I was disappointed after laying there for an agonizing amount of time with my eyes closed and so still. The four stars are for Hildy's customer service. I felt so welcome and well taken care of the entire time. She was friendly and clearly had expert knowledge. She even gave me a blanket to make sure I was cozy and comfortable on the table. If I ever give extensions a try I will certainly be going back to her.
