I don't care where I live, this is the only place I am going from now on to get my alterations. They did a wonderful job on a wool skirt that I brought in. Also it was a one day turn around. They were quick, personable yet professional. All the sudden I want to alter everything in my closet, I plan on bringing three dresses into them today that need to be taken in. I highly recommend this place. Update: I had gone here once before the time noted above and I was extremely happy. The last time however was not good. I brought a dress in and waited 45 minute that morning before I got it fitted. I needed the dress for Friday so I let them know I had to pick it up Thursday. The lady said after 5 on Thursday. 6 o'clock hit and I got no call so I called them. The dress wasn't ready but I went tried it on. It was still ill fitted below waist but I had no choice but to take the dress because I needed it for the next morning. I purchased jogging pants that were too long. My internet search pointed me to Margaritas location but I searched for reviews about her services. All her reviews were great so I took my pants there. I was greeted with an enthusiastic smile and all she asked me was " how soon do you need them?" I had three pants and asked if they could be ready in three hours and if the stitching could be matched. She reported that they had the same stitching machine that adidas uses and they could have the three pants ready in the time I had requested. I was thrilled to find a Margarita's. She provided great customer service and excellent work on a very high end designer evening gown. I thought the dress needed to be altered in the bodice as I was having an issue with the zipper. Margarita and her daughter showed me the correct way to get in the dress and zip it up. I had to get my children's uniforms altered and it's really far away so we went there one day and they altered it they said it would take a week we got it the next week and the first day of school my daughter wore a skirt and came back and it ripped. We went there the next day and said it ripped. They said to come back at 5:00 and we said we weren't we were just going to stay there and waited a couple minutes and they still didn't get it right so we just decided to not go back. They may look nice but they alter badly. read more

where do I start? First off, there is no menu board with set prices. The prices that I was given were all made up on the spot. I brought in a brand new suit to be altered. When I went to pick up my suit on the day and time they said it would be ready, it was not ready. They had it for 3 days. I waited 30 minutes for them to finish, and when I tried it on, the cuff ripped where they had shortened it. I had to wait for them to redo it. The cuff was poorly sewn. The left sleeve is noticeably longer than the right, and they left snag marks on the left sleeve. see the picture. I paid for the jacket to be taken in, as well, and they did not touch it. I picked up my suit on a Friday night and needed it for an event on Saturday, so I had no choice but to take it. Their attention to detail is lacking, and there is no quality control. read more
