This location is trash. Ordered pizza for delivery, estimated delivery of 30 minutes, waited an hour but no delivery. Called and was told they were running behind and it would be another hour and a half. Asked to talk with manager and was told they were not available, asked for employees first name so I could refer to someone I talked with, the employee stated they would just cancel my order and hung up on me. I will never order from a marcos again, straight trash. I suggest anyone looking for pizza go anywhere but marcos and specifically the Perrysburg location. I usually like Marcos. But we will not be coming back after how we were treated. We ordered a pizza and quickly canceled it. They told us it was canceled and that we would be refunded.Thirty minutes later the delivery person comes and we were confused thinking maybe they gave us a free pizza. This pizza was supposed to be double cheese and it come looking disgusting. So we call to get everything straightened out and the woman on the phone (Nicole) was extremely rude to us. She was making me feel like an idiot for taking the pizza after canceling an order. We weren't going to make the delivery driver wait so we could call and figure out why there was a pizza at our door. Nicole continued to be rude and sent someone to our house to pick up the pizzas. Really?! You messed up and now instead of just letting us keep the pizzas you send someone to come back to our house to pick them up?! We had to call again because 45 minutes had passed and no one came. We weren't going to sit around and wait all night for someone to pick up the pizzas. We will not be visiting this establishment ever again and I urge you to do the same. read more

I've lived here in Perrysburg for about 10 years now and for most of those years I've gotten my pizza from Marco's on South Boundary. I would say about once a month. For a franchise pizza place that uses a conveyor oven it's one of the better options in my opinion. I've seen some reviews on the service, but I haven't run into consistent problems. I've usually use their website and I just deal with the delivery person. In the over 100 times I've ordered pizza I think there was only 1 or 2 times was it messed up. One time they forgot to put cheese on the pizza...but they rectified that by giving us a fixed order and an additional pizza. read more

Passing through on a road trip and had a hankering for pizza--I am so glad I gave Marco's a chance!! Here's my breakdown: Delivery-very fast. The delivery driver was courteous and friendly. Pizza-arrived piping hot. After it cooled down, my first bite was like heaven. It is just the right amount of chewy, the sauce is slightly sweet with a little bite, it had the perfect amount of cheese, and the pepperoni was crispy (my favorite way). Marco's Pizza has been my go-to pizza joint since I first tried it in 1978; when I was in the service, I craved it so much that my sister sent me one in the mail. How sad it is to see what the Marco's in Perrysburg has done to my all-time favorite pizza. I should have known better, we moved here from Toledo in '14 and I have had Marco's exactly 4 times and each time was worse that the last. Each time I would say: "never again..." but I would eventually cave, trying to convince myself it was a fluke. I am here to tell you that the terrible service and pizza at the Perrysburg Marco's is not fluke; it is awful. I just spent $33 on possibly the worse pizza I have ever had. At this point the $5 hot and ready is 10 times better than this pie. One of the pizza's that I ordered was an XL with double cheese. Well, the center of the pizza did not have cheese on it. The dough was like leather. I don't normally do this but, I was very upset and thought I would call the manager to complain. Not once did the "manager" apologize for my experience. All she did is go from one excuse to another: "We are a corporate store and we are forced to measure the ingredients.....If you were not happy with the amount of cheese you could have added more cheese. " "We are very busy and there was not cheese in the center because we put the dough in too cold and it caused bubbles which pushed the cheese out of the way...." "Normally we try to pop the bubbles before we box it, but there are new people in the kitchen. " She did not seem to understand that the product was awful and the customer service was shocking. I didn't know what to say except that Marco's would never see another cent from my family. I also stated that I would tell everyone who would listen that this is a terrible, terrible business. When I suggested that in all the years I have been going to Marco's I have never been dissatisfied; not once. I even told the "manager" that I would frequent stores much busier than the one here and I would get fresh toppings, properly cooked, with soft dough. She stopped me in my tracks saying that my story was impossible because Perrysburg is the 2nd busiest in the country, only surpassed by Hawaii. I am guessing that her being so proud that the store was #2 in the country had something to do with the "If you don't like it, go somewhere else" attitude I was getting. When a customer calls, not wanting anything other than to give suggestions on how to make the experience better and is met with uncaring, defensive talk around, that speaks volumes. But then, they are number 2; who am I to say their product is lousy...... Good bye, Marco's Perrysburg. I will drive to Toledo next time. read more

Standing in line at mr freeze tonight my 6 year old had to go potty soooo bad. My husband ran him over to Marcos pizza place and asked to use the bathroom. They refused to let him use it. The young girl behind the counter could have cared less. I will never go here the lack of customer service is unreal! I understand that they have "policy". But seriously. I only tried cheese pizza, regular and thin crust and I think it tastes good. We always have it in Uni. Of Toledo for our seminars, and ppl like it especially the vegetarian one. For the price, it's average. Delivered on time as well. One thing is that when I tried online ordering, the system couldn't recognize my address on map so I had to call them to place my order. Didn't like it because I prefer online orders, but overall it's good pizza :) read more

I ordered a BLT sub today and received two 1/8" slices of Roma tomato's on my sub. Roma tomato's are currently .88 cents per pound. Really Marko's? Just got a supreme deluxe pizza...not. 3 pieces of sausage and 5 pepperonis on the whole thing. Basically bread and veggies for $1900 including the delivery and tip. I called the store manager and she said, yes we ordered bigger sausages so you only get a few. I asked about the pepperonis and she said "sir with deluxe, your getting 5 toppings so they each can't be very much". Don't waste your cash or time. read more

My husband and I absolutely positively love this Marcos! Best Marcos in the Toledo area! Everytime we have a vehicle, we personally drive to get pizza at this location! It taste soo darn good!
