I seriously work in the best location... I found this cute little coffee shop/restaurant across the street where I work.. Its small but you can find seating... if its not busy lol I am guilty of always ordering the Ham croissant... O...M...G... it is so yummyyy... the croissant, egg, ham, tomatoes, and avocado.. make my mouth water.. and they really put avocado in it.. dont think its like other places where they just smear it.. then I also always order my chai tea latte. Marie's Coffee & Deli is located right across the street from the Bloc in DTLA which is super convenient for me. A few weeks back on a Sunday afternoon my wife and I decided to walk on over for some sandwiches and were pleasantly surprised with how quick it was to walk in, order, walk out, walk home, and eat. I was pretty hungry when I came and settled on ordering a Chipotle Chicken Club which is Chicken Breast, Bacon, Cheese, Organic Greens, Tomatoes & Chipotle Aioli on a Baguette. The sandwich itself took maybe 5 minutes to make (with my wife's sandwich) and cost about $14 which is definitely a little more then I would like to spend for basically a 6 inch, but it's a small downtown sandwich shop so it is what it is. The sandwich itself tasted really good and i have zero complaints about it. The bread seemed fresh, the meat was good, and the veggies topped it all off. Overall, Marie's Coffee & Deli is a simple sandwich shop and a great place to get a quick lunch. Thanks to it's convenient location, I'll definitely be back in the future for some more. read more

AMAZING!!! Our office is at the Bloc and today I was craving for a good 'ol everything BLT bagel or maybe a banh mi. I couldn't decide to get Uber eats or just see what's around. I decided to yelp this place and just went for it because they have sandwiches. To my surprise, their menu is extensive! Right off the bat, I had to order my craving of good 'ol bagel BLTA. Saw they also had the banh mi so I can't pass that up. Phil was very nice and the service was quick! In and out, and got my goods in less than 10mins. The food is just BOMB. Sorry didn't get to snap any pictures because I was so hungry. The veggies in the BLTA were fresh. The bagel was chewy and at the right temperature. They did not skim on the ingredients. It was a VERY good bagel sandwich. The banh mi was LEGIT! I'm from the Bay Area and haven't had a good banh mi in awhile. I got the pork belly banh mi. The ingredients were full, the pork belly was so tasty, the veggies were pickled perfect and the bread was toasted with that right crunch with the perfectly soft inside. I can go on and on....
