This pizza is great! We ordered all meat, minus ham add ground beef. It arrived quickly on a Sunday night to our Hotel, hot and amazing! Highly recommend .. online ordering was so easy!

    a half eaten pepperoni pizza

Always love Marco's pizza. Sometimes it is a little on the doughy side but still yummo. We had a fantastic delivery guy today. Nicholas was awesome, he went the extra mile for us. He went all the way back to the store and brought us a drink that had gotten mixed up. He was super helpful and so sweet with out any complaints but with a smile on his face. Nicholas we appreciate you going the extra mile for us.

They hung up on me. This was supposed to be a fun pizza night, and it was completely ruined.

Very disappointed. They hung up on me, when I told them about it. This was supposed to be a fun pizza night, very disappointed.

Marco's is our Friday night tradition. They are one of the only fast food pizza places that uses REAL ingredients! They use real cheese (unlike dominoes, little caesars, etc.) and make the crust in the store. After eating Marco's a few times in a row, we ordered Dominoes (which used to be my favorite), and the difference was insane! I could really tell the difference in quality of the ingredients. Even though Marco's is a bit more expensive than other pizza places, the high-quality ingredients makes it worth it. Plus, they usually have coupons and deals that lower the cost. Also, with every purchase they give you a survey code for free cheezybread. We do this every time, so we always leave with 2 medium pizzas and a cheezybread. It comes out to about $15 and leaves us with dinner and then lunch the next day. (Side note: It is a little greasy. I always dab the top with a paper towel before I eat it.) Rating 5 stars because it exceeds all my standards for a fast food pizza place. Obviously I would expect more on the streets of Italy, but for $6.99, this is as good as you're gonna get. Quick tip: Get the old world pepperoni. It's great.

Worst place ever! I ordered pizzas for delivery from here and an employee called me 20 minutes after I ordered the pizzas to tell the manager said I had to give them a bigger tip if I wanted them to deliver the pizzas! So I told them I would just come in to pick them myself and to take off the tip and delivery fee! When I got to the store I asked for the manager but was told he wasn't there! I then asked for the manager's name so I could call corporate and complain but the boys refused to give it to me! They also refused to give me their names and kicked me out of the store without my pizzas even though I already paid for them! I have also not received my money back for the items I had already bought but was refused to be given!

The two works at the cash register seemed to care more about talking to each other than the customers. Especially because we shared it was our first visit and asked for recommendations. They were vague and not super helpful but that's okay. The unlimited salad bar was a little underwhelming. Some of the toppings seemed not very fresh and like they had been sitting out for a few hours. I also wish they had spinach as a lettuce option. I also wish they had hard boiled eggs, ham/chicken, bacon, etc. it would be more worth the price. I don't I would get this again unless they added some better items. The small plate is not worth $10. The garlic knots were nice and cheesy. They were very fresh and a nice starter. We both wished they had more seasoning/garlic. It tasted more like just the butter and cheese. If I order garlic knots, I want and expect, a lot of garlic. The chicken bacon pizza we ordered was nice and fresh. It didn't have a lot of cheese though and the ranch (which was the sauce) needed some more flavor. It had decent flavor overall, but with more cheese and seasonings, it would be better. The crust/pizza bread itself was delicious! I would definitely come back and the pepperoni pizza to give them a second chance!

We used to love their pizza because it was so moist, so tasty, but these last few times it has been much dryer and less tasty than earlier. It seems they have really cut back on the ingredients and you notice the difference the minute you open the lid of the box. The aroma used to be wonderful; now it's just ordinary. Several orders ago we thought we just caught them on a bad night, but we've continued to be disappointed with the dryness and less flavor with every succeeding order. So disappointing because it used to be especially wonderful!

I ran over when we were notified the pizza was ready but when I got there I was told they were just working on it. Fine. So I waited about 10 minutes when all of a sudden a worker picked up a pizza that had been there since I came in and ran over to me, saying "Sorry for the wait!" Once I got home I found that during the bake the pizza had developed a giant air bubble that pushed all the toppings off two whole slices. No attempt to fix it, but at least it was just barely warm when I got home. As I said, maybe just a bad day, but the pizza just isn't worth trying again.

They seemed to be a little short handed and did a good job communicating with us about it. The food suggests comes out good, and the pizza is spot on with the flavors. The bread twists are what to come for in my opinion everything else we tried was meh. Likely won't be back unless for the lunch specials because that is where you'll save a lot of money! Way better deals. Some negatives would be the price for the soda, nearly $4 each not worth it The Cajun chicken and shrimp pasta was BEYOND greasy (see photo) and it had a ton of seasoning on it, to the point where the pasta tasted a little grainy due to the over seasoning. The cheese pizza was fine, my toddler would eat the kids pepperoni pizza but loved the bread twists. Again that's what you come for. Also salad bar is an added price on nearly everything so don't expect that you get one trip for free. We likely won't come back for dinner.

My post is going to be mostly complaints...but the pizza is good…read more If you read other reviews of this location, they will talk about customer service and competence of the front-end staff. Those issues have merit. So much of a diner's experience comes down to the impact of management. Lucy's would be better off if it were take-out only. The 30 mins I was there I didn't see one employee tend to a table or clean, anything. They had time to yak and come out to get re-fills at the fountain. The last few times I've ordered, the girl at the register is minimally capable and it affects the experience. Why don't I just get it to go? Because real pizza eaters understand the experience is not the same once the pizza hits the box. The pizza consistency is linear. Good, not great. Thin, floppy the larger the size. The small salad was $4+. Not worth the value. The cleanliness is bothersome. It's happening to most businesses. Employees don't know how to clean and they don't want to. Managers don't want to manage...that. It could change in a day if the manager wanted, or cared.

This time, I can hardly believe they even put it in a box (see picture). I'd consider eating there, but the tables are never clean and the staff comes off as indifferent. To make matters worse, they start asking everyone to sit on one side of the restaurant hours before closing--while all the tables are still dirty. The saving grace used to be the pizza--it was genuinely delicious. Now that's gone downhill too... so yeah, I'm officially at "fuggedaboutit." My original review: "Without a doubt, the best pizza in the city--and you can even buy it by the slice!"
