Service was outstanding and the food was absolutely delicious. Easily one of the best dining spots in the Seguin area--I'll definitely be coming back!

House salad with house dressing (a tart tomato dressing I've never found elsewhere) on the side. 14SEP24

Everything I said last time still holds true. Extra star again for Naim, who has added storytelling to his repertoire (or at least shared it with us for the first time). Mr R and I met my parents here at 5pm Saturday for their anniversary/Mr R's birthday meal as the Vietnamese place isn't open Saturdays. A large family was just leaving and there were a handful of other tables already seated when we arrived. Parking is always pretty spacious. We all went for pasta dishes, which came with green salads and a basket of garlic rolls. Mr R and I had one glass of wine each, gris for me and cabernet for him. They have an array of house wines in both red and white, avg $8 a glass. My unadventurous father chose his reliable chicken Alfredo for the hundredth time, ma tried chicken piccata, Mr R the chicken ala casa, and I debuted with chicken cremora. Once again I was so into the pasta and good mushroom sauce that I forgot there were chicken cutlets until my fork hit one. We all had leftovers except for Mr R who polished off his plate plus a few rolls. The average human doesn't do that here because while the lasagna's a manageable portion, they're pretty generous with their chicken pasta plates. And the calzones are enormous, be warned. There were desserts in the fridge by the register but as usual we were too stuffed to seriously consider taking any even to go. Naim packed up our plates nicely in to go boxes and I have enjoyed my usual follow up snack of chicken and pasta sauce (a very rich mushroom and cream this time) on the garlic roll. We remain glad of this choice to throw some variety into the usual Seguin rotation of texmex and bbq.

Absolutely delicious dinner! If you're not too hungry, but want the perfect size dinner would be the lobster ravioli with jumbo shrimp. It comes with a salad with house dressing. Our waiter was friendly and welcoming! We know so much about him!! Although, it's next to a gas station, the food was still good! ;) Don't let that deter you!

We stopped in here on a Sunday night for supper. We were seated right away. Our waitress was very nice and helped me decide between 2 dishes. I ordered the Chicken Rollatini which came with a Side Salad. The Champagne sauce was the bomb dot com. I ate all my pasta up first because it was so good I couldn't stop eating it once I started. The stuffed chicken was stuffed with big chunks of delicious crab meat. The dish as a whole was quite flavorful and tasty. I would definitely stop in here again if I was traveling this direction and order the same thing.

Their Caesar salads is very fresh and delightful. Fresh rolls are yummy with just enough buttery goodness that we did not add any more. Spaghetti works came out nice and hot. The sauce seems a bit thin vs more traditional spagetti sauces but the taste is good. Maybe a little chili powder as a secret ingredient? Hubby says the salmon piccata was excellent. The salmon was nicely done with just just barely crispy edges and the sauce was very very good. Big ol fat capers. Service is very nice. The interior is beautifully painted ceiling to floors. They also have a mural featuring famous mobsters. All the goomba's say eat here. ;)

    Microwaved food for sure

This was the weirdest dining experience ever. My family is staying at an Airbnb in Seguin and looked for Italian food in the area. This place has pretty good reviews overall so we decided to go for dinner this Saturday night. The parking lot was empty, the restaurant had one other couple there. Coming from Houston, most places are packed on a Saturday evening at 7pm. The service was great, they were super quick. But, the food tasted like microwaved frozen dinners. It was sooooo weird. Not that I dine in Seguin often, but I'll never come back here.

I love their pizza's! The crust is amazing and they put a good amount of toppings. The lasagna is also a good choice.

The service was mediocre, and the food was subpar; however, the ambiance was unauthentic. Other than that, I will never go back.

Our cups never fully got empty before we were handed a refill. Which I love because I'm lot of places don't do this. We ordered a gluten-free supreme pizza, wrangler, three meat pizza, and I think pot roast beer, cheese wedges. The quality of the food is always delicious. It comes out hot and fresh. I have a gluten intolerance and they have the best gluten-free pizza there . It is $3 more to this option. But the pizza is so crispy and has no cardboard taste! It is considered gluten-free friendly, I wouldn't recommend for a celiac. I believe they use the same cook area.

Next is the excellence of great customer service from the greeting to the end of the meal. Then my server was perfect in attention , suggestions , and timely service .... Even a nice touch of stickers on the receipt . But I came here for the pizza and leaving with one word to describe it : BLAND. The dough/ crust was the best part but the rest was a basic as the lunch I had in high school. Zero flavor in sauce , meat , and cheese . The veggies were fresh I will admit. They are skimpy on their toppings as well. Hate to give them such a low score because they were great but for $20 - dominos or papa johns give a lot more for the money and have taste. I hope this review doesn't make this nice place upset but aware of how much better it can be.

One of my favorite things is that they offer pizza by the slice, depending on what they're serving that day -- and from what I understand, they always have pepperoni slices available, which is a plus. When you walk in, you can actually see them making the pizza from scratch, including hand-stretching the dough and tossing it in the air. It's a fun and unique touch that adds to the experience. They have a good amount of seating both inside and outside. Since this is Texas, outdoor seating can be a bit of a gamble weather-wise, but it's nice to have the option. Parking can be a little tricky, but when we went on a Sunday night, it wasn't bad at all. The service was great -- everyone was friendly, helpful, and very attentive, which made the visit even better. They also have a solid selection of alcohol and seasonal drinks, which pairs well with the pizza. For the kids, we grabbed a cookie, and it was very delicious -- definitely recommend it as a sweet treat after your meal. Overall, if you're in the area and want to try a place that's a bit out of the ordinary, I'd definitely recommend stopping by Pie Society and giving it a try.
