All you can eat Dungeness crab legs and fries

I have been frequenting this restaurant regularly for years. I've attended receptions, events and have just gone to the restaurant for dinner. The food is always excellent. The management is very attentive to the customers, visiting the tables and assuring that you are having a good experience. Make sure that you check out their FB page for upcoming events and specials. I highly recommend the All You Can Eat Dungeness Crab Night!

From the moment I entered, the owner, host, and waitress warmly greeted me and my friend. The owner exudes humility, speaks softly, and radiates a calming presence. The restaurant's aesthetic is beautiful, complemented by background music featuring 70s, 80s, and 90s R&B and Soul Train tunes. The food presentation was attractive, and everything tasted delicious and ready to serve. I ordered catfish, kale greens, and baked Mac n cheese. Initially, I hesitated about the Mac and cheese because I don't usually favor overly cheesy dishes. However, it was excellent, featuring a slight brown crust, with perfect seasoning and sauce. The waitress was transparent about the flavor. We visited on a Saturday, which meant we sampled their lunch menu. I look forward to trying their Sunday brunch. Overall, everything was wonderful, and I will continue supporting this establishment.

I got a salad topped with grilled shrimp, which was good. Once person got the rasta pasta and loved it. The two others got turkey wings and they were fall off the bone. For apps, we all got wings and corn bread. Both were great. We were seated immediately, but must have come at the right time bc ppl surely started trickling in.

I learned later that this restaurant has been around since the early to mid 1900's. Plenty of parking in a large open lot. The place is very large and has one of the longest bars I've seen. The wood is very dark and you can see the chefs cooking over the hearth. They don't take reservations and won't see you until your entire party is there. One of the things I liked for our party of 10 was they had no problems with seating as they also have many large round tables. For mixed drinks, they make them pretty big and potent. For my martini, they sent back an extra glass. They also had great bleu cheese stuffed olives. We ordered onion rings (8 large to an order) and fried zucchini. The onion ring I had was pretty good. I didn't have the fried zucchini but heard it was also pretty good. Other than the light fare items, all dinners come with their salad bar which has both iceberg lettuce and Caesar Salad along with many fixings as well as cheeses and bread. I had the Baked Seafood Platter which came with scallops, shrimp, Clam Casino (without the shell), Maryland crab cake and a small lobster tail for $49.99. My wife had the baked chicken breast which she said was quite dry. The dining area is quite large and reminds me of the restaurants at a casino. Some in our group said it reminds them of Medieval Times due to the dark wood vibe. While I thought it was a bit pricey, I would still come back and try their signature steaks or prime rib.

Also, they won't stay you until the entire party is there. We waited at the bar for everyone to arrive, where one cocktail was more than enough for me. You definitely get your money's worth, and you should not drive afterward. (I did not.)

We placed an order for the Oklahoma (double) Cheeseburger with fries, a Boylan Black cherry and Birch Beer; my husband got the Deluxe (Double) with onion rings, a Mexican Coca-Cola. The fries and onion rings were crispy and hot! Even with the cheese on the fries they withheld their crispiness to the end. Both, I should mention coked in Beef Tallow!! By the way time we left, there were 4-people waiting to eat. It was a hot spot! My husband and I agree we will be returning!

I ended up in NJ -- bummed. Then I realized I was only 3 minutes away from a spot with a 4.9 Google rating -- instant mood boost. I ordered a cheesesteak with fried onions. Pro tip: 63¢ cheaper if you pay cash. I paid cash. $20.16 total... mood drop. $1 for fried onions... very, very unhappy. I noticed Eclipse Brewing was 10 minutes away and having their grand reopening -- JOY. I roll over there... packed... food truck only... no beer for me... eating in the parking lot thirsty... sadness returns. The cheesesteak itself? Big, bready roll -- concern. First bite -- meaty and the roll collapsed nicely around the meat -- optimism. Second bite -- cheesy, good, but that made the top bites feel a little dry. My $1 fried onions? I don't remember tasting them. With a few tweaks, this could easily be a very good cheesesteak. On to the next stop on the road to March Cheesesteak Madness.

This wasn't my first time at Sabrina's, so I already knew the service would probably be a little different with the Mother's Day rush -- and understandably so. Overall, the food was still good! We started with their Blueberry Lavender Lemonade, made with blueberry and lavender, then garnished with fresh blueberries and lemon. It was so refreshing and honestly one of my favorite parts of the meal. For our entrées, I ordered the Shrimp & Grits and added salmon, while my daughter got the Teriyaki Salmon Bowl. For appetizers, we tried one of their "Heated Rivalry" May specials: Shane Hollander's Jambalaya Benedict. It came with shredded potato waffles, two poached eggs, fried shrimp, Creole sauce, smoked beef andouille sausage, pico de gallo, and green onions. Now listen... it looked AMAZING on the menu and had so much potential, but the taste was a little underwhelming for me. The dish came out room temperature, almost like it had been sitting for a while, and I really think it would've hit differently if it had been served hot -- especially the potato waffles. Still, I understand they were extremely busy and trying to accommodate everyone during the holiday rush. Sabrina's is definitely still a local favorite that I'll continue to support. Overall rating for this visit: 8/10

My young son really enjoyed this. The fried buttermilk chicken was so on point that we ordered a second one as a side dish. Likewise the buttermilk chicken sandwich was great. I added bacon which was a good call. I would have liked the bacon a bit crispier and I think raw spinach rather than sautéd spinach would have helped the chicken stay crispier. We also order pancakes. The pancakes were super big. I'm talking dinner plate big. Unfortunately the taste did not live up to the big size. The texture was off putting and the flavor was strange. As for ambiance, it can get a bit loud since it is essentially and empty room with only a little decoration. They do have a small outside eating area which was quieter and could be quite nice on a day with comfy temperatures. All in all it was a good experience and we would go back again.
