My wife got the Cheese Ravioli which was ravioli pockets stuffed with ricotta, romano and parmesan cheese, served in our homemade pasta sauce, topped with shredded parmesan cheese. My wife loved it and she let me try some and it was great! The kids loved their food! My son got chicken tenders and my daughter got a cheese pizza. Similar to the West Bend location, the Grafton location is pizza only (I'd give anything to have them sell subs again too). The inside seems smaller than West Bend's with less merch and non-pizza food items. Still, it's the pizza I stopped for and Eaton's has the best take and bake pizza I've ever had. I picked up a couple frozen pizzas and got a "14 sausage pizza made fresh while I was there. If you enjoy pizza, I hope you've tried Eaton's and love it too. What made the experience especially disappointing was that the bartender acknowledged that this customer is a regular and that she has caused similar situations in the past. The bartender ultimately sided with her and asked us to leave instead. Throughout the interaction, the bartender was condescending and spoke down to us about a situation we did not start. We came to have a good time and were treated unfairly for someone else's behavior. Unfortunately, the way this was handled left a very negative impression, and I can't recommend a place that treats customers this way.

Second time, a sign now says seat yourself, we did, waited 10 minutes before a waitress showed up, took a drink order, water, 10 more minutes go by she comes back and we ask about their fish fry that they only have on Fridays, this is Friday. Waitress says she will have to check and goes to the kitchen. We wait but decide if we have another problem we will just leave. She comes back and says " a fish fry will take one hour "!!! We said we are going to leave, she seemed relieved. We had a $25 gift card so not wanting to ever come back we gave it to a couple who were waiting for their food and celebrating a birthday. We hope that they did finally get their food. WE WILL NOT BE BACK
