The order was wrong, called back, requested what we ordered then received second attempt order and it was wrong. Once is understandable but twice? Marcos Midlothian you really embarrassed us with the lousy service. FOLLOW UP after the Owner' response: I sincerely appreciate the effort you made to look into this and offer an apology. I accept your apology. Your staff offered me a refund that night but I paid cash for the order and declined the offer. I don't want anything for free and I don't want or expect anything in return. I just would like to see more people own the problem and make things right. That is what I do in my soccer program that serves the Robious corridor. You have exceeded my expectations. Taking my business elsewhere. We have been spending money with Marcos on Midlothian turnpike for a long time. Usually there is a very nice young lady taking orders. Tonight however, we spoke with the rudest, most unprofessional, condesending, joke of an employee. "ANGELINA" is what she said her name is... Called at 10:40p on 4/24/23 and asked if we can order delivery. She proceeds to tell me all the reasons why we cant place an order "tonight" at this time. I ask if its the same every night and she says "we can go round and round about this but you still wont get a delivery. I ask if she is having a good night and she says "I usually am very nice but since you want to be rude and disrespectful by calling up here at this time of night to get food (keep in mind, they are still open)..( and this is a restaurant?). Then proceeds to continue to (I guess) tell me off... and then she hangs up on me! LOL. What a CLOWN SHOW. I consider myself a pizza connoisseur and this is great pizza. Quality ingredients lead to great taste. I'm usually a purist and most of the time like a New York-style pepperoni pie. Marco's thin crust has great texture and works great with their Deluxe specialty pizza. A little pricier than most chains but this is better and worth it. read more

We had never eaten at the Marco's Pizza take-out chain before. I placed our order online 1.5 hours prior to pickup for 5:15 on a Friday evening. Super simple online process. My husband arrived at 5:15, subs "weren't ready yet." At 5:45 he finally walks out with 2 subs, an order of chicken wings and a salad. The receipt taped to the salad plainly stated what was contained in our order. The wings didn't come with the ranch as promised. The greek salad didn't have the mushrooms as requested and the feta was flavorless. The "fresh cut lettuce" was bagged romaine. The 5 "fresh made daily" croutons were excellent. It came with 3 packets of T. Marzetti's Italian dressing which was "lite" which I found odd. We nibbled throughout the evening and opened up the subs at 10:30pm. This couldn't have been more messed up. The steak and extra cheese with Italian dressing, not only didn't have Italian dressing nor extra cheese, but loaded with onions, canned mushrooms and tons of black olives. My husband couldn't eat it, I'd never seen so many unwanted toppings once I managed to pick them all off. My italiano sub didn't have the Italian dressing nor any lettuce. We hate complaining but after this debacle, my husband called the store manager who offered to send a delivery driver to our house 20 minutes away with the correct order. He declined because who knows when that would've ever shown up. She credited our $34 and we got a free large 1 topping pizza credit. Ordered free pizza online with cheezy bread. Regular crust with bacon. We open it up, thin crust. And not one dipping sauce. Done. We give up. read more
