First time here. We were in the area so we decided to stop. The restaurant was cute and modern. The staff was ok. Register person wasn't the friendliest, the lady gathering our pan dulce was nice, the guy who brought us our food was friendly. We ordered the horchata cold brew and the horchata blended frappe. Cold Brew was bitter, frappe was too sweet so we ended up mixing the both to be able to drink them. We also ordered the Chile relleno burrito and we observed that the Chile relleno itself was microwaved. Taste was ok, edible. We also ordered a chorizo and papa empanada to go. I saved it for the next morning for breakfast only to find out it was the wrong one. I received a chicharon empanada instead. Not a fan so I threw it away. Bathroom was gross, completely dirty and needed a good couple hours worth of attention to get it up to par. Maybe it was an off day for them. Overall, this is a good bakery and place to stop by but I wouldn't go out of my way for it. Staff was friendly but they're a bit all over the place, it took about 10 minutes for my order to be taken when I was the only one waiting because the two cashiers kept going back and forth from the bakers trying to figure out availability of pastries and what not. I ordered a jalapeno cheese pastry to start, it was okay, I wish there was more filling and actually jalapeno. The marzipan concha however was one of the best conchas I've ever had. T he apple turnover was hands down my favorite apple turnover I've ever had! Definitely a must get. That with the dulce de leche latte was perfect. The empanadas were delicious as well. They had a nice flaky exterior almost like a flaky croissant. My favorite was the chicken tinga and the Rojas con queso. The chorizo con papas was okay for me but probably wouldn't get it again. My only complaint about the empanadas is they were a bit greasy especially on the bottoms. The red velvet tres leches was just okay for me. I didn't care for the red velvet/tres leches combination it was a bit dense. The cookies and cream tres leches however killed it for me! Super light and milky but not too soggy. I originally saw this shop on ig and I knew I had to go and try their gansito tres leches cake. I really enjoyed it but I personally like my 3 leches cake more wet. Even tho there's milk in the container the middle of the cake is still kinda dry. I also had their conchas (Nutella& mazapán) they were so good! Let me start by saying I didn't try all that much. I had a marzipan concha, horchata tres leche cake and a abuelita cream cold brew. The concha and tres leches slice was honestly one of the best I've ever had. The marzipan concha is different from your typical concha. The texture was very light yet perfectly chewy and it was not overwhelmingly sweet. The light marzipan taste was the best!! The tres leches slice, man oh man, I wish I had the whole cake. The cake itself was moist as a tres leches cake should be, but it still had structure, not mushy at all! I highly recommend the horchata tres leches because it has walnuts in it. They also offer burritos, empanadas, and a variety of pan dulce. The cold brew was honestly underwhelming, would probably not do it again. They should do like a cafe de olla cold brew or iced coffee :) For Mexican sweets it is on the pricier side but the quality was there at least on what I tried. Customer service was ok. I was a little turned off by one of the girls in the coffee bar that was chewing her gum away. Girl I don't want your gum in my coffee or food haha but other than that it was alright. There is plenty of seating area inside and outside of the bakery (which is not common for Mexican bakeries) and lots of free parking! This place is really cool, it is unique. It may seem like a normal Mexican bakery but it is not normal. The Mexican bread is delicious, I tried the Puerquito, the guava bread, the cookies and cream tres leches and the elote bread, all were amazing. We also got a sprinkles cookie and it was good, usually Mexican bakeries cannot make good cookies but they nailed it here. I also tried their jamaica (hibiscus) and their mazapan latte, the latte was F'n good!! Super late to this review but here goes nothing! This place was BOMB! My girlfriend, Mom & Brother in law, and I went here last Friday for a late Mexican Mother's Day meal. Their menu is so large and everything on it sounds amazing! The drinks, baked goods, burritos, and the empanadas were all so delicious! The overall look of the establishment was pretty cool, lots of cool artwork, nice decor, and well up kept. Last but not least, the customer service was on point! I prefer the red one over the green. My cake was super moist from the milk. It is almost too sweet. If you're a fan of toffee cake with a lot of sugar, this cake is for you. I think you should try to baked goods first. This would be a 5 if the cake wasn't too sweet, and they had a bigger dinner menu. It would have been nice to see a $10-$12 plate with rice, beans, entrée, and chips. Owner seems pretty cool. He greeted me right away. There's a medium size parking lot and it was not too busy.
