I went out of my way last night to grab a GF to go. It does not disappoint! I want to also mention I have serious gluten issues and can't order from a lot of pizza places. I have tried, but Dominoes and MOD pizza and another local place all give me issues. I haven't had any issues here. I do not know how it is cooked, but I suspect Detroit style is baked in a pan, so I bet that makes it much better than these places touching all the flour on the pizza crust. Sorry no pic. I devoured it. I'm such a fan. I wish they would put a location in Heber or Park City. Come to Heber please!! I think you'd do so well in Heber. :)

It seems they have really cut back on the ingredients and you notice the difference the minute you open the lid of the box. The aroma used to be wonderful; now it's just ordinary. So I waited about 10 minutes when all of a sudden a worker picked up a pizza that had been there since I came in and ran over to me, saying "Sorry for the wait!" Once I got home I found that during the bake the pizza had developed a giant air bubble that pushed all the toppings off two whole slices. No attempt to fix it, but at least it was just barely warm when I got home. As I said, maybe just a bad day, but the pizza just isn't worth trying again.

All of the times were perfect. There was one time that there was a very small mistake that wasn't a big deal to me(the pizza had a big bubble on it) so they offered to remake it and give me a free soda. Those issues have merit. So much of a diner's experience comes down to the impact of management. Lucy's would be better off if it were take-out only. The 30 mins I was there I didn't see one employee tend to a table or clean, anything. They had time to yak and come out to get re-fills at the fountain. The last few times I've ordered, the girl at the register is minimally capable and it affects the experience. Why don't I just get it to go? Because real pizza eaters understand the experience is not the same once the pizza hits the box. The pizza consistency is linear. Good, not great. Thin, floppy the larger the size. The small salad was $4+. Not worth the value. The cleanliness is bothersome. It's happening to most businesses. Employees don't know how to clean and they don't want to. Managers don't want to manage...that. It could change in a day if the manager wanted, or cared.
