The Cheese Crisp: A classic Arizona-only appetizer. Get it with Hatch green chilis on top. 2. Chili Colorado Chimichanga: The Chili Colorado is excellent on its own, but asking for it inside a chimichanga is the ultimate pro move. The Verdict We don't go out for Mexican often, but Salina's is our exception. I dont know if they changed owners or what, but our usual servers were not there and it was not the fastest meal...but again the food was solid. Just not sure what is going on with the servers.
