NY pepperoni pizza was surprisingly good. Good flavor even though very greasy. Crust seemed stale. The biggest problem was the dessert. The chocolate cinnamon bars were literally dripping something everywhere,l. They didn't taste very good and in particular, the vanilla icing tasted very chemically-plastic-y. I am writing about the frustration of trying to order on their website. I have gone from ordering a pizza weekly to maybe once a month. Why you ask... the new website is terrible. You cannot customize a "deal" pizza except for size and crust Coupon Code after you customize ranks from impossible to I give up. I have called my preferred location 3-4 times asking how to customize my pizza, they don't know and won't honor the code if not placed on line. So I just tried to order from Marcos Pizza on there website and there was no section for me to pay cash. I called and told the guy that and he tells me there probably is one. I told him no there is not. He tells me that they don't accept the coupons online for phone orders. I told him ok I will just order from somewhere else. I took a little video of where I tried to pay and sent it too him and messaged him saying no there is no where to pay. He was very rude, and sounded like he just did no care. It's comparable to Domino's, and Pizza Hut. The star of the show are these little cupped pepperoni with the crispy edges. Their flavor is more robust than the other pepperoni. I placed my order online and it was still very warm even though I picked it up at least 15 minutes late. It is a chain and feels like a chain. We've been ordering Marco's for several years but no more. Greedflation / shrinkflation has struck. This last order of a large 1-ingredient pizza and 10 wings cost $40 with delivery. The large pizza is clearly significantly smaller than they used to be. I looked at the food on the table and said, "This is not $40 worth of food." They've also changed the sauce on the buffalo wings from what it used to be and it's not as good - it's closer to honey mustard. We're done. read more

We were heading up Davis and needed a pizza fix. Marco's to the rescue. We went for the traditional, thicker crust, and it was OK. I'm more of a thin crust, cracker thin crust, kinda guy, but I am a lover of all pizza, even cold. So Marco's filled the need. Wait time seemed a bit excessive, but it was busy. OUR MONEY WAS STOLEN BY MARCO'S. We placed an order for an in-store carry-out on 1/24/24. Paid online and received the confirmation email and  we have evidence that our card was charged this amount. This process is what we have always done and it can be verified by our purchase history. Upon arrival for pick up of items, we were told he owed $18. 37. We showed the gentleman the email receipt with the confirmed payment. He disregarded the email receipt with the price breakdown and told us that we still owed the amount. Our credit card number was on the receipt, but according to him, there was nothing he could do. When asked to speak to a manager, he said that he was the manager - I find it odd that a manager would disregard a black-and-white, clear-as-day confirmation. We then asked to speak to someone above and he dialed on his phone and connected us with Ted. We spoke with Ted and explained the situation, and just how we have NEVER had any issues like this - even after the recent major platform change. We were told by Ted that there was nothing they could do. He gave us this number for customer service - 833-509-0285. This number is not even for customer service! This is for franchise information. So now we were ridiculed for trying to get what we rightfully paid for! So our money has been stolen by the Marco's at 7505 Davis Blvd North Richland Hills, TX 76182 and our dinner was withheld. Our kids were looking forward to pizza but then we had to quickly come up with a plan B and pay for a dinner - again! And it's been 5 days since we have reached out directly to address this concern privately, but NO ONE had answered not returned phone call and emails. I've ordered from here for years. Recently they have gone WAY downhill. Calling the store to confirm an order they repeatedly told me that I was calling the wrong store. Only when the manager came to the phone did they magically find and then start making my order. The child answering the phone was rude, snarky, and didn't care about me as a customer at all. I had a confirmation number, order number and receipt. My pizza got put at the back of a backlog of other pizzas and was an hour late from the promised pick up time. I stood in the store awkwardly amongst no less than 9 other people waiting while some kid at the front desk refused to care, told everyone that called they were wrong, and lied to customers. We've ordered from Marco's for years. They are fast and the order is ALWAYS correct. Tonight we ordered and I got busy in the backyard and couldn't hear the door. Instead of just leaving, the delivery driver called me twice and stayed to get my attention. I felt terrible because it was a delayed response on my part way beyond normal. But he wanted to be sure I got my order while it was still hot. I highly recommend them and will be continue being a customer. 10/2022 I have been buying food from Marco's Pizza on Davis Blvd NRH for years now. I had an incident with a new young manager at night 2 months ago. On their wet sites it said the food was going to be ready in a specific time so I went there to pick it up but it wasn't ready so I had to wait for it like 15 more minutes. Utter mediocre poop, and not worth the 16 dollar price tag. This was gloried napkin paper thin frozen pizza. The place was small and empty so I got mine dine in, back before covid . I saw all the adds and fell for the hype machine. In all honesty their pies are made by one or two high schoolers, while two older men Lear in the background. I assume they are managers? This is seriously the worst location ever! I have had multiple issues with placing an order and either never getting the food or waiting for an hour at the location for pick up. The manager of this location doesn't care ... he won't even talk to someone who is upset. Today we ordered food at 10:30 pm to be picked up at 11:30 pm. The food wasn't even cooked. The moron working the counter had no idea of the order even though I showed him the number of his location, at which I placed it. These guys are idiots! Save your money and go anywhere else! Perfect crust to toppings ratio. Crust is tasty with proper amount of chew. The sauce complimented the dough without overtaking its inherent flavor. The garden salads qualify as a meal by themselves with fresh baked croutons and loaded with quality fixins. The food is fine, it's a great pizza place and I do really enjoy the food. But their new employees need to work on their customer service. I went down to the Marcos to say hi to my friend (who works there) and just order a pizza like a normal customer should. So I walk in say hi,order a pizza and then these two register lady's on the side (can't be over 15) look me up and down and say "I don't like you" normally I would let this slide and wouldn't care much but that's not all. After I ate my pizza I decided to hang around and just talk with my friends without causing any disruption of course and they kept staring at me and asking my friend when I'm gonna leave or when I'm gonna order something (if you remember I DID order something) after that they threatened to kick me out multiple times because I wasn't a "paying customer" and was talking to my friend! Normally I could care less but the fact that they are young employees really just hurt more. I don't like name dropping but it was two girls named Ola and Riley, these two lady's were just (sorry my language) assholes to me because I'm a friend with somebody that works there. This location had the best pizza in the area for a long time but had gone downhill over the years until i finally quit going there. I was hungry for a pizza but was tired of the usual chains so thought i would try them again. Glad i did. It reminded me of why i used to love it. It was made right, fresh and plenty of toppings. This evening's experience at this Marco's location was unacceptable. I was very hungry for pizza, which I hadn't had for over 2 months. It was about 6:30 pm with 3 customer in the lobby waiting for their orders. I walked to the counter and waited. NO one acknowledged me or took my order. I stood there longer and made eye contact with the older gentlemen who was finishing and cutting the pizzas; Still, no acknowledgement that I was even there. I watched the other gentlemen put dough in the machine and Still, No Acknowledgement and No one took my order. At that point, I left! With a pizza place on every block, there are many choices for pizza. The pizza business is competitive. Good customer service is the differentiator. Tonight, Marco's Failed! It would have taken 2 seconds to say, "Welcome to Marcos, I'll be right with you." However, the workers chose not to. Marco's didn't just lose a $15 sale, they lost a customer for good! Disappointed to say the least. I encourage customers not to tolerate rude service when there are so many other choices. read more

