Our whole party left so pleasantly full and ready to go back asap! Pictures of the owners/chef's Italian ancestors around the restaurant gives you a good idea of the authentic cultural touches your palate is about to experience. The servers were friendly and attentive. We love a good byob where the portions were big enough to take home leftovers. Do not pass up on the truffle pasta- it's amazing. As a pushy Italian, I had to taste everyone's pasta and it was all homemade just like my Mommom used to make aka perfection!

Crabs and spaghetti well below par and take out portion ridiculously small. Won't go back.

Small, quaint, authentic, family, quiet-ish, intimate, outstanding, I could probably keep going but let me get to the food. Not a ton of seating so I would highly recommend a reservation. We started with a bottle of wine that we brought (BYOB), a basket of bread, and the Burrata salad app. They were prefect. I followed with the Caesar Salad and asked to add anchovies. The salad was amazing, dressing was creamy, egg based, and delicious. Omg, I'm still thinking about it. For entrees my wife had the Cheese Wheel, served table side, not just a fun novelty, it was excellent. I have never in 14 years seen her eat that much pasta and that fast. Our guests also ordered it as an app and raved about it. I had the pork chop entree, fantastic! The demi glace sauce with caramelized onions and panchetta, sweet carrots, creamy potatoes... so good. Our guests had seafood dishes that they said were so good as well. Dessert was delicious coffee and cappuccino with the ice box cake (yum) and an excellent Lemon cream cake (all made fresh daily). The service was top notch, all family, all friendly, all attentive. Prefect 40th birthday dinner for the wife. We will certainly be back. Check them out.

The veal dish was okay but nothing I would order again. The only thing I didn't really like was they adding the tip for a party of two. Didn't feel that was necessary. I love how huge the bar area is and how you can also sit at high tops. Service was friendly and extremely efficient. Drinks were delicious and boozy. Martini menu was a nice size. We ordered a cucumber and a pear. Staff members were checking in with us periodically to make sure we were ok or if we wanted to order food. Great service. Valet was efficient and made getting in and out a breeze. I had eaten here in the bar area a couple of years ago but did not write a review. Definitely recommend this spot. I wish I lived closer.

We made a reservation for 8:30 and arrived about 20 minutes early so we were expecting to have a little wait before our table was ready. The place was jam packed! Even trying to find a seat at the large bar to have a cocktail before dinner was virtually impossible but we wound up finding one. The bartender made really great drinks so we were very pleased while waiting for our table. Once seated we were provided with water almost immediately and our server arrived shortly after. We put in our drink and appetizer order and then the amazing bread with peppers arrived (complimentary) and we were like two kids in a candy shop. I don't know what they do to those peppers but they're delicious ... and pair perfectly with what I call their pizza bread. Appetizer and drinks were superb and after putting in our entree orders they were placed in front of us in under 20 minutes - fresh, hot and delicious! Neither of us could finish the entrees so we asked for to go containers ... and we certainly gobbled the leftovers up the following day. Oh and there's complimentary valet parking (just tip the valets) which makes for a stress free entrance and exit from the busy parking lot. Giumarellos never disappoints and it was no different this time.

It's $6 off bar menu items, $3 off cocktails and wine, and $2 off draft beers. Sunday through Thursday from 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM. At the bar, we enjoyed the Filet Mignon Carpaccio, the Shrimp Spring Rolls, and we all shared the Homemade Gnocchi (Porcini cream sauce). Get the gnocchi! For dinner, we ordered the Homemade Lobster Raviolis, Penne Vodka (my love and I split this) and one of the ravioli specials. Everything was delicious. We sat at a high-top table in the beautiful bar area. It was lively and cozy. There was live entertainment but at a comfortable volume. The staff was very welcoming and warm. I do not eat seafood and was confused by the fishy smell and presence of meat. Luckily it was a simple cross-table mixup. Furthermore, the mushroom gnocchi was horrible. It was made with pure whipping cream, which is probably a valid Italian approach, but it had to have been 100g of fat, and it tasted like warm thick milk, with no flavor and minimal mushrooms. I felt sick to my stomach the rest of the night. The restaurant was packed and tastefully decorated. They have a great signature cocktail list but I couldn't hear myself or anyone at my table. Average decibel level was 85 through the course of our 90 minute stay. My ears felt raw once I got outside. Lastly, it's a mandatory (and complimentary) valet for parking. Just be prepared. If you like Italian, may be worth a shot. Folks were pleased with oysters and mashed potatoes at my table, but I have no desire to come back.

Well in that case, let's go! There are only 7 tables and it's first come, first served. No reservations so don't bother asking! - Bruschetta - the perfect amount of salt and spice! - Burrata Appetizer - warm, delicious and perfect to split with a party of four - Homemade Meatballs - tender and fantastic. Like your mom makes! - Caesar salad - solid choice - Grilled Lamb Chop - my husband had leftovers from this that he actually ate! - Fettuccini with Sausage - homemade pasta cooked perfectly - Penne Vodka - silky and al dente - Pappardelle Special - truffle, mushrooms, red sauce. So flippin' good! We were too stuffed for dessert, as per! Special shout-out to the staff. They are warm, efficient, and make you feel like they've known you for years. We had the opportunity to meet the chef and that was a huge treat. We couldn't gush any more about how amazing everything was. He was humbled by our enthusiasm! Cash only and BYOB. Any restaurant with a pay phone on the wall is a-okay in my book. Old-school Italian in the house!
