The dough of our shareable 14' pizza was very, very good. One way to test dough is to see if I eat the crust. I usually will leave it on the plate unless it's amazing. At The Brick, I ate my crust. Another win are the cheese and marinara sauce. The combo of mozzarella and feta was very tasty. Where the pizza disappointed me however was the toppings. The mushroom on our Verde pizza were slim pickings and the advertised arugula was swapped for lettuce. They're not the same leafy green, and we noticed. Had there been more toppings, and had they been the correct ones, this could have been a nearly perfect pizza. Other than that, the beer is cheap and they have pasta dishes I'd like to try in the future. The place is also still under construction, even though the dining room with its high dark ceilings, fans and (too) many TVs is ready to receive diners. Last but not least, the pizza was ready quickly and the service was courteous. We'll try them again in the future!

I was very impressed- as I have worked in the food industry for a while & it's hard to find good workers. ******SIDE NOTE- Adam, (I read his name on his shirt) was not very pleasant with employees or his partners. I heard him yell at Zach twice very rudely & push him out of the way trying to see the register. You could tell this defeated Zachary. Adam wasn't very pleasant with us either. Good, but not great. -I enjoyed their Maine Root fountain soda. I got the "Dr. Pepper" flavor and it was sweet, but didn't have a very strong cherry flavor. -The price point was really good.