I really like Marco's. There used to be one on Rufe Snow near N Tarrant Pkwy that moved a few years ago too far west on N Tarrant for me to be in their delivery area any more. It was a very boo-hoo moment. We also had some nasty pizzas before we found a local Italian restaurant that delivered a pretty decent pizza. THEN a few weeks ago I found a flyer in the mail about this Marco's on Davis and I am so excited to be able to get delivery from them once again. We had our first pizza delivered from them a few nights ago and it was just as I remembered. I really like their crust. It's a bit airier and crisper than most. Their web site lets you choose specialty pizzas or create your own, which I always do. Their site isn't the most user-friendly I've ever been on, but if you pay attention, you'll figure it out (set up your account, place your order, select your delivery time, etc. before you start drinking - I'm glad I did!). I wouldn't mind seeing more choices for veg toppings (like artichoke hearts, spinach, broccoli, red bell pepper, etc.), but they have the basics so you can get by if you're not a meat-meat-meat pizza eater. Their site lets you choose obvious things like size and toppings, but also how you want it baked, how you want it sliced (although there's no option if you don't want it sliced, which I would choose since we like to heat up the pizza a little more on a baking stone once it gets here), how much sauce and cheese you want (like 'none' or 'light' or 'extra') and some other things I've forgotten. They also have salads, subs, and wings. And you can place your order earlier in the day and select a delivery time for later (again a plus if you're going to be drinking). Delivery was spot-on; they arrived at my requested time. The pizza was yummy with plenty of toppings (no skimping here). I also ordered a salad, which was good. Bottom line - I'll be ordering again soon. read more

Almost too awesome to exist. I dropped in to pick up a pizza on my way home. I was given a coupon for a free rental at the video place next door (a Family Video). There was actually an order window for pizza INSIDE the video place. No, I am not making this up. What a great idea!
