I walk in, sweat pouring down, and we ask to be seated to get our usual variety of entrees. It's Saturday night. The little girl at the counter says she can't seat us, seating ended at 830pm, and they close at 9pm. I said, 'oh wow, we just walked all the way over here and I didn't realize that." So she says, ' well, you can do a takeout order.' And I am, thinking how is that going to work taking a carryout order with my cane? And so we leave and go across the street to Christo's Pizzeria who also closed at 9pm this particular Saturday evening, and they provided professional customer service, great food and conversation! Thank you for showing my family how you sacrifice service to the neighborhood you serve in the name of 9pm. And I do not care if you do not care, because I will tell everyone and post everywhere what took place. You didn't even try. Because for those who know, the front of the house reflects the culture of the back of the house.
