They are open to the public and you are allowed to walk in and browse such as any other store. While we weren't greeted upon entrance (which is our preference), we were checked on three different times by three different associates ready to answer our questions. We browsed without pressure, gaining our ideas, and were able to formulate our questions. The associated that assisted us heard us out, was friendly, and answered all of our questions. Their prices are reasonable and competitive with other stores. It appears they offer primarily bathroom vanities, but also sell shower doors, kitchen/bathroom faucets, and tubs. We also saw gym equipment that appeared to be for sale! We're still in our reasearch phase, but will certainly keep j&J in mind when we're ready to make our final purchases!
