I want to start with how excited I was to try the Mariachi Bakery!!! The short Tik Toks my wife kept sending to me all week had me super amped up for today's visit!! Last night, I placed my order for pick up at 6:30AM Order consists of the following: Large Cafe de Olla, Churro Crumble Cake, Chorizo con Papas Torta, Ganzito Tres Leches and 4 Conchas 1 of each Easter Color (blue, geen, yellow & purple). I arrived at 6:11 a little early, but the store was fairly empty. One table was occupied with a father, daughter having breakfast, and one couple walking in the same time as me. The couple and I were greeted by 2 different girls. Mine asked me if she could help, and I said I was looking, but i did have an online order I was picking up @ 6:30 she also asked my name and when I told her she said it was ready let me get it. She came with the Cafe de Olla, a box with 3 conchas and my torta in a separate bag. She then began telling me they ran out of the purple conchas and the churro crumble cake. She also said I should take the guava cheese bread in lieu of the crumble cake, and I told her I don't like guava cheese and asked for her to replace the missing concha with one of the other colors and as she was putting in another green this cook or assistant comes out with purple conchas and I said I guess your not out and asking her to replace the green with the purple. I then asked about the crumble cake again on how could you allow me to place an order online and be sold out before 15 minutes after opening, she said just take the guava and I said no thank you... I asked if it's still cooking thenI would wait since that's what i really wanted... She walks back to the kitchen area and says this guy will wait for the crumble cake, and then the kitchen kicks out a square of cake... Now I then say I guess you weren't sold out, and she then put the piece in a cooker.... So once the crumble cake finishes, she plops it in the box with the conchas... I asked her if they were out of the gansito tres leches cake because she never placed that in the bag either, and she gave me a dirty look and grabbed a slice and handed to me like I upset her... Now that I had all of my orders, I left and headed to work where i would try the crumble cake with my Cafe de Olla... Let's just say that the crumble cake almost made crumbles out of my teeth as it was hard as a rock... I gave up on the crumble cake and tried the torta, and it was half soggy and stale for a bakery, i figured the bollio would be yummy but not... My wife did like the Gansito Tres Leche, and kids passed on the conchas... What I learned probably shouldn't order online from a bakery because who knows what they're going to give you... First time bust I liked the aesthetics of the place Good size seating area Nice variety of pan dulce along with a lunch menu I had a concha which was so soft and tasty I should have bought two of them I also ordered a horchata latte. There was a hint of sweetness not overpowering and it wasn't too strong. I'd definitely go back to taste their extensive selection of sweets. The coffee is great but the "tortas" are not tortas. It's a basic sandwich you get at the frozen section. Sorry not sorry but I was very disappointed. I usually love this place! In my most recent visit I accidentally spilled my coffee and had to wait a long time for any help. I had to use napkins to try and clean, eventually they said 'they'll handle it'. They didn't offer replace the coffee, and no one seemed to care, even though a manager was sitting in the dining area speaking to someone else. I still like this place, but it's probably better for a quick pick-up than for staying for lunch or to enjoy your sweets. Kinda disappointed in how the whole thing was handled. read more

I was visiting from out town and was recommend to check this place out on my way back home because they had cafe de olla. This location was clean and staff was very helpful. Our breakfast burritos did take awhile which the cook apologize to us a few times about and when we got our food they still had not given us our cafe de olla which we asked which the cook gave it to us and also apologize for them not giving us our coffee. We did wait about 25mins for our stuff, but the coffee was amazing and breakfast burritos are amazing. Will have to visit when I am back in town. read more

The ambiance is so cute, they play Mexican mariachi music in the back ground and have both booth and table seating. The service was really good but it does take a while for the line to move. They should just have one person on register while the other just takes orders. Going back and forth takes too much time. I came here for the Gansito tres leches cake. It did not disappoint, absolutely delicious! The other pan dulce was not very good. Hard, dry, and not very dense. The pumpkin concha had an unpleasant after taste. The churro coffee cake may be better, if hot and fresh. The Abuelita latte was good but not great. For being new, the place was not well kept. Tables and seating were dirty, and the bathroom needs a good cleaning. Meanwhile the guy making my latte was on his phone talking about his club night post Thanksgiving. Normally when I come to Mariachi Bakery it is always so good. Today, I went to go pick up a Tres Leches Slice of Cake and it tasted like the milk was sour. When I took a bite there was a gooey substance all at the bottom of the cake. I'm so disappointed because I was looking forward to this cake for a few weeks. Fortunately, the staff was extremely helpful in navigating this issue because I had to call it in. I would normally be giving this place 5 stars. The ambiance is pretty chill like any coffee spot. I was surprised to see a new coffee spot open up. So I decided to come here and give it a shot, I already kinda had an idea of what to expect but I still wanted to try it. So I went got a cold brew, just a cold brew, none of all that extra sweet stuff that ruins the coffee. I also picked up 3 conchas. It was about $10 so it wasn't expensive. Anyway, my coffee wasn't good. It tasted like burnt coffee. However, even when my coffee tastes like that it's still good enough to drink. The conchas were delicious, nice and soft. So, I wouldn't mind going back for some pan. But the coffee was a no no. That's fine I suppose. I figured this place was a shop that just made sugary gimmick drinks. I was right. My coffee probably was meant for a lot of sugar to be added to make it taste good. No thanks. Great job on the pan. I'll definitely stop by for more of that. read more

I didn't wait very long for my order, which included 2 drinks and a couple of sweet breads including the conchas. Conchas can often be difficult to execute well, especially in cafe settings like this one. However, the biggest (and most pleasant) surprise was how well the conchas were done! I was excited to try Mariachi Bakery. I follow them on social media and finally had a chance to stop by. The almond croissant was amazing! Great flavor and good size. The pumpkin concha was good, pumpkin flavor not overpowering but the concha wasn't as soft as it should be, the mazapán conchas were our least favorite. The concha was not soft and the mazapán flavor wasn't there as I expected. The iced matcha was also a disappointment. It lacked matcha, very watery. The pumpkin cold foam in top was new to me and I did like that. The horchata strawberry was really good and flavorful. I don't remember exact prices but I believe each concha was $1.50 and drinks probably around $6. The wall decor is very nice and customer service was great.
