First time customer today.....now life long customer. The best pizza in town. Ordered online and said it would arrive in 45 min. It arrived in 28 min. piping hot. We ordered the meat supremo. The crust was perfect, sauce tasty and generous toppings. Could barely eat two pieces it was so filling. Cannot wait to try it again! read more

Disclaimer: I grew up with New York pizza. Wow. Totally baffled by these 5 star reviews. This pizza just didn't do it for me. Completely lacked the authenticity I was hoping for. And the wings....so rubbery. YACK. Never again will I eat this pizza. I won't stray from NYNY pizza downtown. read more

I'm a bit baffled by the reviewers who give low ratings based on their comparison of Marco's pizza to "NY style" or some place in Bentwood. Marco's is an awesome restaurant and their delivery is the fastest I've ever experienced. I always order and pay online and I can always find a discount code of some kind to apply. If you order online you also get to take a survey that will give you a code for free cheesy bread every time. The best thing about Marco's is that it broke up the monotony of having to choose from the other chains that seem to go a little further down hill each time I order from them. I mainly stick with the pizza, but my son often orders a sandwich and says they are great. The pizza is always super hot when it arrives and the worst that has ever happened is that the driver left my beverages in his car when he came to the door. Marco's makes a nice addition to Mount Juliet and I'm really glad they are here! I recommend ordering online to make sure you are getting the best deals! read more

Pizza was good but to order on line is a pain in the butt. Tried to get a menu for 1/2 hour on their "website", which was useless. It would not bring up a location or let me register for Email Club. Found a copy of the menu on a FB page and got their phone number off of Yelp. Guess I'll pick up a to go menu if I try to order again. read more

I have never had food poisoning until last week when I made the mistake of ordering pizza from this establishment. My husband and I ate at 7pm, 2 slices each, of the New York style with ham, sausage, pineapple and mushroom. At 11:30pm, we both woke up nauseated. Needless to say, it got worse and we both could not make it to work the next day. I can not afford to use PTO yet could not go to work. This was Wednesday night into Thursday. It is now Saturday and we are still not back to normal. When I told a close friend about this who also lives in Mt Juliet, she stated the exact same thing happened to her and her husband a few weeks ago and they will never eat here again. I just want management to be aware: I don't know if meats were undercooked or if they were expired or if there was cross contamination but this is not right and I hope no one else has to suffer like we did after giving money to someone else expecting good food in return. read more

I enjoy Marco's thin crust pizza. Quality, fresh toppings and ample cheese. Delivery is timely. The pizza is bEtter than other chain pizza in the area. I have not eaten in restaurant, therefore I can only speak to delivery. read more

Just opened this week and it was crazy busy on Friday when we decided to try it for the first time. We have friends in Franklin that swear by Marco's Pizza. We were not disappointed. It did take a few more minutes than we were quoted, but they ere friendly about it and in retrospect, it was worth the wait. Pizza was great. Pizza is great and worth all 5 stars but the service is terrible. I ordered on-line and was given a pick up time of 6:40 pm. Arrived at the restaurant at 6:45 pm and waited until 7:20 before my order was ready. The dining area was packed with customers waiting on orders and one gentleman said he had been waiting an hour. When my order was ready, the young lady working the register called my name and walked away. I had to yell to get someone's attention in the kitchen to hand me my order. The kitchen operation, speed of service and expediting of orders need some work in this location. I plan to return and try it again because we love the pizza but will only tolerate bad service for so long. read more

Pizza was pretty good. Atmosphere was great. Excellent alternative to the regular pizza chains. There is a dining area, tho small. Only open for a couple of weeks, so we'll see how things are after the new-ness wears off. read more

First time there. Everything was really good. We are inside and arrived at 4:30. Glad we did bc by 5 the place was packed ! I thought the service was good, friendly. Food arrived pretty quick and very hot and fresh. The only two things I didn't like is that they do not have kid size drinks. They charge kids for an adult size soda and give them a huge cup. This needs corrected as there are a ton of families with kids in this area. Secondly, we ordered one pepperoni and sausage and one pizza with just pepperoni. The pizza with only pepperoni had twice the amount of pepperoni as the pizza with 2 toppings. Not sure why this was but it was disappointing. We ordered the cheese bread and it was great but it was a joke to serve a tiny plastic container of marinara with it. We will come back though. read more
