I used to really like Marco's Pizza. Service was fast and the food was great. Something has changed now and the last 2 times I have gotten ill after having eaten their food. Ordering online has been hit and miss. Delivery is available sometimes, yet other times they just can't seem to get the job done right. I won't be a customer from now on. read more

Made a purchase for work. Had an issue with order online and the lady told me to cancel and re-Oder online then hung up on me. I called right back and the lady helped to place the re-order over the phone after I strongly asked (was not offered). The toppings on the delux was a disappointment compared to another regular location I go to (Tarrant)- they skimped out on the veggies. I love Marco's pizza, i usually go to the location by Kroger in the Keller/N.Fort Worth area but i do love goin to this one in the Roanoke/Trophy Club area also. Consistently a disappointment! Today with company we ordered 4 pizzas for delivery. Watching the Marcos updates it kept telling us 'your pizza is ready' but nothing about the delivery I scheduled and paid for. I called the store And they confirmed it was done but just waiting for a driver to deliver it. WTH?!?! AN HOUR AFTER the pizza noted it was ready someone FINALLY picks up our 4 pizzas for delivery! Last holiday season I bought $500 worth of GiftCards for 10% off. Early this year, their gift card system was subject to fraud and my gift cards were depleted. This wasn't the individual location's problem but it did take me weeks to remedy with corporate. Finally, I got the gift cards replaced only for the store to tell me that they will not longer accept my gift cards. We were ordering a pizza a week on average. I'd say we were pretty good customers but we won't be going back since I'm sitting on hundreds of dollars in gift cards that they won't accept any longer. Bummer. read more

Tonight is the second time my family has ordered here. The on line ordering app allow you to customize your pizza and track your order. We prefer thin crust xtra done that is crispy and cut into squares. We enjoyed the Hawaiian and BBQ chicken as well as some custom order pizzas. If there is half star, I would give half star. I tried it because since my friends suggested. If you like more curst than pizza, Marco's Pizza is for you. I ordered Extra Large Pizza, and it is not even large. My pizza consists of one quarter of crust. If it wasn't too late, I would have returned it. Grease was leaking out of box which is something that had never happened before. Crust tasted undercooked from inside. Then I call next day to talk to manager about it and he says "things happen." Like are you serious? You're a manager but have that attitude towards your customers? Very rude manager didn't even get his name right cause when we asked for it he mumbled it and said "talk to corporate" very confident like he's normally rude to customers and gets away with it. When me and a group of friends went by on Friday we went in and bought a large pepperoni pizza and a small gluten free pizza for a different friend. The wait was around a hour but we didn't mind as long as we got our food. When the wait was over we got our food and the one gluten free pizza was just normal, we went and asked if we could get a gluten free one and the person at the counter started to get mad at us because we didn't have our receipt and didn't offer a remake of the pizza or anything. We ordered 3 pizzas with different toppings, red sauce with 1- thin and 2-Roma crust. The thin crust pizza was so dry it was hard to eat because it was so crunchy. Oh did I say DRY? Tried Marco's pizza for the first time and LOVED it! I have a gluten allergy and called specifically to see if they had gluten free pizza and if they took any precautions to avoid cross contamination. The guy I spoke to was very kind and helpful. He told me that they use a different pan, pizza cutter, etc. He also assured me they would be as careful as they could be. When my dad went to pick up the pizza, the guy at the register again explained all of the precautions they took. We were very impressed! In addition to them being extremely friendly and careful, this was the BEST gluten free pizza I have had in the past 2 years since being diagnosed with Celiac - and I don't say that lightly because pizza is one of my favorite foods! Please go and try Marco's pizza in Trophy Club! (*If you do have Celiac Disease just be aware this is NOT a dedicated gf facility so there is chance for cross contamination - I did not have a reaction but I am also not super sensitive). read more
