage, and mozzarella with marinara on the side. It was perfect, not overly breaded, easy to eat, and the marinara wasn't overly acidic! Thankfully, we decided to share because it was pretty large. We noticed many of the plates walking by came in large portions so this is as an FYI if you'd like to go family style. For dessert, we chose the creme brulee, which was the best, lightest sweetness to end the meal. We are happy to return and try more dishes!

We started with the focaccia bread (5/5). Wow--this might be some of the best bread I've ever had. Perfectly crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and the dip was delicious. I usually try not to fill up on bread before the entrées arrive, but we made sure to finish every bite. We also ordered the burrata salad (5/5), which was a very generous portion and absolutely delicious. I would definitely order it again. For our entrées, my friend and I shared the chicken piccata and the bolognese. The chicken piccata was a 5/5 for me, while the bolognese was a 4.5/5. Both dishes were excellent and I'd happily order either again. This visit was a completely different experience from my first one, and I'm glad I came back. I'd love to return with my husband sometime.

3.4/5 stars Upscale…read moreItalian restaraunt/bar il Bracco has a unique charm to it. Food: -House made focaccia; this focaccia deserves all the awards you can get for bread because it is so appetizing and savory. The seasoning paired with the whipped ricotta and roasted garlic are everything you could want and more and I had to hold back from ordering more before the main dish arrived -Spicy gemelli; I was looking forward to this dish since it's a highly popular item on their menu but ultimately I was a bit disappointed because the pasta was cooked too al dente for me so it was on the firmer side. As for seasoning, I consider this to be one of the most important details/components of pasta and for me it was lacking in this dish. There was not enough salt and I had to add chili flakes to give it some more flavor, I've honestly had better spicy vodka pastas elsewhere. This may be a dish that is overhyped in my opinion. -Italian Sundae; the dessert was actually quite exceptional here, featuring a sundae with homemade Blue Bell vanilla ice cream, extra virgin olive oil, chopped pistachios, fresh whipped cream, and sea salt, I highly recommend ordering this if you have a sweet tooth but like a bit of savory in your dessert Ambiance: -A sleek and elegant design to their interior with intimate booths, full service bar, and patio dining Service: -The service definitely could've been better. We were waiting to give our order for quite a while when we sat down and then the waiter hardly came by to check in and see if we needed anything. Overall, some good options if you order certain things, but others were a miss.

The owner of the restaurant took our order and offered good suggestions. He raved about their Tiramisu and we wanted to try if for dessert. The starters we tried were well seasoned and flavorful. I've never had anything that wasn't perfectly prepared, flavorful, and served the correct temperature. And that's what really matters in a restaurant, of course. But the vibe is odd. I can't put my finger on it. It's "clique-y". Every time I come, I walk into an empty restaurant with no host. And it seems I've walked in before they opened. They have lots of private events which are walled off with weird partitions. And they sometimes (according to others I overheard) completely close down for private parties. I don't ask for much. I require very little attention. I grossly over tip. And, yet still I feel very unwelcome in this restaurant that I have frequented several times. I don't get it. The other customers were very nice to me, but the staff seemed annoyed by my presence. It's bizarre. Anyway, the food alone earns them a top rating. Pro tip: Do NOT sit at the bar. They don't tell you this: but it's for the regulars. You'll feel like you've wandered into a party you weren't invited to. AND.....order the Prince Edward Island mussels!

What surprised us, however, was being charged $2 for a small cup of hot water with lemon. We were never informed that there would be a charge, nor was it mentioned when we requested it. In all our years of dining at restaurants, both locally and internationally--this is the first time we've ever been charged for hot water with lemon. We were also charged for an extra serving of rolls. Initially, I requested a roll without garlic, but the server explained that the rolls were already prepared with garlic butter, so we agreed to have them served. That was perfectly fine since my husband and son ate them. Later, after we had finished our pasta, the server offered another serving of rolls, he mentioned he has non garlic butter on them. We politely declined, but he said they were already prepared and would serve them anyway. Because of that, we assumed they were complimentary. We only realized when we received the bill that we had been charged for the additional rolls. While we still enjoyed the food, we believe these charges should have been clearly communicated beforehand so customers can make informed decisions and avoid unexpected surprises on the bill. I will remember this if I wanted another puttanesca next time :( From my previous 4 stars, I'll put it down to 3 because of those unacceptable charges

Have you ever felt like you walked into a restaurant and stepped into a time warp? That's exactly…read morehow I felt when I walked into Angelo's Spaghetti & Pizza House. Now, I want to clarify my comment... because this time warp was a really great thing! The decor was true 80's. The music was also from the 70s/80s. Heck, the people working there might have been working there since the 80s too. It just had a consistent 80s feel. And it was one of the best experiences I have had in a long time! My husband and I walked in 15 minutes before the restraint closed, and we were met with a smile from the greeter. No one rushed us, no one complained that we were coming in at the end of their shift. Instead, everyone treated us as if we were the first customers of the day. I enjoyed my meal and tipped the price of the meal because of the outstanding service we received. Now for the food. I had a simple grilled chicken sandwich. Nothing fancy. And yet it was delicious! My chicken was tasty, tender, and cooked perfectly. I honestly enjoyed every bite. And if everything wasn't already amazing in the restaurant (the nostalgic feel, great service, and great food) I noticed their prices were very reasonable. In a day and time when everything feels over priced, a hard working family can walk into Angelo's and afford a great meal. Thank you Angelo's for staying true to who you are - because it works.

But my motto is why mess with a great thing! This place checks all the boxes for me. They have it all, great casual ambiance, great service, and great food! Tonight I ordered the Shrimp Scampi. It was prepared to perfection and served atop a bed of delicious spaghetti with an amazing garlic butter sauce. It's the kind of meal that has me already wanting to go back and get again! In an ever-changing world, Thanks Angelo's for being a constant to all of us who have relied on you over the years!

Cody was our server and he was courteous and lively, and overall we really liked the cozy vibe inside. Plenty of space inside for large groups and can be intimate enough for date night too. We ordered the spicy calamari, a Caesar salad, and a pasta sampler to share. First, the complimentary garlic rolls came out, and they might have been my favorite part of the meal. Incredibly buttery, soft, and flavorful. The calamari had a nice batter and savoriness but my girlfriend noted that the green onion garnish tasted off and seem spoiled. We let Cody know and he hopefully relayed that to the chef to let them know. The Caesar salad was pretty typical but enjoyable nonetheless. We got the pasta sampler and the first thing I noticed was that the sauce tasted pretty one dimensional and a bit too sweet for my liking. I'm no Italian food expert but I found it to be at the same level as canned sauces. The cheese fillings and pasta themselves were pretty good and there no complaints there. The meatball also suffered from being a bit bland and had the same problem with the sauce. Maybe it was just an off day, and I do understand they are a family business. Hoping that if I try dining here again I'll have a much better experience than this one.
