The prawns were flavorful, the meatballs weren't warm enough but had some spice to it and were larger than expected. The Caesar salad had kale and red onion in it which was different. We enjoyed the food and the vibe on the lower level was better. The pizza could use more sauce and the cheese had a nice pull to it. The meat on the pizza didn't taste frozen at all. We had to ask for refills a few times, but the server did a good job considering she had at least 20 people to serve.Overall, better this time around.

I never was in the restaurant business, and I'm sure it isn't easy- but all I wanted was to get a replacement pizza on our account after receiving a large thin crust pie with pepperoni and extra sauce. But it looks like I ran into one very polite and caring employee who was caught in the middle, and a "manager" who was a no-show this last Tuesday. I called and ordered the following: * One large regular crust pepperoni with extra sauce. * One large thin crust pepperoni with extra sauce. When we arrived home we noticed the regular crust pizza was fine; the thin crust pizza was burned in places and very dry. We notified the store the next day at around 1500 hrs. The person on duty was polite but couldn't authorize a credit. The manager was out of the building so we set up a tone for him to call me. He never did. This was slices of fresh mozzarella, covered in chopped (not sliced), tomatoes. I'm assuming they grabbed from the same prep that they use for salads or on pizzas. That wasn't the issue. I can live with cut up tomatoes - I'm going to do that to eat it anyway. And yes, there was a good balsamic drizzle on it, as well. Where they went sideways, was the basil. Not fresh basil, mind you, but it was sprinkled with dried basil. Who does that?! Fresh basil is what makes the tomatoes sing in a caprese. No seasoning either. A little salt and pepper would have been appreciated. Finally the garlic knots were way undercooked, doughy and close to raw in the middle. One thing I did like is that you can choose either marinara or garlic to dip with them. There are several pizza places around here, as I saw on Yelp.
