    Tomato bisque soup. Loved it.
    Katherine A.

I love coming to Puccini's for lunch. Today, I had the soup and salad lunch. There was only one server for the entire lunch crowd and she hustled and still was friendly and super attentive. The restaurant is small but comfortable. The Tomato Bisque soup was thick and flavorful with fresh basil and mozzarella. I loved it. I also had the house salad which is always fresh and delicious with olives, mozzarella, lettuce and more. So filling and delicious! This local chain is worth the visit. Plenty of parking in the strip mall.

The service was wonderful and the food and ambience was also good yesterday was national pizza today and I wanted to treat myself. I love their salads with their homemade ranch. Their ambience is always nice.

One of my favorite pizza spots in Indy. The veg head is my go to for a vegetarian option , who knew broccoli on pizza would taste so good!? I also love the camp fire, it's certainly unique with the smoked sausage and caramelized onions. Dont forget the ranch dressing for dipping, it's top tier! And for dessert? Go with the carrot cake.

I've had this placed bookmarked for a long time and needed something quick to eat so I placed an order for pickup but I should have left it bookmarked. The Order pick up window is in the far back, as I walk up to the counter, two servers walk directly in front of me to pick up orders for food in the window, neither acknowledge me. I had received a text that my order was ready but it was not, I wait a bit and get my food - I guess they don't give plastic ware when you order spaghetti and salad but good thing I'm going home and not running errands. The food was good, I don't see myself going back though.

Piccata Dinner, it had onions in it NO!

When you see the smiling logo, you may not realize that it's an Italian restaurant, but it's worth taking a look inside. We particularly loved the character art on the walls. The staff was great, very prompt with drinks and clearing plates as we ate. We have ordered takeout from here a few times and loved it. On a Sunday evening, we dined in and it was a nice crowd. For our dinner, we ordered a calzone, lasagna, rosemary chicken, and chicken piccata. The rosemary chicken was yummy, but it needed a little extra salt, and the calzone was a cheesy masterpiece. However, the Piccata was not the best. It had onions in it, which threw off the whole taste. I have never had Piccata with onions before, and it lacked the lemon and brine taste that is usually associated with Piccata. The lasagna was not like any lasagna we have had before. It was deconstructed, with very little pasta and a whole lot of ricotta. The flavor was there, just not the lasagna my son was expecting. Nevertheless, we would still visit to satisfy our pasta cravings, but we would try different dishes.

Need a great local place for a group? This is it! Huge parking lot, quickly seated for a group of 7 friends on a Thursday night at 6:30, and a huge variety of items on the menu! Pizzas are delicious. At least a dozen pastas to choose from and each comes with their awesome salad (get the house made buttermilk ranch dressing) and garlic bread. Really great experience.

Growing up, there was a Puccini's pretty close to my house that my family would go to pretty frequently. I remember my parents always raving about the salads. However, it had been years since I had been back, until this past weekend when I got take out. The menu is pretty extensive, with lots of choices including pizzas, pastas, sandwiches, salads and more. It took me a while to decide on something, because I was torn between several options. I ended up going with the Rosemary Chicken Pasta, which comes with a salad and bread to complete the meal. I must say, I was pretty disappointed in the pasta. As you can see from the picture, it was almost more like a soup given that there was SO much sauce. I felt like I was having to fish around just to find the noodles. The amount of rosemary was also a bit strong for me and overpowered the dish. The salad on the other hand, was pretty good and they give you plenty of dressing -- I went with Italian. Overall, 2 stars for the pasta, 4 stars for the salad for an average of 3 stars. That said, with so many options on the menu, I will definitely give this Puccini's another shot and plan to update my review when I do.

    BBQ Cheese pizza
    Angela O.

There are plenty of options available at Puccini's and my new craving is for BBQ cheese pizza without additional toppings. Puccini's didn't fail me. My pizza was well balanced with just enough bbq sauce, cheese and cooked to perfection. Be sure to place your carry out order in advance. This location is always busy and customers are usually waiting on a carry out order. They also have a dinning area for family. This pizza is always good and they stay consistent.

My husband had the Philly (Reg's suggestion). He had the sandwich hot, so the cheese was nice and melted. The steak was really good and the fillings were generous. We also shared an order of fries. The fries are really good, thinner cut and crispy. Bronze came over and checked on us. The staff is eager to please. We felt welcome. We had 5 star service for a chain restaurant. We sat in a booth with tattered seats and a wobbly table and we loved it!! We ordered breadsticks, a Cuban sandwich, wings and fries. Before I describe the food, I have to write about the way they deliver the food. I saw one of the staff bring out this boat of food wrapped in white paper to a table near us and thought that was an order of a specific type that warranted such a delivery. When I asked our waitress about it she smiled and said that was how she was going to bring out our food. It's a little thing but we thought it was unique and just added to the feel of the place. A few minutes later we received our food in a white paper boat and it was awesome. The breadsticks were good; the nacho cheese wasn't the best. The coleslaw was a hit with my wife and son. The Cuban sandwich was really good. The chicken wings were outstanding! The wings are smoked and meaty...and the blue cheese dressing that came with it was delicious. The waitress told us that they make the blue cheese in house and I believe her. The fries were tasty- our waitress was right in saying that a small order would feed a family. (Just like that other place.) I'm just kind of bummed that my sandwich was mid. I got the Hook & Ladder sub, which has honey ham in it, and that made it very sweet. The bread that comes standard is a white sub roll, and it was very pale and doughy and also sweet. There was a lot of mayo and dressing on the sandwich, so it was dripping with every bite. It was not a pleasant sandwich-eating experience. And not just that, but my sandwich made my hands smell for hours afterward! Even after washing my hands with soap twice! I don't know what it is about the sandwich (maybe the bread, maybe the onions or the spread), but it made my hands smell doughy and sweet. Maybe I didn't order very well, because some of the other sandwiches that the people behind the counter were producing looked a lot better than the Hook & Ladder. Maybe next time, I should order a different sandwich.

I don't know how this guy got a job there. I told him that I could not come back today. He didn't care, told me to take it up with door dash (it wasn't a door dash oder) or online. When I com[plained about the customer service that he was providing he called me (a customer) a dumb-ass. I had to call back a few times was able to record some of the call. I would like to talk to someone at the corporate office for Firehouse Subs. I have never been treated this way as a customer. He also kept calling me "bro". Just crazy.. He hung up on me three times. I had my daughter call and he hung up on her as well as he probably thought that it was me calling from another number. He then called back , from mobile # 317.732.0393 and was talking the same way to my daughter. Worst experience ever!! Just to be clear, this is the location off Michigan Road and 86th Street in Indianapolis..
