There were some charges we were not aware of that needed attention. I feel like fine print is not on your bill or never mentioned. We had to dispute some things that took forever to correct!. You can find gelato or icecream. The broadwalk is also near two public parks that have picnick tables and bbq grill. They have restrooms. One of the parks have a water foundation thing for the little ones. And a pattle board court. There is always something to do here. Finding parking here is crazy. Sometimes they have shuttles that can take you here so you can avoid the stress of finding parking. I would look into it.

We checked into Costa Hollywood Beach Resort on July 31, 2026, around 10:00 p.m. The room was under…read moremy girlfriend's name as a birthday gift from her cousin. Check-in was smooth, we received our keys, signed the paperwork, and settled into our room. On August 1, around 2:35 p.m., while we were asleep, someone unlocked and opened our room door without knocking. I immediately said, "Someone is in here," and the person quickly left. At first, I thought it might have been housekeeping, but when I checked the hallway there was no one and no housekeeping cart nearby. A few minutes later, I noticed a housekeeping cart farther down the hall, leaving us confused about what had just happened. As I was getting ready to ask management to review the security cameras, a hotel employee and a security guard came to our room and told us we had to come downstairs immediately to pay a check-in fee and sign paperwork, even though we had already done both the night before. My girlfriend was in the shower and asked for a few minutes to get dressed, but we were still rushed downstairs, making us feel like we had done something wrong. Once downstairs, the staff realized they had mistakenly assigned our occupied room to another guest because they believed our reservation had been canceled. That meant someone else had been given a working key to our room while we were sleeping. After everything was resolved, my girlfriend received a bottle of champagne and a "Thanks for being so cool about this." While we appreciated the gesture, she was understandably shaken. This happened during her birthday stay, and we felt a sincere apology and a more meaningful effort to make things right were warranted. Thankfully, no one was hurt and nothing was missing, but someone had access to our room while we were asleep. I hope Costa Hollywood Beach Resort reviews its procedures so this never happens to another guest. For hotel management, the room was N424 and the reservation was under Delsalto. I hope someone reviews what happened and contacts her directly.

I was a frequent guest of this hotel when it was the "Beach Resort." Now it's been renovated and…read morerebranded as the "Beach House." They did a very nice job with the renovation. The lobby got a great makeover and the updated room had a fresh and modern look. This time we splurged and got a Presidential 3BR suite and it was gorgeous. The room had a massive wrap around balcony and the view from there and the room itself was absolutely amazing. Though, our stay was not without its issues such as recurring AC problems. Luckily the staff was attentive and fixed the issue after some time. If I could offer any feedback on our experience, it would be to put some key essentials in the room. We had a full size kitchen but there were no paper towels, dish towels, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, sponges, or even basic things like salt and pepper. The bathrooms too didn't have hand soap, an adequate amount of body wash, or even a place to hang towels. Another concern I plan to mention to management was the fact that people were throwing things from the rooftop lounge down onto our balcony, including straws, drink stirrers, food and, worryingly, a knife. If anyone would have been sitting on the deck when the knife was thrown it could have been a major issue. In the end, the room was absolutely breathtaking. With a few improvements it could be even better. Overall 4 stars. I could see myself returning in the future.
