I think this place has potential as far as ice cream and flavors, but the service was horrible. There were 3 people working. One was training, I had to tell him what was what and how it was supposed to be (as a customer) and I completely understand that if he was training, but there were two women working. None wanted to help him just stared at us. It wasn't busy as all. To be in the heart of Memphis, you should have better customer service. Terrible first experience at this place we are in town for Mlk weekend lastnight decided to have some ice cream for Dessert first we were outside for quite a bit because the sign said closed even though it was only 6:30 (I think they were supposed to close at nine) people kept walking up to the door and turning away. The two gentlemen in there chatting away not even paying attention to the front door at ALL... (unfortunately MY daughter was very persistent). 2nd the place is a bit overpriced for a watered down hot chocolate that comes from a Keurig and the ice cream doughnut is NOT worth $5 it's supposed to come with a hot fudge which I had to ask for 6 times before I received it I was finished with the disgusting donut... So total comes to $23.00 and my daughter (the only reason they even had guest coming in at all because she turned the closed sign to open) asked for a cup of ice water and she was told NO I would think if you spend 23 dollars in a ice cream shop that's should be worthy of a 25 cents cup of water NEVER EVER AGAIN and I will let everyone I know and everyone they know to pass this place on by next time in Memphis read more

The ice cream is always melted! I've been coming here once a month or so since the owner called it Maggie Moo's. My wife and I went there last night, and received a sloppy cup of half melted ice cream and was told "we just started having cooling problems". You have HAD cooling problems. Had a chance to visit today. I gave this a 3star only because the wait was very long due to only one staff assisting everyone. There were about 4 customers in front of me but one customer was just taking too long trying out flavors... not the business's fault but they should have more staff assisting others. I didn't get to try it so I cannot rate the food but will say that it smelled great. I walked passed it and turned around to go inside but unfortunately didn't get to try it because I had to walk back to work on poplar. I did also get a welcoming greeting.
