Overall very good! Side salad was mediocre but did the job Chicken wings were surprisingly tasty/tender. I only wished they came with celery. Homemade crispy bread strips were awesome! Deep dish pizza was not really authentic but it was still decent. A little too much sauce for my liking but that's just my personal preference. Spaghetti and meatballs were quite excellent and cheap! Service was also good but it took several minutes to get greeted and it wasn't busy at all. We'll definitely come back! I came here several years ago and was not at all impressed. Took takeout pizza cold chips not cooked enough. Went on 03/10/2018 pizza was to have sausage on whole pizza. When we finally got it only half had sausage. The cold pizza n chips when I called them they said they were perplexed. The half sausage (instead of whole sausage) they said 2 sodas and 4 waters were on them! read more

We were having dinner with my inlaws and wanted to get something that wasn't too much mess. I saw the reviews on Yelp and decided to give it a go. We ordered a large thin crust with cheese, sausage, tomatoes, mushrooms, onions and black olives. We asked for it to be ready by 615 and it was done promptly. We did a take out and when we arrived at home the pizza was still hot. It was amazing! THE Best Pizza I think I have ever had. Some might say it was a bit pricey at $22, but I think well worth it. Love this restaurant, I had the baked beef ravioli, with a side salad. The salad was fresh cool and crisp. The addition of sesame snaps was good. The ravioli came to the table hot and delicious. The staff was very friendly. Will not hesitate to return. read more

My son's rehearsal dinner was at Maricio's. The staff made the occasion very special for us. They were so friendly and very attentive. I spoke with Mary on the phone to place the order. Love the pizza here and have always had great service. Gave this place a 5 star the first time around, but changing rating now to a 4. We always order carryout, just easier with a 2 year old. This past carry out, we arrived to pick up our order only to find the ovens had lost power. The pizza was parbaked. I was a bit disappointed that no compensation was offered for the inconvenience. This place has always had a great reputation in my mind for customer service in the past, so I thought they would have lived up to expectations this time as well. The pizza still turned out great, but having to preheat the oven when we got home and still heat the pizza another 15 minutes was not acceptable for my 2 year old. Their thin crust pizza with all the toppings is by far the very best in the entire West Bend area! The sausage is tasty and true Italian. Normally I would give at least a 4 Star for this restaurant. But after Friday night...they lost a lot of my respect and possibly my business. I ordered the same pizza I have ordered for 15 years and didn't get what I ordered. When I said I had the wrong order I was told that it was a she said I said on what I ordered. And of course since it was the owner..she's not going to admit she wrote the order down wrong. I was then informed it would be 20 minutes extra plus I would have to pay for the original pizza I ordered plus the wrong one. Really?!?! I left with the wrong pizza...and a very bad taste in my mouth over that. We have never complained about anything at this restaurant and the first time you do this is how you are treated? read more

I liked it when they where Tomasos or whatever and still think they have good pizza. Not the best, certainly not the worst. They have goofy way to order and pick up though. They bring something's but not everything. You order from the bar? Then they ask you for refills. Seems kinda ass backwards. Not sure if we should tip or not? We know they say on their sign "different name, but same owner", but what a difference. The last time we ate there it was Tomaso's. Our experience and food was not good. Tonight it was outstanding. A very welcoming environment. You are greeted with smiles and checked in on throughout your dining experience. We had a pizza and an order of pizza sticks. It was excellent. Wow, just last week after 7-8yrs of pretty regular dining my wife, son and I had a similar experience to the TWO STAR reviewer below. I ordered what we pretty much always order. The owner was her usual very cheerful self, asking about our son's school status, plans, etc. Then our pizza came (we love their deep dish pizza and homemade chips!) and it was not quite right. I had ordered pep mush on half and sausage on half of a the pizza. Out came a pie with half pineapple and mushroom......an odd combo to begin with. I told the owner it was the wrong pie on one half and she pulled it and had a new one made. She then showed me her order tablet with pineapple written down and not pepperoni, fine except I did not write it and my son was right there listening to me order my wife's preference. Most places would have you eat the first pie and bring out a smaller version of the errant part of the order, but no matter, that was not the deal breaker. While we waited I expressed to my wife, not quietly enough, I'd ordered as always, since that half of the pie was her's again with my son right there......He would have said something if pineapple was ordered. So, out comes the new pie after we watched the staff eat our 1st one as we waited deep dish oven time! The owner then tells me they (her & her husband) went back and looked at the surveillance camera??? and I definitely said pineapple and she could bring his laptop out to show us?? Wow, how is that for taking it way too far with a customer....This included her usual half giggle that is normally welcomed by us and many other customers. So, I think they had to be lip reading between pepperoni and pineapple, unless there was audio, but I don't think the latter is legal. Regardless, that was a pretty stupid thing to do to a customer, even if I'd said pineapple 10 times and I'm very sure I did not say it once. We were quite taken back by this, finished our meal, basically just being our usual selves, until we got to our car. As we ate I told my wife the problem would never have occured, if the order was read back to me. So, after being a bit taken back by the offer to see the video replay, my wife could not resist mentioning how things could have been solved, if the order was read back to me. That was not taken well by the owner, she laughed it off, then passed us off to her staff not interacting with us as she normally would do. Needless to say, we will never dine there again after being there on average 1-2 times a month since they opened the place. We loved eating there before, though we did have a bit of a probelm with the hand written total for the bill....It always seemed like the same meal and somewhat pricey drinks were $5-10 different each time we were there, but it will not be a concern any longer,,,,,,We will not be back. My wife told me driving to Cedarburg would be no problem for the same original recipe. Too bad.... read more
