Summary: In my opinion Marco's pizza has decent pizza, but not the best in the valley as other yelpers have mentioned! Food: stuck with the traditional crust (don't remember if it was called traditional or classic) and it was good. The toppings were good too but not that much different that dominos (my typical chain pizza go to). I didn't see the need to do a stiff test to have this opinion (yes, somebody posted to smell the toppings to get a sense of the quality of toppings at Marco's... ). Ambiance: I ordered delivery but I've been inside in the past. It's clean inside and it's in a nice little shopping center (CiCi's is in the same shopping center). Parking: lots of parking spots, especially during the pandemic. If for some reason you can't find parking in the front or on Ventura Blvd., the shopping center has tons of parking spots in the back! I'm not sure if Marco's has access from the back to the store (they should), but if they don't, cut through one of the other stores.... secretly . Delivery: after a service charge/delivery fee/tip, I probably spent an extra $12-14 more than picking it up. The delivery was really quick and contactless! Except for the substantial extra cost of delivery on an already somewhat pricey menu, it's a drawback. Cons: they don't honor national Marco's deals! Some of the national deals are really good but for whatever reason, this location doesn't accept the deals..... Summary: too pricey for me to order from them when I can get about the same tasting pizza from local competitors at a more reasonable cost....My opinion.... try it out for yourself! read more

With Covid allegedly being the #1 Killer, Marcos Pizzeria has signs posted on their Door Mandating you to wear a Mask and a Sign Mandating the Consumer show proof of a Vaccine Passport..all of the Covid protocols!!!. Yet the Employees DO NOT WASH THEIR HANDS!!! The employees are spreading all types of Germs on your Pizza!!!! ....... When I entered the establishment, the male working at the Front Counter was on the phone taking orders and using the cash register. I'm so glad I found this place. It's popular in the east coast. My favorite is the pepperoni with butter brushed crust.

This pizza place has the best pizza Iv have ever had .the sauce is finger licking good. From dough to sauce to toppings covered in a nice thick amount of cheese! In a pizza wasteland, Marco's Pizza is most welcome! The best way to describe the pizza we ordered last night would be to say if you crossed Round Table with Toppers that would be about right. Now I like all three of the those places. For you Valley folk, Toppers is an awesome pizza place with locations all over Ventura County, Thousand Oaks, Simi Valley and Santa Clarita. If they opened locations in the Valley they would crush all of these half ass strip mall pizza joints we have on every corner. But now we have a Marco's Pizza! A national chain with locations all over the United States. Corporate pizza? Yes! This place is great! You get to choose your pizza crust, the crust topping, and what kind of pizza sauce before you even get to the toppings. I like a good thin crust crispy pizza so I went with the thin crust. They say the garlic butter topping is the most traditional choice so I went with that. Had to go red sauce over the garlic butter white sauce for this first order. They have two different types of pepperoni, regular and old world. Had to try both. Both good. Maybe the old world is a litter bolder in flavor. Sausage, mushrooms, and half black olives completed my pizza master piece. Ordered it through their website and scheduled it for 8:00 p.m. It arrived at exactly 7:59 p.m. hot and fresh. First thing I noticed was this pizza had considerable weight. First bite brought a smile to this fat man's face. It was great pizza. At last a great pizza that can be delivered to my house. Just did a nice, larger order for my job and wanted a salad with no cheese for myself. Got a salad loaded with feta cheese all over it and given dressing containing feta cheese in it to boot. This location of Marco's should be avoided at all costs!! I have ordered for pickup from here twice and they messed up my order both times. The first time they clearly dropped the ball and hadn't even made the pizza yet. When questioned, the manager stammered for an answer, disappeared into the back and never returned, leaving some poor kid to answer for the mistake (coward!). I decided to give them a second chance, which turned out to be a huge mistake! I got home only to realize they gave me the completely incorrect pizza, despite the box being labeled correctly. When I called, they had the audacity to ask me to drive back to the store to they could fix their own mistake. I refused and asked for them to credit me for the pizza, which they made incorrectly and then charged me for. One employee named Zack agreed to do so. 10 minutes later an INEFFECTUAL MANAGER, WYATT, called me back to say I had to drive the incorrect pizza back (20 mins) in order to get my money back, which I won't do. His solution was to offer me a 20% off coupon on a restaurant I will NEVER, EVER visit again. Plenty of other pizza joints, and other Marco's, to order from. I ordered pizza online and waited for an hour to get the pizza. The pizza tracker said it would be delivered in 25-30. I called Marcos pizza and noted that the pizza would take another 30 minutes because my delivery person had three people ahead of me. I had to cancel because I needed to leave my apartment. My solution was to go to amici's pizza down the street, and it was ready in 15 minutes so I could pick up my kids. This was the worst customer service. * I would not tip ahead until the pizza was relieved. It just shows tipping ahead does not mean any good service. Good luck with these people. read more

We drove by this place a few times and decided to check it out. We were greeted by Chris and he was such a huge help! He explained the pizza dough is made fresh every day. I was going to order the thin crust and he mentioned the lite version is made with the fresh dough and rolled thin. I took his advice, and I must say it was one of the best I have ever had!
