The cabins are all situated for privacy and you feel very secluded yet you can get yourself out there if you want too! The location is perfect. Only 20 minutes from major attractions in the Gaitlenburg/pigeon forge area. We were fortunate enough to meet and chat with the owners. Such great people! They have been in the hospitality industry for years and know the simple touches that make a vacation complete. I didn't forget the best part of the cabin!!! The soaking tub and porch. My family and I were in town from Lousiville for my daughters cheer competition and was looking to stay an extra day and enjoy the nearby Sevierville/Gatlinburg/pigeon forge areas. I found this company by using Yelp actually. They had a very reasonably priced cabin called the honey bear hollow that sleeps 8-12 people. Me having a family of 7 made it a perfect fit. So you book through the site. Place a credit card on file and pay half up and they will take the second half a week or so before your arrival date. The day of check in You will receive a text notification with an address and pass code for the cabin and the trash cans outside. The day before check out they will text you checking out info and cleanup rules. Our honey bear hollow cabin was beautiful and very nice. You have a covered porch with two rocking chairs and you walk into a nice spacious living room and a kitchen. Off that main floor to the immediate right of the kitchen is a king sized master bedroom and full bathroom with a dual shower head walk in shower. Off the backside of the kitchen is a locked door with a covered patio area with your own personal hot tub. As soon as you walk in where the living room area is a spiral staircase. You get to the top and immediately in front of you is another bathroom with a walk in shower. To the left is a loft area with a pool table and another king sized bed. To the right is another room that features a queen sized bed, a fun retro arcade machine with several classic arcade games and another full sized bed. On our trip here in March of 2022 we got to experience both warm weather cabin life and snowfall cabin life. On our first day here we had beautiful sunny weather up in the high 70's. The next morning we woke up to about 4 inches of snow. I'll give the grounds crew credit. The roads were salted the day before when it was sunny and when we woke up the next morning to a mountain winter wonderland the roads and Drive ways were completely cleared. The surrounding area of the cabin site has a few neighbors. Some closer than others but you still have a ton of privacy. The grounds in the very back has a cute small log cabin chapel and playground. Throughout the site is cool little decor of equipment and even a fake "general" or "thrift" store to give it that southern Sevierville feel to the place. The kids and us loved our cabin. Very spacious and comfortable beds. Nice place to play pr relax and has TVs in each room and in a beautiful area. They really enjoyed the personal hot tub as well. Outside we did have our own grill so if you want to cook out that is an option as well. If I had to critique anything it would be that the pool table in the loft is in a small and tight area. The pool sticks are too long to get off any shot you want without bumping a wall. The TVs all had directv so you had cable but it would be nice if they had a smart tv for streaming services. Overall this was a fantastic and well priced experience and visit. In most of our out of town cheer comps we have to stay in specific hotels near the competition sights. On this trip we was able to book what we wanted to and this massive and fun cabin was actually cheaper per night for a family of 7 like Mine. So we were thrilled with everything!

This layout and floor plan easily accommodated all of us comfortably. If you are worried about space, don't even sweat it. I bet it could fit double with zero issues. All the amenities worked and Jeanette is so timely in responses and getting our needs met. There is something for everyone, seriously. The only bad thing you could possibly say is that the roads to get into the cabins is a bit confusing and a bit technical to drive with a full size truck and trailer. However, once you're in, you just hate to leave. I found at the end of every long day of riding, I was so happy to get to come home to Wildflower cabin #1 as my home. Without a dedicated, professional, high quality team like these guys I don't think it would be possible to remotely manage my cabin as successfully as I have. In less than 90 days of operation I have achieved Airbnb's "Superhost" status, and earned 16 nearly all 5-star reviews from guests. Many of my guests have remarked how clean and organized my cabin is. "Extremely clean" "Very clean, cabin feel" "We appreciate how clean the cabin was" "The cabin was extremely clean and organized" And for the Yelp Mafia who hid my last review for being fake, I invite you to go to my Airbnb listing to see these glowing reviews airbnb . com /h/libertyhaven What my guests' don't know is how much work Mandy and Billy and their team did to get my new cabin rent ready. Not only did they drive all over Sevier County to different Home Depot's and Lowe's and Walmarts picking up and shopping for stuff the cabin needed, much of which they recommended (e.g. bigger cooking pots, some throw rugs, bathroom mats, etc) but they assembled and installed tons of stuff like the blinds and drapes, the rocking chairs, the CO2 detectors, the dedicated laptop workstation, carpenter bees traps, string lighting, illuminated address plaque, etc. Every time I ship something new to their house, they bring it to the cabin, set it up, and send me a (very reasonable) invoice. Are these guys more expensive than some other cleaners in the area? Yes. In fact they were 5 times more expensive than the lowest bid I got from a bid site (like Angie's List or something like that). But I simply pass their cleaning fee on to my guests AFTER I mark it up by $49. So not only are they a SOURCE of revenue for me, they actually SAVE me A LOT of money. If I didn't have this incredible team (and they are the most important members of my short term rental cabin team) on the ground, I would have to hire an expensive old skool property management company. Looking at the low star reviews of competing neighboring cabins, nearly all of them are managed by property management companies. Low ratings on Airbnb is slow death. People won't book a low rated, dirty cabin. And eventually Airbnb will delist you. If you're planning on managing your Airbnb VRBO cabin remotely (and why would you not?) HIRE THESE GUYS. They will save you money. They will EARN you money. And you'll sleep well knowing they are on top of everything because they are very experienced, consumate professionals, as good as it gets.
